Nice property, would stay again. We really enjoyed the porch and the beds were comfortable. Perfect for two couples.

Wonderful property!

I've stayed in many villas during my Kiawah vacations and once again this villa did not disappoint! Very clean and comfortable and beautifully maintained. The location in Turtle Beach is perfect for a short walk to the beach!

Great Place to Stay!

I had a quick visit that came up quickly and this place was available, highly rated, fairly priced, and most importantly clean. Everything was as stated once I was there. My stay was short but sweet and I would recommend this one to others. If possible, I would stay there again on future stays!

Short vacation get-a-way

The property was very nice, as pictured. The kitchen was very well stocked, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, pillows, sheets, etc. We especially enjoyed the comfortably furnished screened-in porch as a place to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of Kiawah Island. The nearby beach was also a great place to spend a day.

Family summer vacation

Very nice unit, good room sizes, with nice view of the pond. Reasonable walking distance to the beach. Met all our expectations. Would stay here again.

Perfect Fall getaway

The unit was very clean and comfortable. The screened in porch was a comfy spot to relax and enjoy the lagoon views. It was a short, easy bike ride or walk to the beach. Convenient location in a quiet section.

Great location. Close to the beach, golf, The Sanctuary. Condo was clean and the kitchen well appointed. February weather was beautiful and we really enjoyed the peace and quiet.

Perfect for a Family of 4!

Our family of 4 stayed in this villa for 4 nights. It was in a great location and it was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable, showers and w/d worked well. Only suggestion would be to upgrade the living room furniture.

Retreat with water views

My time on Edisto was very nice. The water views of the canal could be seen from the living room and the master. The neighborhood was also very quiet which was nice. Only concern was the rental did seem a bit humid and musty upon entry. Opening up the windows and sliding door to air out the rental helped a bit.

Kiawah Condo

Very clean unit and updated decorating. Relaxing screened porch for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Linens and pillows could stand an upgrade. Lighting in master bathroom is a bit overpowering! Overall, very pleased with our stay at Kiawah.

Screened porch was very nice.

Pond has gators and snakes. Very quite location and restful. Beach is perfect. Bike trails are nice with many destinations. Beds very comfortable and AC was cool. Would be nice if there were coffee filters as that was the only challenge . Lol. just really nice and would rent this again.
