Wonderful stay: location can’t be beat, clean and well stocked with everything we needed, quiet at night, and plenty of space for our girls trip of 3. Will hopefully stay again soon!

My wife and I stayed 10 days and had a fantastic time. Beautiful and cozy unit with great attention to detail in an unbeatable location in Telluride, just as advertised. Highly recommend!

Winter Getaway

Couldn’t ask for more in terms of location to free gondola, in town happenings, and overall stay in the place. Would definitely stay here again.

Daddy Daughter Ski Trip

Great property. Great location. 6th trip with my daughter to ski Telluride and by far the best property and location.

Great condo in an excellent location

A great stay. Condo was exactly as advertised. Comfortable and clean. The location couldn't be better for exploring Telluride or hitting the slopes!

Loved my weekend stay here - the place is gorgeously remodeled and in the perfect location to downtown Telluride (literally downtown). Didn't want to leave - highly recommend.

Best location ever.

This condo is perfectly appointed and well-stocked, but more importantly, it is within walking distance of everything. The Gondola is a five-minute walk, and shopping and restaurants are even closer. We loved it and would stay again.

Great Option for Telluride

Great location in Telluride for walking to restaurants, shopping, the park, the free gondola. Clean and nicely furnished unit. Comfortable beds and quality linens. Highly recommend!

Great location and updated unit

Everything was great about our stay. This unit is walking distance from everything in Telluride! Only bummer was that the hot tub was out of service when we were there. I would highly recommend this property.

Great location

The unit is located within easy walking distance to everything in town, including the gondola. It is also very nicely updated. It comfortably fit 4 adults. The check-in process was very smooth.

Perfect location and beautiful condo

We loved this condo! It is beautiful, clean and has the most comfortable beds. We also found it was quiet at this location, which was surprising given the number of guests in the neighboring condos. The condo is located central to town and gives you easy access to restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again!

Spring break

Our family of 4 had a great spring break ski trip. Property is clean and pictures accurately reflect the property. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and would definitely book this property again.

Best location and great condo!

We had a wonderful stay in the Fall Line condo! The condo is exactly as pictured. Everything feels brand new, really great decor, wonderful kitchen, heated bathroom floors. You can’t beat the location: walked to the gondola with ski gear, surrounded by great restaurants, bars and shopping. We would definitely stay here again!

We are always happy to contact the HOA/Property Manager, but unfortuantely we are in charge of cleans, repairs, opening/closing it. We'd be happy to host you again!

An affordable gem in the heart of downtown

This completely renovated condo is lovely and the location can’t be beat! It is right in the heart of downtown, a short walk to shops, restaurants, the gondola, trails, etc. The condo is nicely redone with modern finishes and was much more affordable than other properties downtown. Our family of 4 had a great time!

Great Location

Property was super clean and one block from main st. and just a couple blocks from river and hiking trails. Could not ask for a better location. I have a full size pick up truck so garage parking did not work but on street parking was super easy to arrange and convenient. We had a nice stay.

So we'll appointed

Not only was the condo super clean and in a great location, it was fully outfitted with kitchen supplies, laundry detergent AND coffee. And a bottle of wine was waiting for us.
