Quando entri al secondo piano, sentirai la spaziosità con gli alti soffitti e la pianta aperta. Noterai immediatamente una piscina a livello del ponte appena fuori dal soggiorno e dalla sala da pranzo. Il soggiorno e la sala da pranzo hanno grandi finestre e porte scorrevoli che circondano l'area della piscina, il che consente a tutti di essere parte di tutte le attività della piscina sia all'interno che all'esterno. Situato a soli 2 isolati dalla spiaggia ea pochi passi dalla Marina di Isle of Palms, adorerete il cortile alberato molto privato. Questa è una magnifica casa con incredibili spazi aperti, è un'oasi meravigliosa per le famiglie. Sei camere da letto e sei bagni, un ascensore che serve tutti i livelli; dal garage al ponte sul tetto. Per ulteriore intrattenimento, nel garage (1 ° piano terra) c'è una sala da ping pong più una sala di intrattenimento al terzo piano con una grande TV a schermo piatto e bagnato. Dotato di una grande cucina gourmet con elettrodomestici a livello di chef, c'è una spaziosa isola cucina con bar per la colazione. La sala da pranzo con un altro mobile bar presenta un grande tavolo da pranzo per grandi pasti in famiglia. Delle sei camere da letto, ci sono 2 camere matrimoniali, ognuna con bagno privato; uno al piano principale e un secondo maestro al piano superiore. Great Family vacation

The kitchen is beautiful. It had plenty of dishes, cups and silverware. There was only 1 dishtowel. It would have been helpful to have more. The parking was perfect for our 5 cars.

A fun, nice week...

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice house with a large and usable amount of space. It was very quiet overall and it was easy to access a number of public walkways to the beach. The house is a bit dated, the mattresses in particular could use a refresh, with some broken cabinets and light switches, but overall my family and I would stay again. We had some minor maintenance issues and the handyman showed up quickly and fixed all of the issues same day. The house, the bathrooms specifically, was not well cleaned when we arrived. The property management was responsive but just had someone show up to do another surface clean that didn’t address the issue and didn’t clean the bathrooms at all after our request. The pool was in a good location and very usable off the main floor. There was plenty of space for people to relax and have family meals.

Cute house in a perfect location

My friends and I stayed here during a bachelorette trip and we had the best time! The house is perfectly located near shops, restaurants, and the beach! My only complaint is that we had 2 different maintenance men show up and the property manager did not warn us of them coming to fix things.

Great place for a big family

The kitchen was perfect for big family meals, the kids loved their rooms, the pool and the ping pong room. We loved that we could walk or take the golf cart to the beach and dock. Plenty of parking for large vehicles and the elevator made moving luggage easy. WiFi was a little spotty for streaming but not a big deal. Would definitely stay again!

Great Place next to the Beach!

The pool was cleaned the second day we were there and honestly had no issues! I would rent this house again! The only thing I would say is that guests would have to bring beach towels since there aren’t any in the house.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home. Had a fabulous time hosting some of our guests for our daughter's wedding at Boone Hall Plantation.

Fantastic Isle of Palms Retreat!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful long weekend getaway at this beautiful home on IOP! Perfect for a large group-comfortable sleeping arrangements, spacious common areas, and a fully stocked kitchen! This house is just a quick 5 minute walk to the beach and just down the road from the Islander 71 Restaurant and Wild Dunes Marina!

Thanksgiving Family Gathering

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had a delightful stay at this residence. The home was clean, the pool, though chilly, was also clean, and the appliances worked well, particularly the two ovens that roasted and baked the Thanksgiving dinner. The kids enjoyed the ping pong room and the layout of the entire house. It was a wonderful family reunion.
