We also want to clarify that The Beach Club has three elevators, and during your stay, one of the three was temporarily out of service while the remaining two continued to operate. We are sorry the master shower pressure and mattress comfort did not meet expectations, and we understand how frustrating a washer with an unusually long rinse and spin cycle can be.
