Situato in posizione unica per una vacanza attiva in questa esclusiva isola barriera della Carolina del Nord, il "Park Place" si trova a pochi passi dal parco comunale, a 3 minuti a piedi dalla favolosa spiaggia est, ea 5 minuti a piedi da una nuotata, o cena, presso l'elegante Shoals Club.

La casa, ideale per una vacanza in famiglia, è di nuova proprietà ed è stata completamente ristrutturata nel 2018, con nuovi letti e mobili. Il piano inverso è caratterizzato da un portico schermato al 2 ° piano per sfruttare le viste del parco adiacente e i suoni del vicino oceano.

Il 2 ° piano aperto comprende anche una grande sala, sala da pranzo, cucina completamente attrezzata, ½ bagno e una camera a castello (due letti a castello gemelli). Al piano di sotto, c'è una camera da letto matrimoniale (re) e due camere da letto (regina), tutte con bagno privato e Smart TV.

Un crofter separato dispone di una camera da letto (queen), mini-cucina, divano estraibile, Smart TV e bagno completo, il tutto situato sopra un garage carrello, che ospita golf cart a 4 e 6 posti (entrambi su contratti di manutenzione, a assicurare un trasporto affidabile e senza problemi in tutta l'isola), biciclette, sdraio e giocattoli da spiaggia. Tra la casa e il crofter c'è un patio con griglia a carbone e uno spazio esterno casual.

I servizi aggiuntivi includono l'iscrizione (disponibile per l'acquisto separato) al Bald Head Island Club (compreso il golf) e Shoals Club, doccia esterna, seggiolone, porta culla e cancelletto per bambini, sedie a dondolo con portico anteriore, biancheria e un eccellente gestore di proprietà locali che può prendere prontamente qualsiasi preoccupazione o problema.

Questa struttura affitta venerdì-venerdì a giugno e luglio e sabato-sabato ad agosto.

This was our second stay at Park Place and we just love it! The location is perfect with the park across the street and walkable beach access. Sharon is an amazing host. She is very responsive and friendly. Looking forward to coming back next year!

We had a wonderful stay at Park Place! The house is well equipped and was perfect for our family gathering. We particularly enjoyed time on the porches. Sharon is a great host. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Island is pretty quiet in early May and we had a great time celebrating with family. Would highly recommend this property and Sharon was very responsive.

House is in nice location - and as advertised by way of beds/amenities. But overall property is in need of some reasonable upgrades for price paid for July week. . Furniture is renter grade at best & some furniture needs upgrades/replacement (Ex - LR sofa stained & coffee table very wobbly). Host was very helpful - but very limited paper & toiletries goods - bathroom soap/shampoo disposals not working. Made multiple trips to market just to get bare minimum to make even until day 2 w/ 3-adults & 2-toddlers In general - we had nice time. House well built, but needs some updating & TLC.

We're sorry our family's vacation home did not meet your expectations, but we feel it's important to provide some context for future guests. The sofa described as "renter grade" is a Pottery Barn sofa. Because it is white, we provide a washable fleece cover to help protect it and make it practical for families with children. We were at the home two weeks before your stay, when all of the sofa cushion covers were washed and the rugs were shampooed. When you texted that additional paper products and soap were needed, I immediately contacted our cleaning and property management company so those items could be addressed. I also spent a great deal of time over several months helping you prepare for your first trip to the island. This included handling your request to reschedule your stay, answering numerous questions about the ferry and the area, and responding promptly to every message and call before and during your visit. We work hard to maintain our home and provide a great experience for our guests. While we respect that every guest has different expectations, we do not believe this review accurately reflects the condition of our home or the overall experience of our guests.

Nice Place for Our Family

Perfect place to stay

We were very happy with this house. The location is great and the house was very clean and comfortable. The photos don’t do it justice. We were really happy with how well equipped the house and kitchen were and the two six seater golf carts worked great. I would definitely stay here again.

Park Place is perfectly located within easy walking distance of East Beach and Mikes Bites. Two of our favorites on the island. We would recommend to any family group looking for a relaxing time away. We love it!

The house was beautiful. It was well stocked and organized. Plenty of room for our family. The porches and outdoor living spaces were very nice. It was one of the best locations we have stayed at. So convenient to everything we needed. The host was excellent to communicate with. Great experience!!!

Excellent home near the beach! Kitchen has what you need and more. The home is clean and beds are comfortable. Bikes are in good shape, golf carts are fast, lots of beach toys and chairs. The owners clearly take care to ensure this property is in great shape for themselves and their renters. The owner is highly responsive and very helpful.

Multiple families

The property fit our families well! The location was great — across the street from the park and a short drive/walk to the beach. We cooked most nights and the kitchen was well stocked with nice plates, platters, etc., which was a nice bonus. The property owner was excellent with communication while we were there. Thank you!

Amazing stay with the family at Park Place!

Just returned from a great week with the family at BHI - Park Place (31st visit to BHI). The ferry to the island was a little challenging due to Covid limitations but once we settled into the house all the stress disappeared. The house was very clean and well appointed (including a coffee grinder). Location was perfect for East beach and Shoals club access. Great week with the family . Looking forward to future visits.

For years we've been coming to Bald Head with our extended family. We had trouble finding a house that was close to the beach and could comfortably accommodate 2-3 families. After renting on the island for many years we purchased this home and had it furnished and decorated to be exactly what we were looking for.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Easy walk to East Beach (best on the island), The Shoals Club and Turtle Conservancy while facing The Commons Park. Screened in porch overlooks the park and is great for morning coffee, cocktails and even watching TV. The 5th bedroom in the crofter over the garage is perfect for grandparents, nanny or those looking for more privacy. Our kitchen is well stocked and the property is meticulously maintained.
