Cozy stay during a week of rain and snow-topped mountains in Telluride. Condo was well outfitted and in our favorite part of town. Would have appreciated different seating on the deck --something more cozy to pull under the covering and enjoy the weather (seating is not as pictured). Would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay in Telluride. Condo was easy to find, and very comfortable. Short walks into town for dinning and easy access to hikes. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for having us!

Bluegrass Fun

We loved staying at the west end of town where it was quieter and less busy than being closer to town park. The property was quiet, comfortable, with great mnt views. The property Mngt co is top notch! Very quick to respond, provided plenty of information with ease of check in/out and stay details. We had a couple issues that were dealt with immediately and very graciously. I would not hesitate to stay at any of their properties when we come back. The large upstairs master suite gives great separation from the downstairs space which is nice for couples. Overall the unit was clean, quiet, had everything you needed, the beds were comfortable and layout was great so that made it easy to overlook the fact that it is a bit dated and deck furniture could be replaced (got splinters from the bench) We would stay here again!

Great Location

The whole of Telluride is an awesome place and this property just adds convenience and peace of mind on top of the awesomeness. It's right next to river trail which makes it easy to access the shops and restaurants in downtown. There's a grocery about 5-7 minutes walk.

You get what you pay for.

Fabulous condo for 4. Very spacious, privacy for both couples when needed. Great location for lifts, skiing, amenities. Everything you could want and great efficient communication. Worth paying top dollar for! Will definitely stay again.

Location, location, lovely...

Very smoothly run operation (LodgingsinTelluride) and a beautiful condo that appears well loved. Nice set up with underground parking (A little tight space wise...don't bring the F250!) Loved the touchpad entry to everything. Lovely to arrive to lights on and a complimentary arrival "gift." Thank you :) Ski locker literally steps from the lift. Easy walk into town. No complaints, lots of praise, completely satisfied and highly recommend. We will look for this property and/or management company again in the future.

Ski 2024

Perfect 2 bedroom with everything we needed. Excellent location with very short walk to lift. Nice ski locker even closer to lift. Telluride sports right there for everything. Easy short walk to grocery store and numerous restaurants. Exactly as advertised. We never did get the Roku thing working on the TV, but don't really use TV much anyway. Never bothered to ask them about it.

Ski trip

We had a great two night stay here. If you’re skiing, lift 7 is a short 1 minute walk out your condo. The ticket office and rental building are right downstairs as well. Your ski locker is also at the base of lift 7. 1/2 mile walk to town if not too cold. We’d love to come back and spend a week next time.

Incredible Spot for a Family of 4

We were very pleased with our stay this past week while skiing with our children. The unit was clean, had everything we needed and we loved the upstairs/downstairs so we could all spread out and feel like we had our own space. The location is perfect- we rented skis right downstairs as well as got our lift tickets across the way. And it can’t get easier than walking a few steps to lift 7! We walked into town every day, it’s a nice little walk, not too far at all. The only constructive feedback I would give is the upstairs king bed could be more comfortable, it is very hard and we ended up swapping rooms with the kids. All in all, great spot, they even got us a late checkout to accommodate our ride to the airport. Thank you so much, we would definitely stay here again!

Awesome location next to the Coonskin Lift

The listing was exactly as described and had the added benefit of having a completely separate loft apartment that allowed my wife and I to have a separate living space from our teenage kids. The location is basically ski in/out so you can't beat the convenience.

So easy to get on and off the mountain.

We had a great stay at this place it look just like the pictures. The ski locker rocked, halfway between the place and the lift. Love the walkability to town.

Wonderful Condo, great location

If you look for a place to Ski or just a weekend getaway, this Condo is perfect. We enjoyed our walks on the trail along the river, the proximity to Telluride downtown and the accessibility of all locations with the close by Gondola. And the Condo is equipped with everything you might need. Highly recommended.

Amazing location

The property was incredibly convenient. Getting on the lift in the morning was so easy. The shuttle system runs right by the property to make it downtown when it was a little too cold to walk. The property was well stocked with everything we needed to cook/clean up. Would definitely stay again in the future!

Our trip to telluride was excellent. The condo was just steps from the chair lift. It was a very comfortable place to stay. Short walk to some of the restaurants and the gondola.

We look forward to welcoming you in beautiful Telluride! We kindly ask all guests to adhere to the following simple rules. We try to keep our rules to the bare minimum, but please keep in mind that these rules are firm & we greatly appreciate your cooperation:

1. This is a residential building. Please refrain from making loud noise as it is close living & we like to respect our neighbors. Please don't bring the party back to the condo. If we have any late night noise complaints we will have to ask you to leave. And that would be awkward & upsetting for everyone! Quiet hours 9pm - 8am.

2. Absolutely no smoking in the condo or on the premises of the building. This includes cigarettes & marijuana (we CAN smell it!). $500 fine.

3. No pets - please leave your pets at home. Guests who are found to have a pet will be asked to leave immediately, with no refund. Pets cannot be left in vehicles in parking lots. Fines begin at $500, and may be higher if damage has occurred or additional cleaning is required.

4. Check in time is 4pm & checkout time is 10am. Please do not arrive early, or leave late without clearing it with us first as it can disrupt a tight housekeeping schedule.

5. Hot tubs & Pools - Lodging In Telluride has no control over pool & hot tub closures, cleanings or maintenance issues. We cannot be held responsible for refunds for closures during your stay.

6. For stays longer than 10 days, a mid-stay clean is required for an additional fee.

Travel insurance is available to cover your vacation in the event something unexpected pops up. Please ask for details if this is something you would like to purchase. Please note, while we understand that life circumstances can impact your travel plans, we cannot be held responsible for refunds.
