We loved our stay in this condo!! It was well stocked, very clean, and just lovely. More than anything, the location is exceptional!!! And the host provided everything we needed for spending time on the beach. Would definitely stay again!!!

The property was clean and the layout of our condo was perfect for our girls trip.Since we had flown in, it was nice having beach chairs and towels available in the room. The kitchen is nicely stocked with cookware, cutlery, dinnerware, etc.We pretty much had everything we needed. Communication with our host was top tier and one of the best VRBO host experiences we have ever had.

The condo was very clean and had been recently completely remodeled. Newer appliances, furniture, tv's, flooring, paint etc. It was also very close to the elevator. Host was great to work with and very communicative. Parking was convenient, great beach access.

Recently stayed for 8 days. Best stay I have experienced thus far on the Gulf! Unit is gorgeous- beautiful decor, immediate response by host to any questions, and check in was a breeze! Amazed at all the extras- from laundry supplies and toothpaste, shampoo and conditioner, dishwasher pods- to coffee, even spices! Tons of beach toys, towels and wagon for a day at the beach. Even a supply of snacks. We did not use them but pack and play and high chair, plus childrens dinnerware and utensils were provided.

Wonderful place to stay! Brittany had everything you could need for a family with young kids. Also everything you could need for the beach was included ! Hope to be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was just as listed and Brittany was great through the entire process. Very spacious condo and close to lots of great restaurants. The beach was amazing as always and the pool deck is HUGE! We would definitely stay here again!

Great spot by the sea

There was a little hiccup when we checked in but that was sorted out by giving the managing agent a quick phone call. The apartment was great, has everything a family might need, from a stroller, to beach toys, umbrella and wagon. It’s steps to a quiet relaxing beach with plenty of space for little ones to run around. We had a great time!

Brittany was easy to work with the condo had everything you needed for your stay. Beautiful decorated. Only thing was pool area is not large enough to accommodate alot of people. Which this is not her fault at all.

Spring Vacation

As advertised. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Host was very quick to respond to all questions. The Sanctuary next door is a definite bonus, and there was a playground for younger children just a short walk away. We loved the free Botanical Gardens and the unusual playground on their property. If you have children, this place was great. We hope to stay here again.

Relaxing Beach Escape

Great condo to spend a few nights on the gulf coast. Condo was spacious, had everything we needed, and easy beach access. Beach is not overcrowded in this area. It’s especially nice to have little things provided like laundry and dishwashing tabs so you can pack lighter. Not the best view from the balcony, but my kids enjoyed seeing the bird sanctuary next door.

Indian Shores- Beach Cottage I

We had a wonderful stay! Brittany was very responsive and made sure we had all the necessary info we needed before we arrived. The home was very clean and well prepared for our stay. The 3 bedrooms are not on top of each other so plenty of space for everyone. We had easy beach access, as well as a couple restaurants within walking distance. Brittany provided us information on many different eating establishments. Overall… We had a great stay, and would come back!

Beach Getaway

The condo was clean,updated and had everything that we could want or need in the condo and also on the beach.The beds we’re comfortable and the decor was beachy and refreshing.The location was great on the beach with great restaurants near by and grills by the pool if you wanted to stay and enjoy the sunset while eating dinner. The host was very attentive and responsive to my questions.Parking was covered and conveniently close to beach in case you needed anything.I would highly recommend this location for your next beach vacation.

Beach Cottage 1

The condo, beach access, pool and hot tub area are absolutely beautiful. There are 2 gas grills and a blackstone overlooking the ocean if you like to cook outside. The parking was so easy, one spot in the garage and plenty of open guest spots. Close to shopping. The bird sanctuary was a nice sight out our balcony. The owner responded promptly and was very helpful. I would recommend renting from Brittany highly.
