Deve avere più di 25 anni per prenotare la prenotazione. La camera bassa "TLC 4" è composta da quattro camere da letto, 3 bagni, situati al piano terra e possono ospitare fino a 12 persone. Una grande cucina completamente attrezzata, sala da pranzo, soggiorno con divano letto queen size portano tutti al grande patio sulla spiaggia che espande la larghezza della casa.
Il piano principale Master suite dispone anche di un letto matrimoniale, salotto e ampio bagno privato principale. Siete sicuri di godervi la vasca da bagno, la cabina doccia e le splendide vanità nel bagno privato. La prima camera degli ospiti dispone di un letto matrimoniale e bagno completo. La terza camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e la quarta camera ha 2 letti singoli. La terza e la quarta camera da letto condivideranno un bagno Jack & Jill di dimensioni complete. C'è anche un set di letti a castello nel corridoio adiacente alla prima camera degli ospiti. Tutte le camere dispongono di un televisore a schermo piatto. Entrambe le case sono dotate di lavatrice e asciugatrice e WiFi gratuito è disponibile.
Ci sono viste mozzafiato della spiaggia e del Golfo del Messico da tutti i piani e dal mazzo espansivo che conduce alle spiagge di sabbia bianca di zucchero. Una griglia è disponibile anche per la vostra convenienza. Come parte della comunità di La Valencia, la casa TLC completa ha accesso alla piscina privata sul golfo e ai campi da tennis illuminati.

Magical place

Our family absolutely loved staying at Rosemary Villa. You can’t beat the convenience to the beach, just steps away. It was perfect for our family of 6. Views and sunsets were amazing. We will definitely be returning.

House on the beach

This place is awesome. Quiet, relaxing, if your mind is racing from the daily grind this place will make you forget about everything. We enjoyed our visit. Wish we had another day.

Great house and location. Right on the beach. Todd and team were very helpful. If you are sleeping more than 8 adults it get's tight really quick.

Peaceful, clean, and easy access to beach! Appreciated all the amenities! Only recommendation..railing to stairs to beach has come apart from frame and steps are split in areas are loose.

Family Fun

Tequilla Sunrise is a beautifully decorated beach house and we loved staying there. However a few things could make is almost perfect. The pantry is locked so no where to put any food or supplies in the kitchen. Also no furniture in the bedrooms for clothes -such as dressers or chest. Also the closet was locked in the Queen bedroom upstairs so absolutely no where to put clothes or luggage etc. not even night stands. TVs in the bedrooms would be helpful also. Great location

We stayed for several days at the house and it's a great location. Great view and close to wonderful restaurants. There were plenty of bathrooms which was a plus! But many closets were locked and there were no hangers. So bring your own if you need them. It advertises that it sleeps 14, but there were not linens to put on the sofas once they were pulled out. So i don't feel it truly sleeps 14 and it made for tight sleeping arrangements with 8 adults and 1 child. Also the pier out to the beach was in poor condition and needed repair. One of the steps was rotted and a plank on the walkway fell while my mom was walking in it. Luckily she didn't get hurt. Once the pier is repaired, i do think the condo is a great place to stay. Just make sure to bring sheets if you need the sofa.

Vacation 2022

We wanted a house right on the beach for a family vacation. The location could not have been better. The view from the porch and access to the beach was perfect. Layout was perfect for a family get away and the hot tub was an added benefit at night after playing in the waves all day. We will definitely be back. We had a couple of issues while staying there but Todd responded immediately and took care of the issues. Todd and his wife were extremely nice and easy to work with. Thank you for making our family 2022 vacation a wonderful experience!

Great family vacation

We had 3 families stay here for a great family vacation. There were a few issues when we arrived and Todd responded immediately. He lives close by so easy for him to address anything. A few of the pictures are old on the listing. The TV room actually has way more seating which worked out nice for us to all gather. I will warn the upstairs rents a 5 bedroom, 18 occupancy rental that can get loud and the driveway be crowded. Their were several beach chairs and toys there for us to use. You can also contact companies that will deliver and set beach chairs/umbrella up daily for you. The front door is on the left side of the house, there is about two sets of 4 steps. I add this because with aging parents this was important not to have too many steps. The steps to the beach was two sets of 10. You can also walk down the street like 2 houses and have a completely flat access to the beach via the public beach entrance. You don't get your directions to access the house until an hour before you check-in. I like to be sure I have everything before we take off so that was a bit different. The keypad door made it nice to not have to keep up with keys.

Senior Pictures

We came down for our daughters senior pictures and I must say, they turned out amazing!!! The property manager was incredible. He was SO friendly and more than willing to go above and beyond for us. The view, of course, is incredible. Nothing negative to say whatsoever. Thank you for opening the hone to us! We will be back!!

Nice stay

Overall, our stay was good. The area was nice and quiet and less crowded on the beach. Close and convenient to “town” too. We loved being able to sit on the deck and watch the kids playing at the beach. Close walk! Also very convenient! The only issue was the kitchen and bathrooms weren’t as clean as I would have liked. The kitchen could use a little upgrade.

Beach Front House

It's a nice place that's for sale, but it does need a little TLC. It's functional, though. It was a decent value for the price. The management company was fantastic, so that makes it a WIN !
