Hidden Cypress è un'esclusiva nuova e lussuosa casa sulla spiaggia, situata nel cuore di Seagrove Beach, in una strada molto tranquilla nascosta tra il Cypress Grove. Con la solitudine del Parco statale a nord e la facilità di numerosi accessi alla spiaggia, Hidden Cypress è una breve passeggiata o un giro in bicicletta verso la sabbia bianca come lo zucchero.

Questa casa di livello unico ha un ampio soggiorno / sala da pranzo con un bel camino a gas shell, una grande HDTV, arredamento classico spiaggia di fascia alta e un grande tavolo della fattoria con 10 posti a sedere. La cucina gourmet è il sogno di uno chef con elettrodomestici Thermador e Viking, ripiani in marmo, un dispositivo di raffreddamento del vino e un bar separato o una stazione di caffè con un Keurig. La cucina comprende una grande isola di marmo con posti a sedere per 3 persone e ogni attrezzo da cucina immaginabile per fare pasti memorabili.

La piscina privata (riscaldata) e la ciotola del fuoco, circondata da sedie adirondack, sono il punto di forza dello spazio di vita all'aperto recintato. Un grill a gas, tavolo da pranzo all'aperto e veranda protetta rendono questa oasi sul retro tanto divertente quanto essere sulla spiaggia. Godetevi l'ampio portico anteriore con comodi bilancieri e una tranquilla vista sul Cypress Grove.

A Wonderful Vacation Experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I rented Hidden Cypress in November 2023 to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. While we did not have any guests with us, the house would be suitable for 6-10 people.The house was clean and up to date. We enjoyed the heated pool and gas-powered fire pit. We also used the gas grill and huge range to cook meals. The house is a short walk to public beach access, as well as eateries, coffee, and shops. We also used the bikes to venture out.If you are looking for a private nook along 30-A in the Seagrove Beach area to get away, this is an excellent choice. You are close to everything you need and want, but also feel out of the way given this property's location. We highly recommend Hidden Cypress.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Staying at Hidden Cypress is a beautiful and lovely experience. This was our family’s second year to stay here. The home is impeccably clean and the furnishings are comfortable and high end. The layout is spacious and functional, with a massive island and dining room table which seats 10. The amenities blew us away, between the sparkling pool, massive hot tub, fire pit or two deep patios, there are various places to gather together or steal away for a quiet cup of coffee. Our favorite room is the hidden bunk room which is perfect for kids or 4 adults. Right behind the home are private wooden walking paths that go through a lush green space which gives the feeling of walking through the forest. You would never know it’s just a 5 minute walk from the beach. The home is tucked away down a secluded path right off 30A. The listing also comes with bikes. Seasides city center is a short 15 minute bike ride away, or about 5 minutes in a car. Highly recommend renting this home for your seaside vacation, our family will definitely be back!

Second stay at Hidden Cypress
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our family's second time staying at Hidden Cypress. The house is beautiful and provides us with plenty of room for the whole family. The inside is nicely decorated, and equipped with the amenities that our family needs to enjoy our vacation. This time around, the inside was nice and tidy, but we didn't have any started materials (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, etc.). The backyard, however, was a little messy. The grill was uncovered and dirty, the pool needed to be skimmed, the chairs were in disarray. All was noted to the Royal Destinations staff.

Hidden Cypress Beach House Review - SeaGrove Beach
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time together at this beach house. The home was clean, had extremely comfortable bedding/mattresses on every bed. Even though we had to walk to the beach, which we knew and chose, it was a short walk. There was plenty of space to park our trucks. Royal Destinations addressed my texts immediately. The "hot tub" is more of a spa, not a typical hot tub - I assumed it would be "hot." I was informed by one of the spa maintenance staff that I would need to pay for heat. This was not a problem in that during the summer there really is no need for that even at night time. We did not have use of the jets the first 2 days. But, the Royal Destinations sent 3 people to address the issue and one scheduled the spa to turn on/off for us late at night, which was very nice, since the connection between the remote and the system was not working properly. I think the property could use more than 1 outside trash can. The Monday/Thursday trash pick up days are great. But, when you check out there is so much more trash with having to clean out the food that there is a need for more than one trash can. Again, this home was so nice. The showers in the two master bedrooms were nice with great water pressure. The temperature was maintained well throughout the home. All of the bedrooms including the bunkroom above the queen bedroom were perfect for all of the kids! The kids LOVED the bicycles and rode them every night. They LOVED walking through the woods along the decking. The kitchen had every appliance, pot/pan, kitchen utensil we needed. I do recommend getting ice in that we used ice quicker than the ice maker could make it. The beach was beautiful! The area has plenty of restaurants and a Publix within 1.5 miles from the beach house. Thank you Hidden Cypress & Royal Destinations for a great vacation!
