L'appartamento si trova a pochi passi dagli "Champs Elysées". Nel diciassettesimo distretto, una delle zone dell'alta borghesia di Parigi, la maggior parte dell'edificio è in stile haussmaniano. È vicino non solo alle attrazioni turistiche come l'Arco di Trionfo e gli Champs Elysées, ma anche a supermercati e mercati freschi. C'è un mercato fresco aperto tutto il giorno a pochi passi dall'app. Mentre è situato in una posizione molto comoda, l'appartamento è molto calmo.

L'appartamento è situato al primo piano di un edificio in pietra con ascensore. Ha pavimenti in legno, molte finestre ed è modernamente decorato. Il proprietario ha giocato con una combinazione di colori in bianco e nero, dando all'appartamento un aspetto molto chic.

Entrando nell'appartamento, uno si affaccia su una finestra di fronte e uno ha un corridoio a sinistra. In fondo al corridoio si trova il bagno a destra e la camera da letto dritto. Proprio prima della camera da letto, uno è accolto nel soggiorno.

Questo soggiorno è organizzato per ospitare comodamente 4 persone, incluso dormire due persone. Offre un comodo divano, poltrone, un tavolo allungabile che può ospitare fino a 6 persone e un pensile. Il soggiorno è inondato di luce naturale, grazie a 2 grandi finestre che offrono una vista sulla strada e sul mercato di prodotti freschi.

Il divano può essere convertito in un comodo letto per 2 persone. Dai un'occhiata alle foto è davvero un bel letto. Inoltre, il muro parziale dona intimità all'angolo notte. Il proprietario ha in programma di aggiungere una tenda per separare a piacimento il lato della camera da letto del soggiorno e il lato pranzo.

La camera da letto offre un comodo letto matrimoniale e un ampio spazio nell'armadio. La camera da letto beneficia anche di una grande finestra.

L'appartamento ha una cucina moderna aperta che è ben attrezzata per preparare i pasti.

Il bagno è completamente piastrellato. Offre una grande doccia con porte in vetro, una zona vanità, nonché lavatrice e asciugatrice.

Il bagno si trova in una stanza separata.

La posizione è ottima: il "Fresh Market Poncellet", un supermercato e molti negozi si trovano molto vicino all'appartamento. La famosa "Place des Ternes" è un paio di minuti a piedi con i suoi negozi di fiori e la metropolitana. L'Arco di Trionfo è raggiungibile a piedi: una buona occasione per passeggiare lungo gli "Champs Elysées" al mattino quando le persone si stanno ancora svegliando.

Check in was a simple as possible. The location is excellent: close enough to the touristy areas but also within the 17th so major tourist areas can be avoided if desired. There is no air conditioning and with the record breaking heat it was a little tough; however, the fans provided and the ability to close the shutters, windows and curtains kept the apartment relatively comfortable.

Nice, clean, tastefully furnished apartment in a residential building. Self check-in and check-out were an unusual procedure but clear directions were provided and we experienced no trouble. The building was quiet and pleasant and a good place to relax after spending a lot of time walking around Paris.

A splendid little apartment in an equally splendid neighborhood. The market on Rue Poncelet and the kithwn in this apartment would make for an excellent cooking vacation. But when in Paris, eat out. And there are plenty of places to eat out right out your front doorstep. A quality Vrbo rental indeed.

Great location

Lovely street within walking distance of AdT. Nothing fancy per se, but great value. Plenty of restaurants, bakeries, & markets nearby yet a quiet street at night.

Wonderful apartment in great location

Clean, spacious, and conveniently located on street where there is a daily market. Close to two metro stops and plenty of restaurants and shops all within a short walk.

Great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay- such a great neighborhood with all that you need right on your doorstep. We went to Paris primarily to see the David Hockney show at the Louis Vuitton Foundation and a shuttle runs every 20 mins from the Arc de Triomphe - just a ten minute walk away. That was an added bonus!The apartment was well equipped and is larger in real life than we had expected!

This was my second time staying in this apartment. The apartment is clean, well stocked, and we appreciate having a washer and dryer available. It is in a great location; love the market street and all the little takeout restaurants. It is easy walking distance to both the Ternes metro and the Arc de Triomphe. The only complaint is the TV is rather glitchy not sure whether it was the connection or us not understanding directions.

Nice place!

The place was very pleasant and we were very happy with it! The sofa is a pull-out, so perfect for kids. Even when the curtain was pulled to block off the sofabed area, there was still enough room to sit comfortably at the dining table.

We found this appartement to be in a fabulous location, just 5 minutes walk from the Arc De Triomphe. Lots of local restaurants and cafés nearby plus 2 supermarkets for essentials. We stayed as a group of 3 generations - 19, 49 and 79

Lovely Stay

We enjoyed a lovely 3-day stay in this Paris flat. It is a fabulous location, there is a street market right outside the doors every day and lots of great cafes. We felt safe as its a quiet location. Perfect spot

Everything was as advertised, the location was great and the apartment had everything we needed. The only minor issue for us was that it turned out the pull out couch was more comfortable than the main bed. Wonderful stay regardless.

Wonderful apartment for our family vacation in Paris

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property during our vacation. JN was very responsive to our queries. We loved the location and proximity to the local markets, conveniences and Metro. The only thing we recommend to improve is the main bathroom sink, which was clogged and did not drain properly each time we went to use the sink. Otherwise, the apartment was great and we would consider staying here again in the future.

Great neighborhood

We stayed 2 weeks at rue a Poncelet. Mostly a very good experience though we had several glitches that could have been addressed a lot more effectively with more timely information from the property manager. The market street is wonderful and the Metro is a short walk away.

We had a couple of problems, the shower door was off it’s hinges and the smoke alarm kept going off but these problems were taken care of as soon as possible. The communications we had with the owners were very pleasant and helpful. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Great location and ideal for family of 3

We enjoyed staying at this Parisian flat. It was fun to be a local for the week, and go get groceries each day and find local bars and cafes to enjoy in the mornings and evenings. The linens and pillows were comfortable, although my only recommendation would be to have better towels (they were thin and scratchy). The bathroom was small yet had a decent shower and convenient washer/dryer. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook.

Paris Flat

Nice property, great location with easy public transportation access. Great size for small family and kitchen well stocked. There was remaining garbage from prior stay in the kitchen and a soap container left in the shower but overall seemed clean. Washer and dryer convenient and beds and pull out comfy. Great stay overall. Key pick up felt like Harry Potter book but 13 year old thought it was fun.

As an agency we use all our organization to continuously improve our service and the nice apts we manage. Any issue would be systematically acted upon. We have escaladated the issue with the soap & trash to the maintenance company. The cleaning lady has been trained again as part of our procedure. We hope this will not happen again in any apt. We selected this property because of its prestigious location close to Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysées.

It is the main residence of the owner. He rents when going to his secondary residence. For a guest, renting a main residence is a warranty of high quality : it is always maintained at top level. Obvioulsy, the owner puts away personal belonging. There is more than enough space available for guests.
