We had a wonderful stay! The first floor was spacious and perfect for our group to gather, and all four bedrooms on the second and third floors were comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. The beach was just a short walk away, making it easy to come and go throughout the day. We also loved having the pool—it was the perfect place to relax and cool off on the days we chose to skip the beach. The home was exactly what we were looking for, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Everything was great! We had two families with us, 9 people total. There were plenty of space/beds/rooms/bathrooms for all of us. We enjoyed the pool and being able to walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. My only complaint is that there was no hand soap anywhere and we didn’t think to buy any. There were some soap dispensers in the bathrooms and they were all empty. So for future renters - I would get hand soap, paper towels if wanted (only one roll in kitchen) and a few rolls of toilet paper as it minimal. Overall, great place though!

Finding the house and checking in was super easy. Parking was perfect for three SUVs! The house was very cozy, and AC worked well (nice part was each floor has separate units, so everyone could set their own preferred temp). Location was great, with just about a 1/3 mile from touching the ocean, and with plenty of restaurants nearby! The pool was especially popular with the kids, and having it heated (for an etra 50/day) was super worth it! Even when it was windy outside, the water was nice. When the water didnt seem to be warm anymore in the middle of our trip, the owners were very responsive to send someone out to fix the situation. Loved the spot and made our yearly family vacation a blast!

We stayed at Pinkie with two families with a total of 4 adults and 5 children. The pool was top notch - worth every penny of the rental cost. The location to the beach, undeniably easy - even with the busy road. Close to tons of options for food and drink without having to hop in the car. The layout of the house was wonderful for the two families to have privacy on separate floors. We would absolutely recommend and stay here again. The only suggestion I would give is the umbrellas near the pool and their bases are not safely maintained. We had weather multiple days with high winds and the umbrellas flew all over the yard - at times, while we were out there. Something to look into to prevent an incident.

Great location and pool

Very comfortable property for 6 of us. We really enjoyed the pool and the availability of close restaurants. Also the beach was a short walk.

Great location

Just one block to beach and shops/restaurant. Home was like new condition, clean and communication was great. Would stay again.

Santa Rosa Beach - Gulf Place

We really enjoyed our stay. Proximity to beach, restaurants, grocery, hiking trail is fantastic. Quiet neighborhood, pool was very nice and spacious. The new nay thing is we wished the heater worked on the hot tub. Would stay here again.

Amazing pool, perfect location!!

The house was perfect! Beautiful, clean, comfortable. Location to restaurants, beach and other amenities was just a block away. The pool and patio area is big with lots of chairs, floats, etc. Our family had a wonderful week and highly recommend this house!

We loved our stay at 30A Oasis! The home was beautiful, modern and super clean . Check in and out was quick and easy. We really liked the spacious kitchen and eating areas at a large table or at the counter seats . The bedrooms were spacious and had comfortable beds. We loved the outdoor space with the pool and patio with lots of lounge chairs. The home is on a cul de sac so it is quiet but easily accessible by walking to the beach, restaurants and shops . We had a great stay and would love to come back again !

Santa Rosa Beach (30A)

The house itself is wonderful. Very nice bedrooms wonderfully decorated. Lots of bathrooms for everyone. Nice open living room/dining room/kitchen area. Beautiful pool with a hot tub all in one. Most chairs outside are in good shape but the cushions need to be replaced due to wear and tear over the winter.

Quiet Oasis

Perfect house in a fantastic location. Steps from the beach and practically anything else you could need. Everything is within walking distance. House is set up with everything you may need during your stay. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The pool is heavenly. We had no issues getting food or groceries delivered. *if you have mobility issues, there are steps but they’re very wide and easy to manage! We had to extend our stay due to a weather emergency at home. The hosts were so helpful and quick to respond! Wonderful vacation!

I would stay again now that I know what to expect.

We booked this specific place due to it being pet friendly, and having a private pool. There was another property with the same features, but this specific one had a pool that was perfect for our two-year-old. It had a hot tub attached to the pool, but there was nothing stating that the hot tub would not be functional when you stayed in upon asking about the hot tub. We were told it would be 50 a day to heat the pool, therefore the hot tub would then come on. That’s perfectly fine and makes sense but I feel like that should be told to you upfront. Also, when we arrived, I feel like the cleaning crew did a 8/10 job. It wasn’t anything that I couldn’t get off the floor or clean off the countertop myself, but you pay a cleaning fee and expect to come in to a clean house. I sent an email regarding the cleanliness and the trash cans being completely full with no room for anything else upon arrival and never heard back until we reached back out again twice about the pool and they never even discussed the email that was sent so that is why I gave them three stars for communication. We really did have a good time and I loved the house and the pool but if there’s one thing that needs to be fixed more than anything else, it’s the communication between the people who booked the property and the property management.The beach was a very short walk away and the area was quiet and we loved renting the E-bikes and riding around.
