FABULOUS Custom / Private Santa Fe Home ha TUTTO. 4 camere da letto spaziose (2 sono Master Suite con letti king size), 4 bagni e una quinta camera / den che è stata convertita in una camera doppia a castello con scale non scale e un trundle. La grande sala aperta ha soffitti a volta, accogliente caminetto a gas naturale, centro di intrattenimento, tavolo da biliardo e molti extra. Enorme cucina gourmet per chef con ripiani in granito, un'isola di preparazione centrale, mobili personalizzati e una dispensa. La Master Suite principale è privata con una porta che si apre sul cortile per l'intrattenimento e il Masterbath dispone di una cabina doccia piastrellata e una vasca da bagno per il relax. Due ripostigli. Anche l'altra Master Suite è molto privata e ha il proprio bagno. Le altre 2 camere sono verso il retro della casa e condividono un bagno completo. Lo spazio all'aperto divertente presenta un'oasi laterale con piscina riscaldata a gas naturale, spa e un palapa. Il cortile posteriore privato offre un divertente Putting Green e un accogliente pozzo del fuoco per le fredde giornate invernali con vista sul lago. Questa casa si schiude e si lava in modo che sia molto PRIVATA. Spazio esterno perfetto per intrattenere familiari e amici. Comunità del campo da golf del vicinato delle proprietà residenziali dell'alta società. Ampio garage spazioso con bagno privato. Vieni a goderti questo favoloso Showplace !! I letti e le lenzuola sono molto comodi.

We are a family of five with 3 homeschooled children. We decided to purchase a home in Lake Havasu because my grandparents were original purchasers of land sold by Mr. McCullough in the 1960's when he would fly buyers in from the midwest and sell land one plot at a time! It has been a family tradition to spend Thanksgiving in Lake Havasu with my Grandmother, aunt and uncle since I was three years old. My children have looked forward to their Lake Havasu Thansgiving's that started the year our oldest was born 21 years ago! I remember sitting on Santa's lap at the candle store at the London Bridge in the 70's and carried that tradition on with our girls. When I married my husband I found a Lake Havasu soul mate! He and his friends would make runs out to the lake at least 3 times a year! When we got to a point in our businesses that it made more sense to own than rent, we decided our family needed a Lake Havasu home, one that was big enough to invite family and fiends to join us! Lake Havasu is not as fun if you are not enjoying it with family and friends! My husband our three daughters and I pray that this home will be a family gathering place for years to come! Since we only are able to enjoy the property a few times a year, we are hoping to Bless others who may enjoy staying at this unique and beautiful property with their family and friends as much as we do! It took us quite a while to find the perfect Lake Havasu house and we were not disappointed! This property serves all of our needs and then some! It's a perfect refuge from the world, the views of mountains and lake are amazing and it is great to be so close to the open desert to play with our sand toys and not far to dump our boat and enjoy that magnificent lake. With plenty of space and entertainment for everyone, our only regret is that Grandma (the original Lake Havasu resident) did not live long enough to enjoy our beautiful home! But, we hope you will!

Completely redecorated when we purchased it in the Spring of 2019 and we continually upgrade furnishings & items in the home. With two master suites! 4 full bedrooms and a den converted into a bunk room for 5 with 4 full bathrooms there is room for everyone! All four bedrooms have their own closets. Over 3,000 square feet of interior living space with an additional 2,000 plus square feet of outdoor entertaining space complete with pool, spa, views, palapa, wood burning fire pit, two outdoor dining areas. This resort home can accommodate your party of 14 extraordinarily comfortably!
This property features granite countertops, tile floors and carpeted great room and bedrooms with their own HD TV in each bedroom, family room and patio area. Family room has a large HD smart TV withBlue Ray DVD player, surround bar surround sound system, Netflix, loads of DVD movies, and wireless internet. Separate laundry room with brand new washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
The kitchen has top of the line GE Monogram and LG appliances, fully equipped with cups, dishes, utensils, pots, pans, small appliances, etc. We have made every effort to ensure you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Tons of space for everyone! Near Lake Havasu golf course for those who are golf enthusiasts! Not far from downtown. Equipped with a pool table, board games for all ages, books, DVD"s galore and Netflix! Partial lake view from the backyard fire pit and putting green and has plenty of seating to enjoy it. Great neighbors who look after our property for us, in addition to the outdoor security cameras that will protect your possessions when you are on the lake or on the BLM land riding dirt toys.
