We enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room with lots of great amenities, including the garage for convenient off-street parking. Place was clean, and easy to navigate thanks to notes and labels.

This has been the best place I've ever stayed! Everything was so perfect and the check in and out was super easy! I honestly really want to know the brand of bedding and bed because it was so incredibly comfortable! They really thought of everything!

We had a lovely time- house is clean and spacious, just as described. Host was also very accommodating with early arrival/late check out (of course, we got lucky that it was possible!) Neighborhood is very nice, quiet, and only a 5 minute drive from downtown/the convention center. Would recommend to friends and family!

It was exactly as described in the listing. This home was clean, had plenty of space, and was in a great location. Loved having parking available. Perfect location for us to stay as we prepared for our son’s wedding. Lots of choices for meals, shops, and not far from day adventures.

Our stay at the Arusha House in Denver was fantastic from start to finish. It was the perfect home base—whether we were heading out to explore local restaurants and shops or coming back to relax after a full day. The location made everything easy and enjoyable.The house itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, with thoughtful touches that made it feel welcoming and complete. Joshua was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and clearly dedicated to making sure everything was just right for us.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we’ll definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in Denver!

Nice walking distance to coffee and stores. Everything just as advertised. Easy to check in. Great water pressure in shower. WiFi worked great. Quiet. Beds for everyone, some softer and others less soft. The garage was an added bonus. Would stay again

Joshua was so great to work with. The electronic locks on the doors made check in/out very easy. The house had all the necessary amenities and was so comfortable.

Perfect place for our girls trip!

We loved the house! Spent mornings and evenings on private front porch. Walking distance to great breakfast and shops. Having the garage to park in was also a huge perk! Would highly recommend!

Perfect location!

House matched the description and was even better than expected! The location is great for getting a true experience of everything Denver has to offer. The rooms were all comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The owner was very quick to respond to all my questions! Absolutely recommend!!

Great Location!

Joshua was easily accessible and his home was the perfect location for our stay in Denver. We were able to walk to so many area attractions and the house was amazing. Small touches everywhere made for a truly great experience. I visit Denver at least once a year and will absolutely be interested in staying again because of how wonderful this location and home were.

This group were respectful of the house and communicated well. I would happily have them back to back at the house. I would recommend them to other Airbnb hosts.
