Non vedo l'ora di partire per Parigi, ma non lasciare i comfort di casa tua? Benvenuti nel nostro appartamento in stile USA a Parigi, che è stato rifatto dalle pareti nude.
Due camere da letto e due bagni completamente piastrellati ciascuno con i propri servizi igienici. Tutta l'acqua calda che desideri e molta pressione anche se sei l'ultimo a fare la doccia. Una cucina americana completa con una zona pranzo con vista sulla Torre Eiffel, così come le due camere da letto. C'è un balcone / terrazzo completo fuori dal soggiorno e sala da pranzo.
Offriamo finestre complete su entrambi i lati dell'appartamento che offre molta luce e vista.
Aria condizionata reale che è importante (e che molti affitti di Parigi non forniscono) a causa delle ondate di calore sempre più estive. Oltre al riscaldamento a pavimento in co-op standard, in inverno vi è calore aggiuntivo per l'aria forzata. Pavimenti in legno, lavatrice e asciugatrice separate, TV inglese, cavo Wi-Fi ed Ethernet in fibra ottica molto veloce. Necessità di rimanere in contatto con la famiglia, gli amici o l'ufficio, offriamo chiamate gratuite verso il Nord America (e la Francia, ovviamente).
Tutto questo in un complesso moderno, sicuro, silenzioso e adatto (chiamato Le Grand Pavois) in un quindicesimo quartiere residenziale di alto livello - a pochi minuti dalla Torre Eiffel ea soli 10-12 minuti dal Louvre / Place Concorde / Champs Elysees con la linea 8 della metropolitana (fermata Lourmel).
Questa è un'area in cui vivono veri francesi e ha tutti i negozi e i ristoranti che pretendono. Non troverai trappole per turisti troppo costose o bambini con zaino in spalla che ti buttano giù dai marciapiedi. Se vuoi cucinare da solo c'è un grande supermercato - con la sua gastronomia e la sua pasticceria - al piano terra del complesso apt.
Ottimo per due coppie o coppie con bambini.

We had a wonderful stay in Paris. It was nice to do all the tourist things during the day and come back to this apartment and rest at night. We had great weather so we had the windows open every night. Such a lovely breeze all through each room. We loved seeing the Eiffel tower light show each night. We used the metro a lot and the station is easy to get to. There are great restaurants, a bread shop and a grocery store very close too.

We had a lovely time! The Lourmel boulangerie (bakery) 2 min away is incredible. You MUST try the pain au chocolat!! It was great being in the same building as the grocery store. All the local restaurants we tried were fantastic. Alan met us and got us all settled in. The book they have with info, local stuff described, maps, etc, and Alan’s recs were fantastic and really helped smoothen our time in Paris. The neighborhood is wonderful - only 1 tourist family was seen, and it was quiet and safe. The view of the Eiffel Tower was wonderful. We all loved it, especially sunsets and the light show on the hour. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved our stay and the location can’t be beat. Alan met us outside the apartment which made check in a breeze. We were very close to the metro which made travel to popular attractions very convenient. We enjoyed watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle from our bedrooms. We also ate at 3 amazing restaurants in the neighborhood, popular with locals and a very short walk from the apartment. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip.

The place was just the right size for the 4 of us and the view of the Eifell Tower from our rooms at night was magical. The location is terrific as you are just a couple blocks in either direction to a Metro station, excellent restaurants and cafes, a wonderful grocery store, and we really loved the farmers market on Saturday and Wednesday. The building is nice, you are up on the 8th floor, and easy but secure access. The property manager Alan was excellent helping to set up our ride from the airport, meeting us at the property and showing us around, easy to reach with questions while we were there, and getting our ride back to the airport. We had a full size refrigerator and freezer with good amount of plates, bowls, etc. to enjoy having food available. We rented a car and the garage is easy to get in and out and access to the upstairs. This is a great location in Paris with very easy access to anywhere via the Metro, Bus, and Uber - we loved our stay and will stay there again if we return to Paris.

The property manager met us upon arrival which was so helpful. He showed us around the apt, gave us some helpful tips about the neighborhood and Paris. The apt was clean and was grreat place to spread out and relax after exploring Paris. Close to the metro and within walking distance to many sights. The grocery store in the building is so convenient. The kitchen has everything you need and we really enjoyed having 2 bathrooms since we were traveling with our 2 kids. The king size bed could use to be replaced as it lacked support but we were so tired it only affected us one night. Overall we had a great stay and Alan, the property manager, is very communicative.

This is such a terrific property, the kitchen was well stocked and easy to use, and the bathrooms and showers were super clean and modern. The living and dining rooms were very comfortable, and a detailed notebook of tips and instructions was helpful. The complex is very secure, and the area had lots of people walking their dogs, as well as closeness to the Metro, and with restaurants and small grocery stores very close. Alan and his brother got us all checked in, answered messages quickly, and helped us use the garage for parking, which was great. The apartment has tons of light, and was adequately warm in the cold weather. Really an enjoyable stay!! All the stars!

Excellent stay south of Paris Center

Well equipped property just south of Paris city center. We enjoyed this property - quiet, safe, easy accommodations near by (market, cafes, bakery, etc). The property manager was very attentive and quick to respond. We greatly enjoyed this property.

Worked great for multi-generation group

The 12 year old was in love with the night time view of the Eiffel Tower, my mom appreciated having her own room and bathroom, and I appreciated all the fantastic and clear communication from Alan in advance and during our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay in Paris

We really enjoyed this Parisian apartment. It has all the necessary amenities and is quiet. Markets, restaurants and the Metro station are all within a couple of blocks. The property owner was very easy to work and communicate with. I would definitely come back.

Great location

Nice apartment in a great location. Close to metro stops and taxi stands. Wonderful restaurants and bakeries nearby. Also, it was very helpful to have a grocery store on the first level, we used that a lot as well.

Great location! Close to metro, tram and bus stop.

First trip to Paris with my 87 yr old mother in law. Although there were a few obstacles getting her from one place to the other.....we found the VRBO outstanding.

Thanks for your 5-star review. Glad you enjoyed the apt. When you mention a few difficulties getting around with your elderly mother, I assume you mean getting around with a wheelchair in Paris in general rather than in the apt and the apt complex. Regards, Alan

Lovely home, short walk to Metro

Comfortable beds, located in a quiet area away from the tourist attractions, but close to Metro and taxis (and e-bikes!) when you want to get somewhere else in the city. Full supermarket on the ground floor was very convenient. Would stay here again.

What a great property! Views of the Eiffel Tower from both bedrooms and the kitchen is what made our family stay extra special. Alan, the property host come all the way in to meet us on arrival and was in regular communication even when he could see our flight was late. He gave us a great intro to the property and surrounding area to make sure we knew the ins and outs of everything. It was such a nice property and the perfect size for our family of 4. The supermarket was so convenient, and the metro line was very handy, although our first day in Paris, we walked everywhere, including to the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe and then back home again. It is a great neighborhood to stay in, and if we’re ever back in Paris, this will be the first property I look to book.

Great Place to Stay

The location is very convenient. We used public transportation to see the city - metro, busses, tram -all an easy walk from the apt. The apt provided everything we needed. It was quiet and comfortable. The neighborhood provided shopping, bakeries, great restaurants and a small local farmer's market on Wed snd Sat with great seafood, cheese, and vegetables and fruit. The owner was easily reachable and provided great assistance. Highly recommend.

New Year’s in Paris

My family of five had a wonderful holiday in Paris! The apartment fit us perfectly and the location was great to get to all of the sites (the metro is just down the street). We really enjoyed watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle at night right from the window! Also- Alan was great with communication and setting up our airport transfer as well!

Best location

Who knew the Eiffel Tower lit up at night? We could see it from three of our rooms. The apartment felt like home and had every convenience we needed. Near the Metro, great restaurants , and groceries. A real plus was two elevators

Everything you need

This was a fully equipped house that has every comfort of home. On the first floor of the apartment building is a supermarket and the metro is a very short walk. The neighborhood has bakeries, restaurants, shops, all within walking distance. This is the perfect place to stay for a visit to Paris!
