Vintage California bungalow feel. Lovely, lively community and tons of great dining options. We brought bikes and enjoyed the river trail.

The perfect getaway

This little villa is perfect for a couples getaway. The views are awesome & there is plenty of places close by to eat. Our host Lauren was great & gave us many recommendations on things to do & places to eat. Will definitely try to book here again.👍🏼

Several areas that I think should be addressed...a deep clean, including upholstery and inside cabinets. It would probably help with the ants we had to deal with. Switch the hinges on the fridge. Lower the hooks in the bathroom. They're kinda funky but too high to reach (I'm 5'8"). Limit families with toddlers to the lower level. And certainly keep the ocean sound. Made the deficiencies more tolerable...

Thank you for giving us a try. It is our goal that each and every guest have the best possible stay at the Pacific Villas and we are saddened to hear we fell short during your stay. We will certainly pass your feedback on to our housekeeping team. Please know you can always reach out during your stay should there be an issue - we have not received a complaint over ants and will absolutely address. We have professional grade spray and are always available to help! Regarding the fridge, we actually tried swapping the hinges to open the other way, but the seal was effected, so we had to swap back. We never allow for toddlers nor more than two guests in the upstairs units. Had we been aware of a noise issue while you were in house, we would have been happy to speak to the upstairs guests. We take complaints seriously and strive to assist however we can. We greatly appreciate your booking with us and are glad to hear you enjoyed the proximity to the ocean.

What a lovely place. Ocean views and the sounds of crashing waves while sleeping..can’t beat that! Plus the place itself is SO CUTE. Great decor, super comfy bed, and everything you need.

Great location

Clean place, easy 15 minute walk to all the restaurants and shops (coffee and a little store even closer just a couple minutes). So close to the water that you can easily hear the ocean. Parking is on street for the unit, but was never an issue. Would stay here again.

Relaxing Oceanside Getaway

This O'Side apartment on "The Strand" was affordable, clean and comfortable with updated and modern amenities. In addition to the cool ocean breeze, we had a very short walk to the beach and the Oceanside Pier, as well as cable and wifi.

Really great experience staying here. Perfect for a couple or up to 3 people. Small but quaint. Love hearing the ocean especially at night. Lauren is a wonderful host. Stay here you will love it.
