Questa casa è immersa tra gli alberi della Sierra National Forest, che è piena di montagne per escursioni a piedi e in bicicletta. In estate, fai un viaggio di 12 miglia fino a Huntington Lake Resort Marina, oppure guida 14 miglia a sud verso la più famosa Shaver Lake Marina per divertirti sull'acqua. Se in inverno hai portato gli sci, strappati la polvere al China Peak Ski Resort, a una distanza di sei miglia da questo noleggio.

Close to China Peak

Comfortable and well appointed kitchen. Although the house looks weathered on the outside, the layout is excellent. The living is upstairs and all bedrooms AND bathrooms are downstairs. Stairs are a little steep as the only downside. I would stay there again.

Would Definitely Book Again

Stayed in the winter. Instructions on how to operate everything are posted or included in a binder in the main room. The amenities were great. The WiFi is surprisingly good given the location.

Great House Except they're not that helpful

Place is great, well maintained house. But we were only able to use the grill once and fire pit once. They're both out of gas, we contacted vacasa and they said they're not able to replace it since we gonna check out the next day and if want we can just buy and they will reimburse us which I haven't gotten reimburse yet. Much better if they would put extra propane tanks next time in their storage area or somewhere near since the stores are kinda far to drive back and forth. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful view

Location and view is beautiful. Main living area is up 13 steep stairs. There was a lot of hauling upstairs for all the food and drinks. Dishes in cupboards were not clean. Linnen and beds were good and very clean. Loved the massage chair! It was amazing! Thank you

Great Experience

Well equipped kitchen, great location for both Huntington and Shaver lakes, comfortable beds, great tech and entertainment. Spotty internet but to be expected in the high Sierras. Loved the home and hope to return next year!

This house was comfortable and spacious and fun to hang out in. I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the cleanliness, my bed sheet had a spot on it and I found an insect on the pillow, but other than that no complains

Tamarack Cabin

We have been staying at 2 other cabins in this neighbor for 20 years and were forced to make a change. My entire group (7 women) liked Tamarack Dream better than our old favorites! The sitting room is open to the kitchen and offers beautiful views to the outdoors. Each room has its own heating thermostat (huge) and everything in the cabin worked well. The kitchen is well equipped (bring foil, syran, baggies). The massage chair was fun to explore as well. This is our new favorite Tamarack cabin. See you next March!

Nice house near Huntington Lake

We rented this house to serve as our headquarters for a regatta we were attending on Huntington Lake. There were 5 people. There are 3 bedrooms - 1 king bed with twin bed in one room, one queen bed with TV in one room, and 2 queens in one room. The 2 queen room has a private bathroom. Other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. Bedrooms and baths are on 1st floor. Steep steps up to 2nd floor with nice kitchen and large great room with large dining room table. Huge TV with lots of options. Lots of seating in great room in cushy couches and chairs. Large deck with BBQ and dining table. A fire pit too which we assumed could be moved and chairs put around it. We never used BBQ or fire pit. House is about 6 miles to Huntington Lake and about 15 miles to Shaver Lake. Nice, small, quiet neighborhood. Parking for 3 cars outside in front of house. Wood stove and lots of firewood, but it was too warm for a fire. Kitchen has nice appliances and nice big sink and granite countertops.

Limited Supplies, Boarded Up Windows

The cabin was fairly clean, but there were very limited supplies - not enough toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, pot and pans mismatched and old, food sticks to them. All of the windows downstairs were boarded up making it very dark and gloomy. They also advertised a propane fire pit which was not there. Many upgrades are necessary to make this a more pleasant stay. We left two days early.

Great spacious vacation home

I love all the details the owners thought of with this house. The heated beds, each room having its own nest, the multiple beds for families with kids! Loved the area. We got snow Friday night which made for a beautiful Saturday morning. Only downfall was we should have brought a baby gate for the steep stairs (we have littles). But overall easy and wonderful stay!

Great place

The house is very confortable and clean. The living room is perfect to spend quality time with family (or friends). The kitchen has everything. The bedroom are not small. We went during summer and the temperature inside the house was perfect. Internet is not great but you won’t really need it anyway.

A Great Get Away

The house was big nice and modern a great vacation home to stay in. We're loved each room had it's own thermostat it's like we're had custom heating just for us. Being away from ther rest of the world, it's not crowded with everyone from Fresno starting right next to you. You have lots of privacy and my family lived the fact we're didint have to go anywhere to go to the snow. You walk out side and it's right on your patio deck and in your front yard. I would go back and would trek sl my friends and family to stay here.
