Parking needs improvement. Hard to get in and out when another car is present.

Thank you for your stay, April. As noted in the listing, parking is located in the backyard and is shared, so maneuvering may require a bit more care when more than one car is parked. We appreciate the feedback and are glad the rest of your stay was a 10/10

NYC December 2024

The property was a great place to stay! Unfortunately when you click the map on the listing it takes you to the wrong address, fortunately the real address was only 1 minute away. There was a camera outside that beeped every 5 seconds and it could be heard all night long in the back bedroom. The hot water could be turned up as you only get about 5 minutes while showering. The parking was nice to have but you need to have a very very small car!

Hi Natalee! Thanks for staying with us. It has been a pleasure hosting you. A couple things, there is not any issue with the hot water, and our parking lot can fit up to midsize suv. We are looking to hosting you again.

Neighbourhood is a challenge

Stay was good. Katia was very helpful and she tried to keep up the property as best as can. 5 star for her services. Unfortunately the neighbourhood was something i never expected. Parking is a key issue. I think this property can handle a max of 4 people as only two beds were available. Sofa was there but with no bedding supplies. I am from mid west, so normally we are not used to of such small properties. We didn’t have any issue as far as security is concerned, it was just matter of our likeness.

Thank you for your feedback, Kashif. I’m glad you enjoyed the stay and appreciated the service. That said, I’d like to clarify a few important points for future guests. The layout, number of beds, and sleeping arrangements are clearly outlined in the listing before booking, so guests can make an informed decision based on their needs. Regarding the neighborhood, the property is located in a vibrant, urban area just minutes from NYC, which is exactly what many guests book for. Preferences about space and surroundings can vary, especially for guests visiting from less dense areas. Parking and space limitations are also transparently mentioned in the listing. We always do our best to communicate everything clearly so there are no surprises. Thank you again for your stay.
