Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great as we stayed last year next door at Destiny. Loved the pool in the backyard and the golf cart was great. The house needed some basic maintenance as their was some wear. The screen above the pool had a large tear, the frame around the back door was rotted, and the blind in the primary bath had missing slats. All small things but it doesn't look good.

Girlfriends Retreat

The home is beautiful and in a great location; However, some TLC is needed for the patio furniture (need to replace all outdoor furniture) as well as cleaning of the furniture and accessories in the home (sofas, chairs, dining room chairs, bathroom rugs, etc) My suggestion is to replace all furniture with leather or scotch guard protection. Overall stay was enjoyable 😌

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I enjoyed our stay, their were minor mainly issues however the staff quickly addressed them. The only major con was the living room and out door furniture, both were stained severely which gives you a feeling of uncleanness.

Great location

The house was in a gated area and location was perfect. Great places to eat nearby, just a golf cart ride away. The golf cart and bicycles came in very handy. The pool was awesome. The house was laid out nicely and was clean. The only faults I would say is that the house needs some long over due updates and the front bedroom doesn’t get cool. The outdoor space also need some updating.

Great for families

House was very clean and very spacious! HOA is very ruthless and will give you a ticket for just about anything they don’t like. 1/4 of my back tire was touching the grass and got a $50 ticket so just be careful.

Best vacation rental ever!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I were able to spend our 30th anniversary here. Our first long vacation by ourselves. This beautiful house was decorated so tastefully and more important, it was immaculate. The neighborhood is quiet and just a golf cart ride away from the beach. They have everything you might need or want to take to the beach. We can’t wait to make plans to stay here again. And maybe even bring our 6 kids and their spouses because it has that much room.

July 2022

Nice roomy living area, clean, very nice kitchen which is well stocked with dishes/cooking utensils/appliances; pool is small and close to highway but nice place to cool off. Nice neighborhood. There is no private beach access; golf cart is provided for about a 5 minute ride to public beaches which are quite crowded in summer and parking can be difficult if you don't go early. Strict 4 pm check-in on our check-in day.

needs updated and a good cleaning

Beautiful neighborhood, lovely streets, but inside was very disappointing. Torn screens on birdcage let lots of leaves in the pool. Couch and chairs were very worn and spotted. Looked to me the that whole house needs several updates and deep cleaning. Nice golf cart and bikes. Ice maker was great in the garage.

Annual Florida Trip

We normally stay in a condominium but this was the first time staying in a home. The home is in a great neighborhood and within golf cart or driving distance to the beach. The home was spacious, clean and had all the amenities needed for a five day trip. The owners golf cart was out of commission so we were able to have a 6 seater which was a nice touch. Management was friendly and check in very easy. Each couple had their own bathroom which was also a plus. Our only call out was the sliding glass door would stick and the child alarm would trigger quickly. I think it’s just from over use. Overall I’d recommend this home for couples or a small group of friends!

GREAT STAY!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great! The house was as cute as the pictures showed. Very cozy and the neighborhood felt very safe with nice amenities to enjoy with the family, such as tennis, basketball, community pool. It was close to everything. Golf cart was a HUGE plus because we could use it to take us to places in close proximity on the scenic route of Hwy 98. The only thing I would’ve appreciated more was if the extra costs for things could have been more clear. I had the impression that the pool heater was complimentary but it was an extra $200+ and using the LiveWell credit cannot be applied to renting a golf cart unless the stay is a minimum of 7 days. So other than those clarifications, I really enjoyed my stay with Destin Splash.
