Great place, comfortable with very nice amenities. The building/complex is older but the unit has been updated and is very nice. The bed was very comfortable. Parking was easy as was check in/out. We enjoyed the location and the easy walk to the amphitheater and Dillon lake. Would definitely book again.

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed at property for an event at the amphitheatre. Location was outstanding; lake side bike path is just a minutes walk away with easy walk to the amphitheatre. Coffee shop and food trucks just a couple of minutes walk. Rented directly through property management company and their customer service and proactive communication was outstanding. Property was older but well renovated and maintained. Would definitely recommend this property!

Overall a great spot with awesome location! Only disappointment was listing said it had a washer and dryer and we later found out it’s a paid service in a different building.

We're glad you enjoyed your stay. We apologize for the misunderstanding on the laundry. The property listing states that it is in the basement of the building and is phone/app operated.

Spacious, well appointed unit in a great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for 3 nights for a short ski vacation. We are a family of 4 with 2 adult children. The unit is beautiful and had high end appliances, well-stocked with linens and towels and cookware. They even left firewood for the fireplace. It was really close to the grocery store and shops. Was a short drive over to Loveland Ski Area. We enjoyed it and would stay there again.

Amazing place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy check in! The place was very clean and the property description was accurate. The kitchen appliances are new and the shower in the bathroom had strong water flow. It took us around 10 minutes of slow leisurely walk to the Amphitheater. There is a beautiful playground for my two young grandkids across the street. I highly recommend this property.

Well done remodel, building old, convenient location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very nice and so close in town and easy to get to. Beds comfortable. One thing we were disappointed about is that the listing said washer and dryer, but there is NOT a washer a dryer even in the building, but the basement of another building for pay. Also, remember like most mountain units, no A/C...were were here in a summer hot spell, so have to open all the windows at night to get it to cool down.
