This is a great house for a family vacation. The location is perfect. Everything you need is provided. The host is very easy to work with. We will definitely be back.

Awesome couple of days

Thank you for getting us dialed in for our trip. The house was awesome, clean, well stocked, and a quiet and clean neighborhood. Will hopefully book again in the near future.

Fantastic house, great lay out for families

Very nice house with lots of space. We stayed for a month and room for everything. Use of the garage was clutch for a long stay - great to be able to drop off boards/vests and ice chests. The house was very clean and well stocked. The property manager was fantastic. Prior to our stay they had an issue with the main fridge so they preemptively brought a back up to ensure when we arrived we had a cold fridge (the main one was fixed before we got there, but it was a nice forward thinking thought on the managers part to make sure we had something just in case). Large driveway with side parking for my two trailers - which saved me storage fees at the marina. Kitchen and living area is one big space which is great so you can be cooking dinner and socializing. One bedroom and bath was on the total opposite side of the others which was nice for our guests to have some privacy. Nice spacious laundry room. Overall great house, management and great experience for our family!

Wonderful Place To Stay

This home worked out so great for our family and we loved the set up with the master and two bedrooms and two bath on one side and then another good size bedroom and it's own bath on the other side of the home with awesome family room, kitchen and dining area in between. So much room for all of us to coexist and spend time together!

Great house in a quiet neighborhood

The house was very clean, updated, and comfortable. The property management company and Nadine were very accommodating and were easy to communicate with. We would recommend this house and will be back to stay.

We can vacation on the lake

The place is beautiful and very spacious. Great location. The pool was clean and fun. Plenty of parking and close to the lake. The cleaning team after we left was great. My husband left his phone and they quickly found it and sent it back. I totally would recommend this place

This house was great-layout was super convenient and the beds were comfortable, check in was easy, and the communication with the property manager was great. We’d stay here again for sure!

Family Vacay 2021

Overall a really nice place. Could be cleaned better between guests including the patio. Garbage disposal for a family for a week is also an issue. Thanks to the Jones family for sharing their home with us😊

Nice Location !

We had a pleasant time ! The pool was not heated so we weren’t able to use it. The house was large and clean. There were some minor issues regarding laundry room door lock not working. Overall we would stay again in the summer just needs a little updating in pots and pans.

Excellent place for 8 adults

We had 4 couples and the place was very accommodating for all of us! Beds very comfortable. Lay out of house is very nice and plenty of room! The house has everything you need! The property manager was very quick to response on some of our needs or concerns! For example the water heater went out and the next day a new water heater was installed! Highly recommended!

What can I say I recommend the place. The host very amazing specially after a long day in the lake I asked for a little later check out and she approves the place is very amazing ,clean, spacious plenty of towels and blankets for everyone air condition I’m definitely coming back the next time around 🙏🏼

Lots of space for extra beds for everyone to sleep comfy! Backyard was very spacious as well! Garage access for extra cars and driveway that fit truck and jetski.

Havasu trip

The house was great. It was clean. The pool was nice. Great neighborhood close to the stores and restaurants on McCulloch. The property manager was quick and responsive. Really no complaints unless I'm being very critical then I would say the bedroom TVs didnt seem to work and there was a small patch in the drywall needed done in the livingroom. And the pocket door to the Laundry room gets stuck shut. But really the house has a great floorplan and plenty of parking. My family and I look forward to using this house again.

Property was amazing!!!

The only thing I would suggest is maybe some more lights in backyard we could not find where to turn the landscaping lights on. Very dark back there. Maybe add some flood lights or something. As hot as it gets its way hotter under the porch than sitting around pool. Other than that AMAZING PROPERTY will def rent again when we come back. Thanks.
