Great property, friendly neighbors, we had them over for lunch! We did have a county water problem that was being worked on and the water was back up and running within a day. It was out of the control of the property owner and the Super Host Amanda. She was great, very responsive and always checking in with us, Bobby was also very friendly and knowledgeable and helped us out with the property. We would love to come back if you’d have us! Thank you Amanda and Bobby for taking care of us.

We really enjoyed the area, and the cabin itself was clean and lovely. The host was friendly, but unfortunately, we ran into a major issue with the heating during very cold weather. We arrived around 7:00 PM and reached out about the heating at 9:00 PM, but didn't receive a response until the following morning.A technician was sent out and managed to get the heat working upstairs, but the downstairs unit remained broken and extremely cold—the upstairs heat didn't do much to warm the lower level. To make matters worse, while the host verbally promised a partial refund over the phone for the inconvenience, our follow-up messages were completely ignored once we checked out.

When the heating concern arose, we promptly sent maintenance, who found the pilot light had been turned off. We stayed in communication and worked to resolve the issue quickly. While no partial refund was promised, we understand the frustration and always strive to provide our guests with a comfortable, enjoyable stay.

Great cabin, organized and with charm. Well managed and straight forward check in & out. We lucked out with some snow and the kids loved playing in it!!

Great stay

We had a wonderful time. Beautiful home and very cozy. The amount of movies, board games, cards, and puzzles was on another level. We all enjoyed ourselves very much.

Weekend get away

The house was clean and comfortable. Just as expected. The guys enjoyed the game table! The kitchen was well equipped. Beautiful area!

Great Stay!

I booked this rental for a few of our employees who had a project in the area. They had a great stay. The house was perfect for them. Amanda was the best communicator. We had no issues with our reservation or the house. It was a lovely place to stay for our employees.

Coming from the city there is nothing better then walking out to the backyard to see nothing but beautiful trees and green pastures. It’s really cool because we had a family of cows grazing the backyard it was a sight to see.

Winter wonderland

My families and I had a great time staying at Black Diamond over Christmas Holiday this year. The house was cleaned and comfortable. I was a bit skeptical at first because it’s pet friendly place. However, we were not disappointed at all. The place just big enough and not breaking our budget. We got to play in the snow and witness the beauty of snow falling and white soft snow everywhere. The host Amanda was quick to respond to my question and request. This place is fully stocked with games, puzzles, movies etc.. plenty of pots and pans for cooking and silverwares for the family to use. My only regret is not staying one more night. Will definitely return again. Thank you Amanda for your accommodation and hosting us.
