La tua vacanza tranquilla nell'incantevole spiaggia di Bethany! Un privato, boscosa posizione in città su una strada non-thru, a pochi isolati dalla spiaggia e dal cuore del centro di Betania. A pochi passi dalla spiaggia, negozi e ristoranti, ma nascosto per la pace e la tranquillità. L'intera casa è stata rinnovata nel 2019 con cucina e bagni nuovi di zecca. Il primo livello offre una cucina con isola aperta alla sala da pranzo e ampio soggiorno con camino, nonché una lavanderia e veranda protetta. La camera da letto principale si trova al 2 ° piano con un letto king size, cabina armadio, bagno privato e balcone privato. C'è una camera per gli ospiti con un letto matrimoniale e un'altra camera con letti a castello e una zona salotto perfetta per le giovani generazioni. Dopo una giornata piena di divertimento in spiaggia, goditi un pasto o trascorri un pomeriggio rilassante sdraiati nel portico riparato e appartato sul retro della casa.

We absolutely LOVED our stay. The 10 minute walk to and from the beach through the charming neighborhoods was the highlight of each day while I was here. Overall, I have nothing bad to say. Host was great, amenities were amazing.

Our family of four loved this house! The proximity to everything coupled with the quiet neighborhood was perfect. The house is bigger than it looks and we really enjoyed morning coffee and games on the screened in porch. The owner was extremely responsive. We would definitely love to stay here again. 10 out of 10 all around!

We very much enjoyed our stay. There were 4 adults with plenty of room for everyone. The house was clean and the host was very responsive to our questions/needs. It was nicely furnished and updated and beds were comfortable. The bunk room is quite large and the screened porch is nice and overlooks a lovely backyard. Very spacious laundry room with full-size W/D. The kitchen is well appointed. My favorite feature was the dedicated foot washing station next to the outdoor shower. I have been coming to Bethany for over 30 years and I have never seen this particular set up before. It was great! We would definitely stay again.

Our stay was just about perfect. We really liked being able to roll our bikes into the garage each evening. There were 6 of us staying there & the house accommodated us very well. Courtney was easy to contact & went beyond what was necessary to make us feel welcome & at home. We hope to return to this property again. All in all, a terrific place to stay.

Our stay was outstanding. Location was only a 10 minute walk to the beach and the area was very quiet. Check in was easy and the owner was excellent to deal with. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Bethany Beach!

Peacefull with an easy walk to the beach!

Overall very happy with our stay here. Everything was clean and I'm order. Checking in and out were a breeze! Plenty of space--especially since our entire party didn't make it.I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was just as described. Clean house, perfect set up with an 11month old. Courtney accommodated early check in as well due to our schedule and traveling with my granddaughter. Short walk to beach and the shops, which we enjoyed doing every day. We will definitely return to this house!

Prime Bethany Location

We have been coming to Bethany Beach for almost 10 years and our family has simply outgrown our normal spot. We were extremely happy with the house, amenities, and location. Absolutely stellar communication from the owner during our stay. They resolved any issues at an incredible speed. We hope to return in future years!

The perfect get away

This was the perfect get away. We were able to ride all over Delmarva. The owner was very responsive when we had questions!The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for cooking . We are very excited to come back in September. Its already booked!!!!

As advertised, host is extremely responsive. House was clean and kitchen was modern and great. We had two couples with 1 kid each, the kids room is great. You could have 5 kids in there and I think that room is the biggest. Very convenient to everything. Hot water! Not sure if it was just me but the water came out hot each shower. You lool at the HVAC system and you know its new and good. Would definitely stay again.

Family with adult kids loved the house!

It is nice cozy house! We enjoyed biking to the beach with the beach chairs that were provided. They were easy to carry on our back while riding the bike! The bunk room is hard to navigate with grown children ( top bunk is not available for anyone over 100 pounds) but it worked out well. Screen porch in back is very comfy . Spent time there on rainy days! Everything in the kitchen works great as well As the laundry!

Beach Week

Everything was wonderful! We enjoyed everything except the check in process: we were given the wrong house keys at the office. We had to call the office to bring the right keys. The person from the office came but again with the wrong set of keys.

I wouldn't stay again

House is about a 10-15 min walk from beach (longer with kids). It is big and in a nice neighborhood. Nothing about it made us feel cozy. Needs some rearranging. *There was stains on the king comforter (blood?) so I removed it and let the owner know. They offered to have a new one delivered but I never heard back from them. The mattress protectors were covered in hair. You will want to bring extra bedding! The bath mats were not washed from previous guests, the floors were not clean, and there was some garbage in nooks and crannies throughout the house. The house was cleaner when I left than when I arrived, so I resent having to pay a cleaning fee.
