Villa Lago 1874 * CARRELLO GOLF * Goditi il libero golf + pesca, piscina e accesso alla spiaggia!

Thank you for the fantastic review! We're so glad to hear you enjoyed the home, found it clean and comfortable, and had a great experience with our team. It's wonderful to know the golf cart made getting around even more enjoyable. We truly appreciate your kind words and your 5-star rating. We look forward to welcoming you back for another great stay!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re very sorry that several aspects of the property fell short of expectations and that the golf cart issue had such a significant impact on your stay. Unfortunately, the golf cart required repairs that were beyond our ability to complete ourselves, and we were at the mercy of the repair vendor’s availability and ability to resolve the problem. We understand, however, that this did not change the fact that you rented the property expecting to have a functioning golf cart for your stay, and we’re sorry we were unable to provide that. We also take your comments regarding the garage, beach equipment, bicycles, grill, balcony, and cleanliness seriously. We’ll have our team inspect these areas and address the items that are within our control. We especially regret the concerns regarding insects and will ensure that this is followed up appropriately. We understand your frustration, and we’re sorry we did not deliver the experience you expected. We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention so we can take the necessary steps to improve the property.

Thank you so much for your review, Johnny! It is great to hear that you had a blast, and we are looking forward to your next visit!
