Questa casa con 7 camere da letto e 6 bagni è una delle case più belle dell'isola di Palms. Questa casa ha una vista spettacolare da tutti i portici. Questa lussuosa casa al mare vanta 2 master suite con ampi bagni padronali. Entrambi che includono grandi vasche idromassaggio e docce con più teste. Kevin Costner effettivamente è stato qui per due mesi quando era in città con la sua band !!

Se un soggiorno formale non fosse abbastanza, questa casa ne ha due. La zona giorno principale è molto aperta con la vostra scelta di una veranda o di un'area di intrattenimento all'avanguardia. Ampi portici fronte e retro su ogni piano. L'ascensore serve il garage, il 1 ° piano e il 2 ° piano.

Quando si entra in casa dalla porta d'ingresso, si viene accolti da un soggiorno con TV a schermo piatto / DVD, mobile bar e mini frigorifero. La prima delle due master suite si trova dall'altra parte della sala dal soggiorno con una splendida vista sull'oceano. Sempre su questo piano ci sono altre 4 camere da letto, una con una regina, una con due letti matrimoniali, una con un re e una con due gemelli, c'è anche una lavanderia e un'area salotto aperta situata su questo piano. Ogni camera ha il proprio bagno.

Al secondo piano si trova la grande sala da pranzo, la cucina e la grande sala. Questa cucina è di prim'ordine, tutti gli elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, due lavastoviglie, piano cottura a gas e doppi forni. In fondo al corridoio dalla cucina si trova la seconda suite principale, questa camera è molto grande e ha una zona salotto separata con divano letto. Dall'altra parte del corridoio da questa camera da letto c'è un'altra grande stanza con 2 letti gemelli, ognuno con rotelle, e un divano letto.

Il camino a gas nel soggiorno non funziona più.

Dopo una giornata di sole e sabbia, risciacqua nella doccia esterna e rilassati nella cabina della tua piscina privata con fontana! C'è un produttore di ghiaccio in stile commerciale situato nel garage per gli ospiti. I numerosi portici sono i luoghi in cui puoi goderti i panorami più belli di tutti! Rendi questa la tua casa lontano da casa per gli anni a venire!

We just recently stayed at this house and there was 17 of us. Plenty of space and rooms to sleep in. Cannot really see the ocean from front porch due to the houses in front but if you go to the look out at the top you can but no seating there. Access to beach was easy and across the street. Host was very responsive. The only negative I have is furniture very worn and dated with loose couch covers over it and outside furniture chairs some were breaking. . Other than that great house to stay at.

Liked the landscaping surrounding the pool for privacy.Kitchen was well-equippedBedrooms very nice.Only issue was we were not aware two of the bedrooms utilized a jack n jill bath.Over all very good experience. The property was well suited for our family. It was very comfortable. A lot of the furnishings were showing wear but that was great when you have a bunch of children from 1 yo on up. We had a couple of small problems that were quickly resolved. We would definitely consider going back again.

The place was perfect for our group. There is room for people to have quiet time, but also big enough spaces to get everyone together. The pool is gorgeous and the perfect thing to relax after a long day at the beach or golfing. The place is in the perfect location with easy walk to windjammer and easy for getting off of IOP

The property was large, spacious and perfect for a large family gathering! Everyone had plenty of space to come together in the common rooms and comfortable large bedroom spaces for sleeping. It was located within a short walk to the beach, shopping and dining. Our host Heather was very helpful and responsive. We enjoyed our stay and made lots of great memories. We hope to return in the future.

This is the fourth time we have rented this house. It is an absolutely fabulous place for a large group. Plenty of quiet places to escape to. It has a wonderful backyard pool and is right across from the beach access path. We love isle of Palms. We travel all the way from Seattle to spend time there. It’s important to read the check-in paperwork before you arrive! Come equipped with soap for the showers, hand soap for the sinks, extra paper towels and toilet paper and kitchen wastebasket liners, and dishwasher pods and laundry soap. All important supplies and easy to bring if you are driving. Heather was a response and pleasant host.

My family of 4 really enjoyed our stay at your home. The house was immaculate and spacious. The kitchen had everything that was needed. Very close proximity to the beach, less than a 3 minute walk. The front porches were a delightful place for downtime and to enjoy the sun. Will definitely keep this home in mind for further stays at IOP.

The inside of the house was clean and well stocked in the kitchen. Some areas a little dated and maybe due for some small repair/repainting, but everything worked wonderful and clean. Lots of appliances in kitchen and the whole house was very spacious for a crowd such as ours when a few families were there on short vacation together. Kitchen table was wonderful to seat everyone at the same time. Window blinds were not dark and wondered if they were see through at night in the bedrooms-did not block out the neighbors flood light shining in. A little disappointed that there wasn't more toilet paper and that hand soap wasn't provided for the house in the bathrooms/kitchen-I missed these details originally, but would have thought basic hand soap for bathrooms would have been provided, so don't forget that! All that said, we would stay there again though. Great location and quiet area.

This house was terrific! A group of 16 of us (college sorority sisters) gathered from across the US for our 5th annual getaway. While we (sadly) had grey, rainy weather, the house layout and gathering spaces allowed us to enjoy our time together, eat together, and sleep comfortably throughout the weekend. Fabulous layout for a larger group, and super convenient to beach and downtown Charleston. Highly recommend!

I spent the first 9 years of my life living in St. Thomas USVI, & have lived in South Carolina ever since. I love hosting families in my short term rentals & love getting to know the families and have many returning guests year after year that are considered family now.

This home is very spacious & is a favorite of many of my returning guests. There aren't many homes of this size on Isle of Palms that are short term rentals & can house many family members all in one home.
