Be prepared for very narrow and mountainous roads. We did not like driving out after dark. The place was very nice and we enjoyed the hot tub. Great views and saw a bear.

Great location in the mountains. Loved seeing all the bears! Well maintained and clean. The hot tub was great after a long day of hiking, and my husband & son enjoyed the air hockey and arcade games. Hosts are friendly and quick to respond when needed.

Super beautiful place to stay perfect for small groups the view is beautiful going up the mountains were a lit hard but that was expected super clean and they left us laundry detergent for towels

We had a great time at this property! The kids loved the air hockey. Hot tub was awesome. Beds were unbelievably comfy. Driving up and down the hills was terrifying but it got better after doing it a few times.

I chose this quiet property for a reunion trip with my best friend from high school, and it met all of our expectations. We especially soaking in the hot tub, listening to birds on the deck, and relaxing in front of the fireplace.

The house was very nice especially since they allowed pets. It was nice sitting on the back deck having coffee in the morning or sitting in the hot tub at night. It’s very close to the Smoky Mountain National Park. The roads going to and fro the house are similar to off-reading on asphalt! If you want to be a tourist for a day we would recommend The Island in Pigeon Forge since it’s easier to walk around and find free parking.

Great place to stay in the Gatlinburg-Pigeon Forge area! Quiet. Scenic. Peaceful. Nice deck. Three TVs. Microwave, Keurig for coffee along with a drip-brew coffee pot. There is a hot tub & a BBQ grill on the deck. There are even games for the kids (air-hockey, video game console, and electronic dartboard with darts.) King size bed upstairs and a queen on the main floor along with a pull-out couch/bed in the living room means plenty of sleeping space for the family. Then there is the wildlife (bears that is!) Saw four of them from the house; one at the neighbor’s driveway as I stood on the deck on our first evening there. Then a mama and two cubs at the end of our driveway the next day, which were easily watched from the safety of the living room window. Exciting! We would happily stay here again and the owners/hosts are very gracious and good communicators (Dylan and Julia.) VRBO shows them as “Wayne” but D and J are your points of contact so don’t freak out. It’s not a scam or anything. Just something needs updated in the VRBO system. It’s a great home, away from the chaos of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, but very close should you want to ‘see town’.Things you need to know. This ‘cabin’ is HIGH up the mountainside. If your car has a bad transmission or poor brakes, bring a different car! The drive up (and down) is VERY steep. And the roads are narrow and super twisty. Learn how to put your car in LOW (1st gear) before coming. Then rent this home and enjoy your vacation!

Great stay. My 6 yo enjoyed the game room and hot tub. My husband and I enjoyed the wildlife sightings. 9 bears and 2 coyotes, owls and migratory songbirds. Check in and check out was very easy. Thank you!

The cabin was very clean and well stocked for are stay. The kids enjoyed the games and the hot tub. We watched movies and did some door dashing and saw six bears right outside the cabin along with a coyote and two deer. The cabin was beautiful!!!!
