Great for families, young adult children loved the hotub, very convenient to a small market and taproom, less than 10 mins to Pt Reyes Station. Close to Bear Valley Visitor Center. We will be back!

The house is in a great location for exploring west Marin and Pt. Reyes. The kitchen and living areas were comfortable, sunny and open. The space worked really well for our group of 4 friends on a getaway. The hot tub was a nice bonus. The kitchen and baths are well equipped with basic supplies. My only suggestion is to make it clear that the 4th bedroom is actually in a separate apartment below the main house. We all preferred to stay upstairs, so one of us slept on the sofa.

Bird song was very much as described. The kitchen/dining/living room was beautiful and fabulous for hanging out. The upstairs bedrooms were beautiful and cozy. The decks and property were charming. And there is so much nature to enjoy in the area!

The house is two separate units: an upstairs unit and a downstairs unit. The only way to get between the units is exiting the home, going down a flight of stairs, then entering the door to the basement unit. Our 10 and 12 year old sons were not comfortable sleeping in the basement unit by themselves which rendered half of the home unusable for the duration of our stay. Our sons ended up sleeping on the couch in the upstairs unit as a result when we thought they'd each have their own bed. The listing does not make it clear these are two separate units and the owner should update their listing to make it very clear they are separate units so future parents clan plan accordingly.Other than that, the upstairs unit was great for what it was.

A wonderful place to chill with the family before Thanksgiving! Design meets function. Appreciated lots of space for everyone to retreat when they wanted plus great communal area. We took advantage of the comfortable couch, cozy fires, games and a well appointed kitchen. Close to the town of Point Reyes as well as gorgeous hikes. I would definitely stay here again!

Property was secluded and private. Home was very nice and comfortable. Would use again if in area. Nice access to coastal areas.

Excellent amenities. Clean. Full kitchen. Well maintained site. Hand soap, bath soap, professionally laundered towels. Gas bbq grill. Washer /Dryer. Great location. Hot tub. Wrap around deck, fruit trees. Very relaxing environment. Wi fi worked great. Will definitely like to stay again.

Location was extremely peaceful and quiet. Accommodations were spacious and nicely provided for the upstairs living unit. We were impressed with the fancy kitchen, dining and living room. Enjoyable fireplace!! The upstairs deck was family oriented with BBQ Grill & Hot Tub, which we greatly enjoyed. The downstairs bed could have used a box spring to make sleeping a little bit better. We could have used more dishes downstairs; we brought what we needed from upstairs. We loved the hammock!! The landscaping and fruit trees were beautiful!!
