Questa villa con il soffitto della cattedrale si trova a Parkside al secondo piano e si affaccia su una splendida laguna, ricca della bellezza naturale di Kiawah. Questa posizione centrale è perfetta per le famiglie. È a 5 minuti a piedi dall'oceano, dal parco, dal centro tennis, dai campi da golf e dal nuovo Sanctuary Hotel and Spa.

Un patio schermato e un ponte aperto sono completamente arredati per il tuo divertimento. Questa è la nostra casa per la maggior parte dei 5 mesi all'anno che abbiamo arredato con gusto con tutto il necessario per una memorabile vacanza in famiglia in quanto non è una proprietà commerciale. Se ti piace cucinare la cucina è completamente attrezzata e se hai bisogno di biciclette o hai interesse per una carta da pesca, abbiamo i nomi di grandi aziende che offrono ai nostri affittuari un prezzo speciale.

Per quelli con giovani famiglie potresti voler considerare la fine dell'estate dell'anno, possibilmente settembre o inizio ottobre, perché è davvero un paradiso poiché tutti sono tornati a scuola. Le tariffe sono più basse e offriamo protezione dalle tempeste per le tue vacanze in famiglia - chiedi i dettagli.

We had the best stay at Kiawah! The condo had everything we needed & is in a great location. Family meals on the screened-in porch then enjoying a drink on the balcony watching for alligators in the lagoon after the kids went to bed. Everything was as described & in great condition. We hope to return again next year!

We’ve been visiting Kiawah for over 20 years, and this stay ranks among the best! The home was spotless and very well-maintained, making us feel right at home. The location is fantastic, right next to Night Heron Park, which made for easy access to beautiful nature trails and peaceful surroundings. Everything about this stay exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable spot in a prime location!

What can we say other than perfection. Kathleen and Tom were fantastic hosts. The instruction booklet sent to us was so helpful. And cooks will never long for a kitchen tool. This home has it all. It's quiet with a beautiful view. Parking is right outside the outdoor steps. And yes there are steps but split up into 3 smaller flights so one can rest if need be. Enjoy your stay in Kiawah Island as we did.

Great condo. They had everything we needed in the house plus the bike trails and beach were close by. We got one really nice day and were able to eat lunch on the screened in deck, so that nice.

Excellent Villa

My family really enjoyed our stay while in Kiawah. The villa was beautifully decorated and really felt like home. It was equipped with everything you could need. I’ve stayed in a number of properties on Kiawah and this was my favorite by far! We will be back!

This condo had everything we could possibly need. I loved sitting out in the evening looking for wildlife in the lagoon. Short bike ride or walk to a beautiful beach. We hope to come back again soon.

A Little Bit of Paradise

Being an owner myself of a property on Kiawah Island, I can attest that everything was quite frankly beautiful. The accommodations were excellent and the property owners could not have been more helpful and an absolute pleasure to deal with. You certainly have a little piece of paradise.

Great place. A bit of a walk to the beach if you’re carrying beach stuff, so I’d definitely recommend a wagon or cart. Beautiful and calming views from the deck and super nice outdoor dining area. Owner was a pleasure and coming and going was stress free. Highly recommend!

Very clean and comfortable furnishings ,well equipped kitchen, very good location, quiet neighborhood. Centrally located to beach,playgrounds, bikes available for rent. Overlooking lagoon. Has back deck and sizable screened inside porch. We enjoyed are stay very much.

Best Plan B ever!

We were originally scheduled to go to Asheville but rerouted in the wake of Hurricane Helene to Kiawah, an island paradise. The trip was made all the sweeter with this lovely, comfortable rental. It was a hop, skip, and jump to everywhere on the island and Tom and Kathy were warm and responsive hosts. Highly recommend.

Perfect Getaway!

Had a wonderful first visit to Kiawah! The condo was perfect for our family of four and the location couldn’t be better. We had an easy bike to Night Heron park and to the beach. The owner, Kathleen, set us up with all the important instructions and provided great recommendation to a bike rental company. Communication was so timely and helpful! Kiawah is truly a magical place and we can’t wait to come back!

Our best ever!

We have been coming to Kiawah for years, but this was our favorite property ever! It was well equipped, clean and comfortable. It feels like a home, not just a rental property. The outside space was the best, with a deck for viewing alligators and birds, and a screened-in porch that works even on rainy days. Our hosts were easy to reach and always responsive. We hated to leave, but look forward to returning next year.

Fantastic Stay

We rented this unit for the week of July 4th. It was stocked with everything we needed including extra blankets, extra towels, and kitchen items if you wanted to fix a meal. We enjoyed the screened in porch and played cards and listened to music every night out there. The bed was comfortable and unit was nicely decorated. We also enjoyed Mingo Point Oyster roast and The Goonies movie outside on the big screen. Highly recommend!

Lovely stay in Kiawah

We had an amazing time during our stay at Kathleen's in Kiawah. We had a bit of an issue on arrival with the cleaners not having been there before we came, but Kathleen was very responsive, apologetic and quick to rectify the issue. These things happen so we appreciated her gracious and helpful response! Otherwise the place was in an amazing location, we loved sitting out on the back porch and we had a lovely time staying there with everything we needed. We were travelling with our 8 month old baby and it was the perfect spot for our little family getaway.

PGA Championship

Awesome place to stay. Condo was well equipped with nice things and kitchen needed items. Beds were comfortable. A/C worked great. We cooked most meals there because of crowds at tournament. Owner was real responsive with questions we had before checking in. Only draw back was it was on second floor and we brought a lot of stuff for a full week there. Kiawah does not let condo owners have a grill so we missed that. We would definitely like to rent again. It was mid Island so close to everything. The 4 Star Sanctuary is next door if you need a massage or nice meal.

Nice place and would stay again

The place was just as advertised and work great for our family. The only knock was that the cleaning was not complete when we showed up, even though this was hours after the arrival time. The trash was not emptied, the bed was not made, etc. Then when we were out the next day, the trash and recycling was taken out and the rest of the cleaning was complete. Odd, but I suspect this was due to us coming on a very busy marathon weekend, and the cleaners were likely behind. Other than this, the place was great and we would certainly book it again.

This is our home for the better part of 5 months a year and we rent the villa on a direct basis. We pride ourselves on our response time weather it be your reservation or a problem during your stay - this is not a commercial property and that does make a big difference.

One of the activities that is very popular on Kiawah Island is biking as there are 20 miles of Bike trails that are mostly shaded. I would encourage you to either bring your own bikes or consider renting them. We have the name of a great co. that has agreed to give our renters a special rate.
