St. Simons Island è un pittoresco villaggio sull'Oceano Atlantico che vanta enormi querce vive ricoperte di muschio spagnolo, vista sulle paludi e natura al suo meglio. Questo luogo storico ha ottimi ristoranti e negozi meravigliosi, nonché piste ciclabili, campi da golf e campi da tennis. La spiaggia stessa è molto ampia, ideale per camminare, andare in bicicletta, far volare aquiloni, giocare o semplicemente rilassarsi. Il famoso King and Prince Resort è stato votato "Georgia's Favorite Beach Resort" dai lettori di Southern Living. Puoi soggiornare in questo resort in questo splendido condominio fronte mare con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni, arredato con gusto e comfort. Il balcone offre viste meravigliose e brezze oceaniche. The condo was amazing! The view from the lanai was picture-perfect - I think we took so many "Christmas-card shots!" The condo was well-equipped for our family, and our kids went from the beach to the pool. We have teenagers who rented bikes, and we never worried about their safety. This was the perfect place for our family, and we highly recommend it!

We stayed here during my daughter’s golf tournament at the King and Prince Golf Course. It was great to be able to come back and relax and unwind at the pool and beach each day.

Great Vacation!

My husband and I had a wonderful week in St Simons! Our condo at the King and Prince Resort was everything promised, and the view was beautiful! We will definitely stay here again.

Weekend Family Getaway and Business Trip

We’ve stayed at the King and Prince for 8 years in a row now for an annual board meeting with my husband’s work. Your accommodations definitely rank as one of the best we’ve had.

Family Christmas

Perfect location at the King and Prince. Convenient to several restaurants and Pier Village. Condo was very clean, well stocked and had a wonderful view from the balcony.

From the very beginning of the booking communication was great! They answered any question I had immediately. The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed! The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities! The view from the balcony was amazing! There was so much room in the condo. Beds were comfortable & bathrooms were spacious enough for 2 teenagers & 2 adults.We will definitely stay here again!

South Villa 449 is beautifully decorated, immaculate and has everything you could possibly need. The views are amazing! We love to stay here when we come to visit our grandchildren! We will definitely be returning again! The restaurant Echo is great and has beautiful views of the ocean.

Oceanfront breathtaking views at King and Prince Villa 449

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The villa was spotless!! It was beautifully decorated!! It had everything you could possibly need in this condo!! The kitchen was well equipped!! The view was absolutely breathtaking!! The sunrises and sunsets were amazing!! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony drinking our coffee and relaxing. The food at Echo was superb with great ocean views! We came for grandparent’s day with our grandsons and stayed 4 nights and loved every minute of our visit with them!! My only complaint is the king size mattress was too soft for us. It also had a hump in the middle. It might need to be turned around or flipped over. But other than that it was perfect!! We look forward to staying there again!!
