Just a short stroll to the private deeded beach access (750 feet or a 2 minute walk), this home is perfect for your next family vacation! The wide, wrap-around front porch with comfy Adirondacks welcomes you inside where you will feel as if you've been transported back to a simpler time of easy, carefree, beach living. This newly remodeled home offers 3 Bedrooms which includes a Bunk Room for the kids, 2 baths plus an outdoor shower, an open-concept living/kitchen/dining area, tons of parking and so much more. This neighborhood will remind you of the classic "Old Florida Charm" that's so hard to find today. Book today to make the memories you'll cherish tomorrow!

Unique Property Features:
~ PRIVATE beach access. Guests & Owners of small neighborhood are the only people who will be on your beach.
~ Open space around home. There is a private neighborhood park extending from the front yard and a pond extending from the back yard.
~ Large shaded outdoor space. The gulf breeze blows through this shaded space making it a great place to spend time.

POOL HEAT
A $50.00 per day fee is added to reservations booked between October 1st - April 30th for pool and hot tub heat. If you prefer an unheated pool and hot tub, contact us after booking and the fees will be refunded.

PLEASE NOTE: Pools cannot be heated if it is below 52 degrees. We will do our best to keep you informed of the forecast during your stay and refund you if conditions do not allow for this. Pool and Hot Tub heat is not available May 1 - October 1. Jets/Bubblers are still available.

You will find everything you need in the property to make the most of your time on the Emerald Coast. We offer a starter kit of premium, eco-friendly guest amenities including: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body and Face Soap, Toilet Paper, Facial Tissues, Dish Soap, Dishwasher Pods, Laundry Detergent, Paper Towels, Trash Bags, Dish Sponge, Bath Towels, and Bed linens.

The walk to the beach was easy with multiple young kids. The beach has its own private access and was not crowded at all during our summer trip. Across the street from outlet malls and close to good restaurants

My family loved this house! The location to the private beach was wonderful! The community was quiet and very friendly. Kitchen was well stocked. But the best part was the pool area. We spent every evening grilling and swimming and playing golf!! Already booked for next summer!

Beach Getaway

This property is clean, fully furnished, has comfortable beds, has seating on the porch with a partial view of the ocean, and is a very short walking distance to the beach. I would stay here again and highly recommend it.

End of Summer Beach trip

Great spot! Beautiful home with large pool and plenty of room for dining outside. Easy walk to private access beach. Property management was easy to reach and made the stay even more enjoyable!

The house and location were perfect! The house was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. It is about a 5 minute walk to a private beach that was not crowded. The provided beach chairs were perfect for the location and could be worn as a backpack with storage pockets for our things. Our kids loved the pool and the putting green. We would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful retreat

We loved our stay this week. The property was beautiful, great views with a short walk to beach, no shoes required. Plenty of beach toys, chairs, boards, etc. Enjoyed relaxing, cooking/grilling and evening beach strolls.

Quick Beach Trip

The property was extremely close to the private beach access. Plenty of parking. The kitchen was huge and well stocked. Even had sharp knives which is a rarity in a rental house. Bedrooms and bathrooms were excellent as well

Perfect spot for our family vacation

The house was wonderful! It was perfect for our family and our stay. We have always stayed in condos and after this vacation we may never stay anywhere but a house! Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. The walk to the beach was really short. House was clean and decorated very well. Will definitely try to book this house again on future trips!

Our Kansas crew enjoyed our stay in Florida. The property was perfect for our family of 5 with room to spare. It was just a quick 3 minute walk to the beach and the outdoor shower was perfect after returning from the beach.

Amazing!

This house is absolutely perfect- beautiful and charming, so comfortable and spacious. Outdoor space is abundant, the deck, under the house as well as a little green park right out the front door. Neighborhood is small and quiet and the beach is right there. My family did not want to leave!!

Family Vacation

Ryan is a great host. He is attentive to any needs. The beach house is clean beds are comfy . Sand toys and beach towels were supplied which was awesome. A Home Away from Home

The neighborhoods private beach was an unexpected blessing. No waking up early to claim a spot. The back yard was an oasis with a real sized pool that my kids could actually play in while I floated on the other end. I can't wait to come back.

Beautiful home, fantastic location. Private beach access was worth everything. Having our own pool was the cherry on top. First time visiting the area, usually go further south down the gulf, we will definitely be back. Followed several facebook groups to get an understanding of shopping, restaurants and things to do. Very helpful. Thank you for sharing your home.

Fantastic Home, Great Location!

We spent a week at this home over Spring Break and had a wonderful time. The house was wonderful! Very clean and comfortable. It was just a short walk to the private beach for the community. There were many restaurants and shops close by, while Destin is only a 20 minute drive away. Our favorite feature by far was the pool and hot tub! They were both phenomenal! Communicating with the host was a breeze. They were extremely responsive before, during, and after our stay. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a Florida panhandle vacation!

The home was clean, beds were comfortable and the walk to the beach was easy! Neighborhood was safe and we even had the benefit of an ice cream truck that visited the neighborhood!
