Weekend getaway

Overall nice clean property beachfront although a bit of a walk to the beach and having to cross a stagnant body of water to get to the beach. Condo has a pool, staff was professional and nice.

Girls weekend

We had a great short stay for the weekend. We are looking forward to coming back for a longer stay. The office staff are amazing and have great customer service!

Amazing!

Traveled with my 18 year old and two 10 year olds. We stayed in a one bedroom on the 2nd floor. The living room had a pull out couch/bed. The beds could be a little more comfortable and I wish there were extra blankets available in the room. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals etc. Publix grocery store is within walking distance. We love the Waffle House across the street! The pool is a nice size with plenty of chairs. My only complaints about the pool is it’s right next to the parking garage and the greenery blocks the view of the beach. There is also construction going on next door so at times would hear noises from that however this is communicated on their site. Despite the above mentioned annoyances, the pool area was still very enjoyable. We also enjoyed the hammocks on the property overlooking the boardwalk beach area, this was almost a magical spot at night. I didn’t notice until the last evening of our stay but I believe the property has grills available for guest use alongside the shuffleboard area. The office contains beach and camping style chairs for guest use and lucky for us some sunscreen and aloe left behind by other guests. We had a few unused groceries that we left behind and I can’t help but wonder if these items are given to staff or donated to a food pantry. It would be such a shame to throw such things out. I also noted one of the maintenance guys was always very diligent with keeping the grounds cleaned up and appeared very dedicated to his job. Nice to see someone taking such good care of this wonderful property! Overall the kids and I enjoyed our stay and almost cried when it was time to leave. If you’re looking for a relaxing, family friendly beach getaway on a quiet end of Treasure Island, this is the spot to be! We are already planning our trip for next time!

Not a great place!

The mattress was horrible. Had to sleep on the pull out sleeper sofa instead of the bed. The sleeper sofa had a better mattress on it than the actual bed. The floors were not clean.

Excellent location and easy to get to everything

Loved the location. It was popular but the enormous beach made it easy to feel like there was privacy. The property was lovely and had lots to do.

Wonderful stay in Treasure Island!

This property had everything necessary for a vacation stay. We really appreciated having beach towels in the unit and chairs/umbrellas available at the front desk. We did not need a car... plenty of restaurants and shopping in walking distance. The only negative was the mattress... it needs to be replaced.

Nice, Clean and Local

The unit was clean, and the view from the balcony was nicer than the pictures show. It was nice to be only 10 minutes from the grocery store, plenty of restaurants and beachside lounges, and also an Escape Room (our family loves those). Being on the beach is always the main part of our stay, so the short walk to the Gulf waters without having to cross a road is a bonus, especially with our 2 children in tow. 2 small comments that I wanted to mention is that the AC didn't seem to be blowing very hard, and I wish that we had some pool toys or beach gear in the unit that we could take to the beach with us. It's always nice to find a few beach chairs and perhaps a couple pool noodles or floating toys to bring down to the water with us. We regularly do VRBO's on St. Pete Beaches, and I would say that about half of the places we've stayed at has had those things. So we don't expect every place to have them, but it is a nice bonus. Overall, the place was nice and we would consider staying there again.
