Oceanside Beach Condo (Beautiful Ocean View)

Ottimo condominio sulla proprietà della spiaggia con vista sull'oceano! MOLTO PULITO! All'interno ristrutturato con pavimenti in legno, elettrodomestici in granito e acciaio inossidabile. Il condominio è MOLTO adatto ai bambini e agli adulti. Cammina direttamente sulla spiaggia e minuti per molo, porto, cinema e ristoranti. Wifi incluso e funziona in tutto il complesso e sulla spiaggia vicino al complesso.

Oceanside è situato così vicino a San Diego e Orange County. Siamo a breve distanza in auto da Legoland. Un po 'più avanti (30-45 minuti) a Disneyland o allo zoo di San Diego.

La stazione ferroviaria è raggiungibile a piedi per rotte dirette verso il centro di San Diego o Anaheim.

Il Safari Park è un meraviglioso cambiamento rispetto a uno zoo tradizionale (anch'esso di proprietà di S. D. Zoo - ma situato nel nord di S. D. Contea (circa 30 minuti in auto).

Se stai cercando un posto per rilassarti e goderti un bel tempo o sei attivo, questa unità sarebbe perfetta per te! La spiaggia è un ottimo posto per rilassarsi, niente come il suono delle onde che si infrangono sul litorale per alleviare lo stress (forniamo sedie e ombrellone per te) - o semplicemente sedersi sul balcone! Potresti anche goderti una bella passeggiata sulla spiaggia fino al molo o al porto (1/3 miglia).

La spiaggia è sempre meravigliosa, ma vuoi più azione vai a 1/3 di miglio (0. 5 km) fino al porto per noleggiare barche, moto d'acqua / podisti, kayak, paddleboard, pedalò e molto altro! Oppure cammina fino al molo (1/3 miglia) per noleggiare biciclette o tavole da surf (forniamo boogie board). Non sai navigare? Nessun problema! Puoi prendere lezioni al molo!

San Diego è conosciuta per i suoi microbirrifici e Oceanside ne ha alcuni fantastici! C'è anche una grande degustazione di vini a Temecula e San Diego.

Il porto offre escursioni di osservazione delle balene (stagionali) ed escursioni di pesca d'altura. Se ti piace pescare puoi anche pescare al largo del molo.

Inoltre nella zona ci sono ottimi campi da golf, degustazioni di vini e degustazioni di birra (abbiamo molti birrifici locali) a S. D. e Oceanside!

Prenderemo in considerazione meno di 7 giorni di noleggio solo per i noleggi dell'ultimo minuto! In genere prenotiamo settimanalmente con sabato come data di sostituzione.

Beautiful, clean, convenient

We LOVE staying at North Coast Village. This condo was clean, quaint, and with beautiful, lush green garden and ocean views from the bedroom and patio.

Oceanside Condo

Great place to stay if you are visiting your family members who are stationed at Camp Pendleton. Just a short drive to San Diego and all it has to offer.

Awesome location

The location was fantastic and the complex itself was very cool. Overall, the property met our needs. That said, the apartment itself was disappointing. It wasn’t clean when we arrived: the bedding was stained, there were dirty dishes in the cupboards, and the towels hadn’t been properly washed. The apartment also felt outdated, stuck in the early 2000s with an old TV and sound system, which had some nostalgic charm but isn’t ideal for a modern stay.One positive touch was the beach equipment provided in the closet. It was thoughtful and very convenient. However, the front door didn’t latch properly unless the deadbolt was used, which didn’t feel very secure.Overall, while the complex was great and the hosts seemed like kind people, I wouldn’t choose to stay in this unit again.

Ocean escape

Perfect home from home in a great location between harbour, town and public transport. Great owners who contacted us 3 times during our stay to make sure all was ok. Would have booked again for next year but, already taken.

This place was great! On the beach, walking distance to pier and harbor. We fell in love with oceanside on this trip. The koi are amazing, the condo is clean and renters are very freadly and there for you if you need them.

Oceanside View Value

Property was clean comfortable, but felt a little bit run-down (missing trim, cabinets in a bit of disrepair, beach umbrella broke on first use, towel holder loose/fell off, front door did not latch--had to use deadbolt, etc). Overall, a decent value for the location, etc. Nice beach access, pool, hot tub, etc.

We will definitely be back!

Great condo, wonderful pool and hot tub. This condo has everything you need for a beach vacation. Chairs, sand toys, umbrellas, towels, boogie boards and ice chest with wheels! We absolutely loved the super-cool path to the beach. Our kids enjoyed feeding the koi fish. Laundry facilities, ping pong foosball, pool table, gym and more!! Would recommend this property for families who like to hang out together!! We have no complaints and will be back next year.

Perfect for us

My cousin and I stayed for 4 nights. Super cute condo. Clean. Quiet. Safe. Loved the area. (The directions for finding the security office to check in could be better.) I would definitely rent again!

Perfect for us!

The location was beautiful. We could see the beach/ocean from the balcony & ate breakfast each morning outside. The kids loved collecting shells & even tried out the boogie boards provided in the beach closet. The pool & hot tub were a welcomed way to unwind after busy days at the amusement parks/zoos. We were close to restaurants & felt secure. It was great having a covered/reserved parking space. The only thing we needed was kleenx & toilet paper. Everything else we needed was provided.

Nice place, great owners

The check in was not smooth and theCondo was not ready. Several factors caused this. The owners were on it! The HOA and security were the best. Several times others parked in our spot. The security found them and had them move. Not sure how they did that so quickly, but impressed. The condo was perfect for us. Very pleased.

Great location and fully stocked!

My husband and our two kids (3 and 6) enjoyed a 4 night stay here. The condo was stocked with all beach necessary items for a family of four, including sunscreen! The location was perfect for walking to the beach, along the "boardwalk", and to the great community pool/spa and game room. We drove across a little canal bridge to eat at Joe's Crabshack. The salmon, hush puppies, shrimp, crab and margaritas were delicious. We went to Seaport Village in San Diego to shop, (about 30 minutes) and took The Seal Tour, which is an open air bus/boat around San Diego and then into the sea. We saw seals and sea lions, as well as many Naval ships/museums, along the 90 minute narrated tour. The owners were responsive and helpful, definitely have our recommendation!

Beautiful Grounds and Great Location

The grounds and location were great, loved the pool, spa, and gym. The unit itself is rather dated. The fan in the bathroom didn't work. The last tenant didn't run the dishwasher and housecleaning didn't do it either - couldn't figure out what the smell was for a few days. I'm giving our stay 4 stars based on the overall experience however the unit itself would be 3 stars - needs to be updated.

Some improvements needed

I have stayed multiple times in various properties throughout this complex. This condo is somewhat outdated. The couch was dirty with stains and the most uncomfortable I have ever sat on. The kitchen was missing a trashcan. Had to use a trashbag tied to the refrigerator door. Plenty of beach items, but this condo needs improvements. I'm sure that is the reason we were able to rent for such a reasonable rate. Overall we LOVE this complex though.

Needs updating and a better cleaner

We got to the place after a long day of travel and the unit smelled really musky and moldy. We walked around and found moldy pillows in a wicker trunk and on the fans, dirty dishes in the dishwasher and sand on one of the beds. Tried calling the owners and no reply, spent three hours on the phone with VBRO and they finally put us up in a hotel for three nights, which cost us an extra $350.00 for parking. The place really needs to be updated with better furnishings and blackout curtains. Should also get better fans. After all that the owners were responsive.

We recently purchased this as a vacation home and we love it so much we decided to share it with others as a rental when we aren't using it.

We looked at many units in the complex prior to purchasing and felt that this unit stood out for its location, cleanliness and upgrades. It is highly upgraded and modern inside. It is perfectly located on the south side of the complex which is warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer! Also, the unit is one of the quieter units to ensure a better nights rest!

We hope you are as impressed by the details as we are. Because this is our home we are very selective about the quality and quantity of renters.

The complex is very clean, well maintained and conveniently located to everything. The amenities are unparalleled in the area. The pools, spa, BBQ area, community rooms (including pool tables, foosball, and ping pong), gym and common areas are impeccable. They have wonderful room that can be reserved for special events like weddings, birthday parties or family reunions.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

This unit is located close to the beach with a lovely view from the balcony and bedroom. The pool and other amenities a short jog, but not so close that noise would be an issue.
