Vi sentirete come un milionario in questo condominio di lusso diretto Fronte del Golfo. Trascorrete la vostra prossima vacanza al popolare Holiday Villas II. Ascoltate l'oceano come il sonno, mentre la brezza marina rinfresca. Questa unità 1150 sq ft è stato aggiornato per includere pavimenti in ceramica, tappeti berberi, e una cucina d'acero. Una cucina completamente attrezzata e 3 TV (tutte con servizio via cavo) vi farà sentire come a casa. È possibile navigare dal privato 32 'balcone con connessione ad alta velocità WI-FI. Bellissimi mobili rataan e un tema nautico esaltano l'unità. Alcuni lavori di ristrutturazione del bagno sono stati completati nel 2016. Nuovi materassi sono stati acquistati nel 2016. Nel 2017 è stata installata una nuova vetrata scorrevole e nel 2018 sono stati aggiunti nuovi mobili per soggiorno. Una piscina riscaldata assicura comfort tutto l'anno. Chiediamo solo un minimo di quattro notti maggio-dicembre escluso settimane di vacanza e un minimo di sette notti in alta stagione. Settimane di vacanza richiedono un minimo di 7 notti. Prendete la vostra vacanza ogni volta che vuoi! Non ho bisogno di un sabato / sabato.

Wonderful ocean view from the balcony - just what we needed to watch beautiful sunsets! Everything about the condo was great and easy - very safe and secure, good parking and within waking distance of so many restaurants. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Our stay was wonderful. The condo was better than the pictures. We had everything we needed for a relaxing 5 night stay. The complex was very safe and well taken care of. The beach access was so nice and our view of the beach/ocean was gorgeous. The master bedroom was spacious and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Excellent place to have a beach vacation. The condo was very clean, the showers had no mold, amenities in good condition. The host was very easy to talk to and accommodating. Don’t hesitate to stay here!! I definitely will be staying here again!!

A rare property that exceeded our expectations. Beautiful home, great location, steps to the beach, wonderful balcony, beach stuff included, etc. Only downsides were the king bed was softer than we’d like and the location of the pool made it chilly this time of year (mid April). We would absolutely come back for a future stay and would recommend this to our friends visiting the Clearwater/st Pete area.

Million dollar views! This condo is beautiful, clean and has everything you would need for a week at the beach. The beds were comfortable. Joyce was great to work with and easy to reach if needed, although we had no problems. The beach area is low key and not super busy (accept for the actual holiday, July 4th). The pool area was clean and provided us with a little break from the sand. The balcony was so nice to sit out and eat breakfast or lunch on while enjoying the ocean view. Sunsets were gorgeous. Nearby restaurants were very good with minimal wait. We went the week of July 4th and there were really good fireworks right on the beach. Not much within walking distance so definitely make sure to have a car. Covered parking comes with the condo. There is a trolley that runs from St. Pete to Clearwater but we did not use it. Our family actually enjoyed this vacation more than our last year at AMI. We would come back.

Nice clean condo with beautiful ocean view, just steps from ocean / Walking distance to shops, eateries, and putt putt / Joyce was quick to respond to any questions / all the basics needed in condo for cooking / pool was nice and warm for March weather / 30 minutes from PIE airport / if I had any recommendations it would be for black out curtains for bedroom windows in bedrooms/attached to hall way lights and all cotton sheets but I would most definitely stay again in her beautiful, convenient and safe condo

The balcony was perfect for beach views, morning breakfast, and sunsets. It faces the Sun in the afternoon so it gets a little warm. It has a small table and 4 chairs and 2 recliners that make it perfect.

This place was wonderful! Exactly as advertised- beautiful view and amazing access to the beach! Plenty of sand toys, towels, and all the things you need for the beach!

Beautiful vacation with family

Condo was great very comfortable made me feel as I was at home not in a rental. Will rent again next year for sure.

John, I appreciate you leaving the review. Yes my place is not a typical rental with 6 forks, 6 glasses and 6 plates. I have multiple extras like a cooler to take down to the beach, beach chairs, grapefruit spoons, George Foreman grill, cocktail recipe book, beach towels, hair dryer and buckets & shovels just to name a few. I always tell my guests if there is anything it lacks, let me know and I will see about accommodating the request. I will be looking forward to hosting you next time.

Beautiful Oceanfront Condo

Very nice and quiet place. Beaches not crowded even in the peak of summer. All around great rental and great family spot.

You were a great family to host, and I appreciate you choosing my place. Now that you have been there you understand why so many people return time and time again. I do get several international guests that book each year because the area is known for its fabulous beaches.

This was a wonderful place. Communication with Joyce, the owner and also host, was great. The location was great. Loved the private parking garage, elevator was great, all gates and doors had codes which worked. The owner had thoughtfully put things in the condo that aren't usually put there for us, and that was appreciated. The pool was nice and the beach was wonderfully sparsely populated in October. Great place!

Winter Getaway

The condo had everything we needed and was in a perfect location. We could drive to Johns Pass, sit on the balcony and watch dolphins, or drive to Clearwater.

Excellent gulf front stay!

Could not have been happier with our stay! View of the Gulf ofc was the most amazing part! Condo was clean and very well stocked! Questions were answered quickly by our local contact and host could not have been any nicer. Would definitely return!

Great location. Condo unit was lovely right on the beach. The only drawback in the condo was some of the housekeeping was not up to par. Alerted the owner.

Nice place...

Place was nice and clean. Spectacular view. Could use new mattresses and the lock box was a little difficult for someone with long fingernails. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay.

Great Poperty! Family friendly!

Wonderful experience. This condo was very clean! Had all the necessary tools for a fun filled family vacation. The beach view was incredible. The owner responded fast and accommodated my request for a little later check because of our flight!

Wonderful Place to Stay

We are from Iowa and this is the 2nd time in a year that we stayed at this property. Ǐt is great in so many ways. All of the people we encountered, including owner, property manager, workers and other guests were very friendly. The unit was perfect as well as the location. We feel safe, it is very convenient. Can’t wait to go back!!

I've been visiting the Tampa/St. Pete/Clearwater area for 20 years and have stayed all over. Once I stayed at Holiday Villas II in 2002, I never stayed anywhere else. In 2006 I decided since I keep coming back there time and time again, I should just purchase my own condo.

Holiday Villas II is a lovely, affordable facility that appeals to people of all ages.

Our building has one of the largest pools of other condo complexes in the area. We have tables with umbrellas and more than 50 chairs and loungers around the pool. The pool is heated to 86 degrees for year round comfort.
