Friendly host, easy check in/checkout, easy enough to get to NYC. Can be a bit loud outside but they provided earplugs which was perfect.

Great Accommodations, very close to NYC

Perfect place to explore the area. Restaurants and coffe all in waking distance. Uber took 20 min taking the tunnel to downtown New York

NYC on a budget? Stay here!

This apartment was CLEAN, PEST FREE, CLOSE TO NYC and COMFORTABLE. Claudia provided all information and service you could possibly need and in a very timely manner. We paid much less than for a city hotel room and had all the conveniences, privacy and amenities of home. The location relative to the buses was perfect! Can’t recommend enough! We hope we will be back.

The property is located close to the road and all the rooms and bedrooms windows are located just beside the walkway entrance to the building. People keep chit chatting and talking on phone till late night standing near the bedroom windows, you can clearly hear everything from inside and there is no proper insulation. I was unable to sleep multiple nights cause people kept talking standing beside the bedroom windows till 2 AM. When I informed the host they were like sorry we cant do anything about it. This happened repeatedly and there was no action from host. Also i had purchased the parking spot and most of the time i had to wait so long cause someone kept parking infront of my spot and blocking the way.There r hardly any parking spots so the residents and guests just park beside the buildings and keep blocking others designated paid parking spot. For the parking spot issue also host did not take any action. The building in pretty old and very congested and the neighborhood is kinda sketchy. Not worth the money.

Regarding the noise, the apartment is located in a residential building, and unfortunately we cannot control other residents or guests using the common walkway. However, we do take these concerns seriously and will look into possible ways to improve the situation, including additional measures to reduce outside noise. We also apologize for the inconvenience with the parking spot being blocked. The parking spaces are designated, and guests should never have to wait because another vehicle is blocking their assigned space. We will review this with the building management and reinforce the parking rules to help prevent this from happening. We appreciate your positive comments about the location and understand that the experience did not meet your expectations. Your feedback is valuable to us as we continue working to improve the stay for our guests.

Convenient location for trips to NYC

My family and I stayed at this apartment for a 3 day visit to NYC. The location is convenient because there is a bus stop directly across the street that takes you to the Port Authority Terminal. The unit itself is clean, has all the necessities and they are in good working order. The only thing I would say is that the pull out couch is pretty small and barely just fit my youngest 2 children.

Good location to NYC. Everything was functional (hot water, heat, lighting, etc.). Rooms were clean upon arrival. This unit could really use a bathroom and kitchen remodeling as the rest of the apartment appears to be updated.Communication was great. Very quick and responsive. This really helped.Parking is available for 16.42 per day. Washer/dryer is in a separate building and has specific hours.This specific unit is right next to the main entrance of the building so you will hear people entering/exiting and hanging out outside along a main road which can get loud at times. Rooms are pretty small but they work. This is a cost-efficient option if you have multiple travelers in your group.

NYC Vacation

My two friends and I enjoyed our stay. We didn’t have any issues with our room or transportation to the city. The beds were very comfortable. The room was clean and organized.
