Contemporanea, pulita e accogliente! Non c'è bisogno di preoccuparsi di parcheggio, la guida o lunghe passeggiate sulla spiaggia più. Questa struttura sulla spiaggia perfettamente posizionato permette di essere in spiaggia per quei meravigliosi lunghe passeggiate sulla spiaggia! Grande punto di vista sulla spiaggia di questa accogliente e ben arredato Cape Cod fuga. L'acqua spiaggia qui a Nantucket Sound è tra i più comodi su tutto il Capo. Una miriade di opzioni per la ristorazione e attività ricreative, nonché un senso di Cape Cod brezze tranquille e onde che lambiscono rende questo una splendida scelta per molte stagioni. Ponte posteriore ha posti a sedere stile Cafe, barbecue Weber e parziale sul mare. Doccia esterna calda e fredda acqua rinfresca dopo giorno spiaggia. Granito, bar per la colazione ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inox di alta qualità, tra cui forno a convezione nel caso in cui avete voglia di cucinare piuttosto che mangiare fuori in un qualsiasi numero di ottimi ristoranti locali. Letto queen size, full size 4 doccia piede, connessione internet wireless, DVD Blue Ray e TV via cavo. Completamente isolati per mantenere il fresco Centrale A / C in estate e il caldo di calore a gas in primavera e autunno. Grande porta scorrevole in vetro mostra il sole del mattino scintillante sull'Oceano. Prenotazioni estivi sono da Sabato a Sabato solo. Gli ospiti potranno portare i propri farmi deliziare e asciugamani. NO ANIMALI. La capienza massima è di 2 persone (compresi i bambini di qualsiasi età).

Location was ideal for us to visit the National Seashore, several lighthouses, Provincetown, Sandwich...with a view of the Nantucket Sound & a sandy beach just steps away. Accommodations were exactly as described and host quickly responded to a couple questions we had. Recommend the Oyster Company for their own oysters at happy hour. All around fantastic stay in Dennis Port!

Perfect being right across from the beach! Saves 35 a day for parking at this beach by having our own spot across the road. Super nice that they have beach chairs. If you do forget to bring your own pillows or comforter there is qn ocean job lot nearby that you can get those. Small but perfect place for two people. Had a lovely trip!

The cottage was comfortable for us. It wasn't the height of summer, so it was very quiet and pleasant. It was great being across the street from the beach. It is within waking distance to a great ice cream place. The place very clean and had been upgraded. We would stay there again.

We really enjoyed the location of this studio. It’s the perfect size for two people, and just steps to the beach. It was confusing to figure out how to get from our parking spot to the door of the studio when we first got there. You just have to walk all the way around the building. The standing shower needs some updating and leaks onto the floor very easily. A little bit of a musty smell in the drawers/closet but that is to be expected near the ocean. Host answered us very quickly whenever we had questions. Overall a nice stay for the location and the price.

Overall our stay was good. Amazing location right across from the beach. The unit was a little dirty - scuff marks on the walls and headboard, along with water marks and rust in a few places. Blinds probably need to be replaced. Also, a mildewy, musty smell and dampness. Other than that, a good stay for the weekend.

Nice stay in Dennisport

We had a great stay at Erin and Tom's studio! Their place was very clean and had a well thought out plan of the studio for 2. Location to the beach and area restaurants and shops were very convenient!

We stayed here right after our wedding - it was a quiet nice area by the beach. Small, but had what we needed for the two of us. Recommend staying here!

Wonderful stay

The location was outstanding but what made our stay phenomenal was the neighbors. They all were so friendly and welcoming. The condo was spotless and very modern.

The Perfect Getaway Location

Come for the location and beach views, stay for the cozy apartment with amazing water pressure. Perfect for 2 people, this apartment was walking distance to the beach with the ability to hear the ocean waves through the side door. We truly enjoyed our stay, the hosts were quick to respond to questions and plan to come back again in the near future!

Awsome place right near the beach.

We enjoyed our week at this Property. This Property is perfectly located to the beach and many fine restaurants. I like to go on vacation and park my car for the week. This is that kind of place. Love it and will book it next year

This was our 2nd year at this property and the location couldn't be more perfect. Just a few steps from the water, perfect for walking back for a quick lunch.

Beautiful and relaxing!

My college age daughter and I came for a beach getaway. It was a perfect spot with the beach right across the street. The cottages are cute and the people all around were very nice. It was great to have the option to eat in or out and the property was exactly as listed.

Quiet and relaxing stay .

Suitable for one or two. Cozy and clean with many nearby things to do . Fully equipped kitchen which worked out well for breakfast. Full microwave for reheating and a 4 burner stove top. Thank- you to Tom and Erin for an enjoyable week.

Just Enough of Everything!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. This is a well-appointed property for a single person or couple on the go. Surrounding rentals were quiet and respectful of the small outdoor space and there was no issue with the main road in front of the property. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to others looking to stay in the area.
