Vieni a stare con noi nel nostro condominio con 3 camere da letto / 2 bagni nel sempre famoso Ledges Complex sul 20mm a Osage Beach.
Questa unità è dotata di cucina completamente attrezzata e utensili da cucina. Include una griglia a gas sul ponte dove è possibile grigliare, guardare le barche, i nuotatori sulla spiaggia e / o affacciarsi sulla piscina! Hai tutto!
Il master ha un letto matrimoniale con annesso bagno completo. La seconda camera ha letti a castello con un pieno sul fondo e singola in alto, e la terza camera ha un letto matrimoniale ed entrambi condividono il bagno della hall. Il divano letto offre ulteriori posti letto con un alloggio Queen. Tutta la biancheria e la biancheria da letto sono incluse. Le TV sono nel soggiorno e in tutte e 3 le camere da letto. Lavatrice e asciugatrice full size sono convenienti per quei soggiorni prolungati.
Il complesso Ledges offre 2 piscine. Uno nel punto sul canale principale e il secondo pool accanto a questo edificio. La spiaggia di sabbia e l'accesso all'acqua sono a pochi passi.

The Ledges si trova nel cuore di Osage, tutto ciò che ha da offrire. Le imbarcazioni e i noleggi sono molto vicini alla Marina Surdyke dove puoi o lanciare il tuo punto e lasciare la roulotte a pagamento. Appena dietro l'angolo.
Ci sono molti ristoranti dall'informale alla raffinata cucina. Diversi lungomare in pochi minuti. Fast food. Minimarket. Divertenti boutique e centro commerciale sono TUTTI in pochi minuti.

Nice Space, Misleading Listing and Ongoing Issues

Clean space and easy check-in, but a number of issues that guests should be aware of. The condo is on the 4th floor with no elevator-something not mentioned in the listing, with small kids, the stairs were a challenge and would have been a deal-breaker had we known. the listing was misleading in a few wats: it advertised a grill on the patio (but there wasn't one and rules actually prohibit grilling), bedding was supposed to be provided fo the pull-out sofa but only a sheet was included. the dryer took over 10 hours to dry a load of towels, which made it impossible to do laundry. A previous guest had the same review in 2023, along with slow-draining sink-none which seem to have been fixed. The back patio light was broken. Overall, the place has potential, but its frustrating to see long-standing maintenance issues go unresolved. Future guests should weigh these concerns before booking.

Condo was ok

There was tons of spiders on the balcony we couldn’t use it. My son in law had to go to the hospital because of spider bites. The air didn’t work properly it would just shut off and it would get hot in the condo. The garbage disposal didn’t work so the sink kept backing up. The pictures showed we were on the beach but we were actually across the street and a lot of steps and lots of walking to get to the beach. The folded out couch was so dirty with food (chips, popcorn) that we didn’t use it. We couldn’t hardly see out the sliding glass door because the seal was broken and it was so cloudy from moisture on the inside. Osage Beach was nice just wish we had a better condo.

Great Place for a family getaway!

Great place for a family getaway. Condo is located in short drive to the strip. Takes about 5 minutes to get about any where. Nice sandy beach for kids to swim and play.

The condo was nice, had some spider webs to clean up inside and the location was great. Not far from shopping, restaurants and activities.

Disappointed

We arrived to a very hot condo. The check out protocol calls to turn the ac to 80 degrees and it took most of the evening to finally cool off. I don’t think the savings is worth the inconvenience to guests. The carpet throughout the condo has large pet stains everywhere. This was unexpected as guests are not allowed to bring pets. The guest toilet has brown rust stains and the kitchen floor was chipped. There were exposed nails on the transitions from the plank flooring into the bedroom at the front of the condo and my husband and I kept stubbing our toe on the sharp protrusions. The large deck has no offering of shade. There was no umbrella for the table and one of the chairs was missing a cushion. The dining room bench is very wobbly and the towel holder in the master bath fell out of the wall when putting a towel on it prior to raking a shower. There were not enough towels and wascloths in the condo for more than one shower for each registered guest. There is a washer/dryer and detergent was there. However, the dryer was not functioning properly and it took about 6 hours to dry 3 towels. This was very frustrating as we wanted to be able to shower and get ready to go out to dinner after a day on the lake. When we contacted the owner about the dryer she said it works fine and the housekeeping staff apparently used it fine before we arrived. Overall, the place is dated and did not feel mainraines properly. We would not stay at this conso again.

Nice Ozark Condo

The property was very nice, we enjoyed the stay. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and the rooms spacious. There were a few minor things the cleaning crew missed but otherwise it was great and overall very nice!

Super Cute & Lots of Room

We had a great stay, and the complex was lovely. However, i wish somewhere in the main description they would tell you that this home is on the 2nd Tier, plus on the 3rd level. This was quite a production, with two toddlers and a teenager in a leg brace getting to the pool and beach. The house was super clean, but outdated in areas. The doors were hard to open, & the tile was chipped in places.

May not consider kid friendly

We had a wonderful time at the ledges. This is by far my favorite place on the lake to stay because of the beach. This place says it’s kid friendly but the people below our condo were not so kid friendly (this is why I have it 4 stars). They called security on us twice because the kids were excited the first day and running around. I assure you were were telling them to walk but they are kids and were just being kids.

Great stay

Was well kept, and perfect for our needs. The hosts were easy to contact and willing help as needed. I would only suggest getting new locks for door as the handle was messed up and sometimes hard to unlock.

Nice for a place to sleep

The property was great for what we needed, a place to sleep. I would probably hold off if you are looking for a week long vacation. We have stayed in cleaner/nicer units at the Ledges for similar in price. Again, perfect for what we needed as we were out on the boat most of the day each day. Just far from everything. We would probably rent this unit again for a similar situation.

Ozark week

Unit 1035 in building 10 at Ledges was very nice, we had 9 people and we were not crowded at all. The deck was our favorite spot overlooking the lake, the sunrise and the sunsets were gorgeous. We got to watch some cigar boats do some test and tuning. Check in was easy and check out was just as easy. The carpet could have used a spot cleaning, but other than that is was very clean.

Mini family vacation

The condo was perfect, we were there July 4th week/weekend-wed thru sun!! 3bedrooms, 2bathrooms, close to the pool, easy access to the condo! Had everything u need in a kitchen! Very clean, comfortable beds and pillows!! The view from the deck is beautiful!!

Friendly owners

We had to call the property owners a couple of times and they were very courteous and quick to respond to our needs and questions. The condo was nice clean and well kept. Would highly recommend!
