We had a great stay .The cabin was as described.We loved hearing the rushing of the water in the creek. It was easy to get to everything. We didn’t walk to the strip but it is in walking distance if you enjoy allot of walking. We will definitely stay again.

I've stayed in many cabins in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area, and I have to say that this cabin was one of the best ones so far. Very clean and comfortable to stay in. Beds are roomy and very comfy. Kitchen was awesome! Love the river flowing past the front. Great location and easy to get to. Quiet area so there is nothing going on around you to keep you up at night. We enjoyed our vacation and will definitely stay here again. We didn't see any bears but there was a gray squirrel that visited us out on the deck!

The property is in a great location to the main strip. We walked in twice, a kinda long walk but great exercise and scenery. The bears and other animals were active on the street we seen 9 in total. Plus 3 at the three bear store. My grandkids enjoyed playing in the water although please be careful could be hours later but if it rains it turns into rapids. It was a great location great house and great host. We cannot wait to return.

Walkable to town, but a longer walk to walk through town. A couple of restaurants within a half mile. Good ice cream up the road...Mad Dog's. A bear went through the river by the place.

Cabin was very clean and in a great location for accessing downtown Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Great Smoky Mountains Park. The owners were very communicative leading up to our stay and even checked in during our trip to make sure we were comfortable. It was easy to access and all we could have wanted for a stay in the mountains. We traveled as a family of 4 with our two sons (14 & 10). We had plenty of room and the beds were comfortable. Hot tub was very clean too! Would definitely stay here again.

Great property, close to town

Our family of 5 stayed enjoyed our stay in this cabin. We really enjoyed the location, the stream outside and the hot tub. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Great communication with the owner.

Loved this cabin

Beautiful cabin on the creek, just minutes from gatlinburg! Cozy and comfortable cabin on the inside with a nice size porch and hot tub. Check in and out were both easy with simple instructions. Would definitely recommend this place

Awesome stay

The location was great, and the creek/water sound scape was top notch. We had a mama bear and cubs visit. It was a great stay. The only thing I would advise is to bring your own pillows. Overall, it was awesome, thank you so much!

Our Gatlinburg trip

The cabin was very comfortable, nicely decorated and convenient to the Smoky Mountain National Park. My husband, his father and myself stayed for 2 days. We visited Gatlinburg & did a little shopping. We hiked in the park and especially enjoyed the natural beauty of the area.

Convenient and Cozy

Well kept cabin located walking distance to the strip. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are very clean. Sleeping with the sound of flowing water of the Roaring Fork is so soothing! The owner responded to inquiries promptly. Definitely will come back.

Relaxing stay.

All of us loved this cabin. We saw the famous bear coming down the hill behind the hot tub. Everything was perfect with the exception of the two days the hot tub was out of order and that was no one's fault and was taken care of as soon as possible. Perfect communication with Kirkland Cabins. They made everything simple. I would rent from them again without hesitation.

Beautiful cabin in great location

My family and I stayed at this beautiful cabin right on the creek for 4 nights in February 2024. The cabin itself was clean, well-maintained and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, about 5 minutes outside of Gatlinburg. My kids loved being right on the creek. Communication from the owner was top-notch. I even received an email during our stay, just checking in to see how everything was going. Highly recommended. Thanks for a wonderful place to stay!

Sisters trip

Needed a sister trip and booked this cabin. Was exactly as described and pictured. Was very clean and well stocked even though we didn’t cook much. Would definitely stay at this cabin again. Didn’t have any problems to report but the management company was prompt with information. The only discrepancy in the description is I feel like it’s a long walk to downtown Gatlinburg.

Wonderful home, amazing location

The home is fabulous. It's a recently rebuild unit (in one of the areas affected by the Gatlinburg fire) literally on the bank of a rocky river branch, with good fishing and the a constant relaxing sound from the water flowing over the rocks. There is a large first level deck and two small second level ones, giving lots of options to be outside. The home is bigger in size and feel than a typical "chalet", and gave our party of 5 lots of room. The home was well stocked and beautiful. We loved this home and would love to rent it again if we return to Gatlinburg in the future.

Off season fun in Gatlinburg!

We booked a last minute week long trip to Gatlinburg and what a great week it was! Despite the rain and snow, there was little to no traffic and we still were able to take in lots of fun. This cabin/home was super clean and conveniently located under a mile from the strip. The cabin was just as listed! Make sure to bring own toiletries and some extra paper goods. Plenty of blankets and pillows that kept us cozy and we loved the electric fireplace and hot tub. The beds were very comfortable as wellAnd kitchen had all we needed. We only ate out once or twice and made all of our other meals right there. The roaring river was so gorgeous and soothing to listen to. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay! We certainly will book from Kirkland again!
