It has refinished floor, new quartz kitchen counters, new wool rug in living room, original art, extensively stocked kitchen, new dining chairs, two solar batteries and solar roof, new heat pump to provide cooling, which was not necessary when the house was built 37 years go. These are not upgrades you will find in West Marin rentals at comparable rates.
