We appreciate all the great communication with Traci. Our stay started 2 days after hurricane Isaias. We were informed about the status of the home before arrival. Fortunately there was no damage that made us change our plans. The home was very clean, well stocked with everything we wanted. The neighborhood was easy for us to walk each day, for exercise. The pool and hot tub were very enjoyable. This home has a great view from inside the house, but to be on the deck and the dock was fantastic. The use of the golf carts made it easy to get to the beach and the stores and shops at Grand Boulevard. We had a great vacation experience and will be back to enjoy this home again.

This place is the #1 top condo in this entire resort. I’ve been coming to Sandestin 30 years. I’ve stayed all over the resort. This place tops them all. The only negative I can come up with is a shelf in laundry for folding clothes. The house is first class. If you decide to go, please take care of it and appreciate how nice. We were there with our two adult children. No need to pack beach chairs, they had several Tommy Bahama beach chairs. There were spices in the cabinet and cleaning supplies. I do wish they had some smaller coffee mugs, the coffee got cold quick from the large cups. I can’t wait to go back. I’m so sad I had to come home a day early from the hurricane.

Perfect Vacation!

We absolutely loved our stay at this home. It was decorated beautifully with everything we needed! Our favorite parts were the view of the Bay off the dock, the golf cart rides, and the new linkside pool! Traci was a great host!! We are already planning our next trip here!!

The house is immaculate and very accommodating. Plenty of room for everyone to stretch out. Golf carts were perfect for our trips around the area, and the location of the home was perfect, due to its proximity to the entrance, but far enough away to where you weren’t overwhelmed with traffic. The host was great to work with, very helpful in every way. Definitely recommend this place to families big or small.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The amenities were great! The newly remodeled home was well stocked and property manager was so helpful and quick to respond! We loved having two golf carts! Best trip to Sandestin ever!

Family enjoyed this beautiful setup, location puts you right in the driving ranges of the golf courses. Unfortunately my vehicle substance some damage from a golf ball, recommend bring a padded cover to protect your vehicle. Management response, you are on a golf course it happens, bottom line I have to repair my vehicle

Comfortable and Clean - Great Location and Amenities

We have stayed in the Sandestin community previously, so we chose the area based on the proximity to shops, dining, and beaches with the ease of a golf cart. Having two golf carts was great for our set up, and the condo was exactly as expected, and came with all the smaller amenities that we would need - plenty of towels, cleaning supplies, cooking utensils, etc for our group. But the best part was the view. We chose this condo for the private patio and the incredible views from the deck and it did not disappoint. Tracy was also exceptional with communication before and during our stay. No surprises here - everything is clean and comfortable with great access to everything!

Summer Vacation

My only complaint is the bugs in the back yard…nothing a citronella candle couldn't cure. Bought one and the bugs went bye-bye. Other than that, a wonderful trip. Everything was as expected and as described. There was plenty of room for adults and young adults to commingle. Would love to come back.

Perfect Stay

I can't say enough good things about staying at Bay Breeze. Traci was always quick to respond to any questions I had. The townhouse was beautiful and very clean. The views are amazing and the kids had fun feeding the turtles and fishing in the backyard. The location of the property within sandestin was more on the quiet side, but a quick golf cart ride to all the amenities. We are looking forward to planning our next trip back to bay breeze!!

Truly Amazing!

Wow! After taking a few days to decompress and reflect on this trip I still struggle to come up with words that will do justice. This home was the most well stocked vacation rental we have ever stayed at. From Kitchen gadgets, tons of pots and pans all the way to any baby items you might need. The interior of the home is beautiful and so well appointed. We had an incredible time on the porch looking out at the golf course as well as the short walk across the golf course to view some truly majestic sunsets. We will be keep this place in mind and booking in the future when we have this size group again. Do yourself a favor and book this home for a low stress and relaxing vacation.

Great place!!

This house is so nice and very accommodating for my family. Love the location because it is in a quite neighborhood but still close enough to everything. The two golf carts were a plus!! Didn’t even have to rent a car. That was our second time of staying there and we will definitely be back. And Traci is great to work with!!

The home was perfect for our family of 10. The place was very accommodating and nicely decorated.

This was one of the best properties we have stayed in. We loved having the golf carts. The view was beautiful of the bay and the outside area including the deck over the small lake was perfect. Inside we had all the comforts of home from a very nice kitchen, to comfortable beds. The kids loved their little nook under the stairs and having all the items, including gates was perfect for our 11 month old granddaughter.
