Unità terminale angolare al primo piano con piano aperto. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size con bagno interno con doccia con gradini splendidamente piastrellata. Camera 2 ha un letto matrimoniale con accesso privato al bagno # 2. Bagno # 2 ha una vasca per i più piccoli in famiglia. Soggiorno ha divano letto matrimoniale. C'è una grande cucina abitabile e un bar con sgabelli da bar per posti a sedere supplementari. Goditi il bellissimo portico schermato che fa da backup alle incantevoli viste sull'acqua. Splendide viste sull'acqua da più finestre nell'unità, anche dalla tua camera da letto principale 😎È davvero un ottimo posto per distendersi e rilassarsi totalmente!

A fabulous unit and the grounds are great for walking everyday. The condo is very clean and comfortable. We have stayed here many times and highly recommend it

The first floor condo was perfect. Has everything we needed and a great view of the pond and Indian River Bay just a bit further. Enjoyed the entire trip. Barbara was very helpful and considerate in meeting all our needs.

easy first floor access, ideal for pet friendly. beautiful water views, quiet and convent location to everything. unit contained al extras you may need. great owner contactone tiny change would be the kitchen lighting is poor, the bulbs are very yellow & dim-may need to change to brighter white

My wife and I stayed for nearly a week. The apartment was very clean and in a grreat location, in the Bethany Beach area. It was also well stocked with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Relaxing Vacation

We spent a peaceful week in Ocean View, staying in a comfortable condo that felt like home. Our days were filled with birdwatching, beach visits, and cooking in the fully stocked kitchen — the perfect way to unwind. The area is calm, scenic, and a great spot for a low-key getaway. Highly recommend if you’re looking to slow down and enjoy nature. Can’t beat that view.

Tranquility

Had never been to Delaware. The sitting was exactly what was needed - serene and tranquil All 4 adults and my dog Izzy thoroughly enjoyed our home away from home.Barbara, owner, was so kind. She never steered us wrong on any suggestions, especially all the wonderful places to eat. Definitely would stay there again if the opportunity arises.

Yearly Returns

This was our fourth year at the community, second year at this condo. We love the location, the first floor condo, and the condo itself. Nicely furnished, well maintained, and with the nearby beach for launching kayaks or searching for seashells is great. Owners are super nice and attentive to any inquiries

Clean and Serene

This condo was excellent! The views were five star and we were impressed with the amenities and cleanliness of the condo. Our corgi loved staying here and we enjoyed every minute of our week here. We can’t wait to come back again and would suggest this to anyone!

Bethany Bay Relaxation

We continue to return to Barbara's home as we like the location in the Bethany area. The community is great for walking and seeing birds along the ponds and marshes. The first level unit is convenient for my parents. We always enjoy our stay and look forward to next year.

This was our second stay at Barbara’s property. It was great. Some great new decorations and design updates. New furniture. We had a blast. The back patio right on the water is awesome.

Weekend getaway

This priory is an absolute gem. clean and spacious with a wonderful view. We hope to return. The fur babies enjoyed it too. Especially sunning on the back patio after their morning walk. The sunrise was exquisite. Very peaceful and pleasant experience.

Springtime Getaway

A+ from the start. Barbara is a wonderful communicator and provides a lot of info about the area. The condo has everything you need on vacation. Plenty places to bird watch and stroll the neighborhood with our dog. Loved the little beach. Short drive to the shops and not too far from OCMD. Kite fest was a plus. We hope to return in the future.

Weekend Getaway

We had a great stay at this property. We traveled with our two toddlers and found this property to have everything we needed. It was also among the cleanest properties we have ever rented. The owner was great with communication and was proactive in reaching out to us. The location is convenient to area attractions and the waterfront views out the back of the condo were fantastic. Overall excellent experience.

Fabulous view, extremely clean rental.

Condo was super clean with new appliances and comfy furniture. The view from master bedroom and living room was the bay and a beautiful fountain. Fabulous sunrise and sunsets. Perfect location, short drive to beach and condo complex had great walking paths for our pup. So thankful to have found this rental and the owners were nearby for any questions or assistance. Much thanks to the owners for allowing our dog, she had a great time as well.

Relaxing Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Bethany Bay. The property is beautiful and spotless with relaxing views. The check-in/checkout process could not have been easier. The owner Barbara is very communicative and quickly responsive. The amenities exceeded our expectations. Our pups especially enjoyed the mini beach adjacent to the property. The location is super convenient to our favorite beaches and restaurants. We are excited to book this property again for future getaways!

My husband and I are local to Delaware and we grew up going to the Delaware beaches. We live in the Ocean View area we both went to college in Delaware and work here as well. As you can see we are big fans of the first state !

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We fell in love with this property . We always wanted our own little oasis to escape to. This condo appealed to us for various reasons . The fact that it was a first floor unit with no stairs attracted us lugging groceries up two flights of stairs did not excite us. The water view from this unit is breathtaking . The open floor plan provides a panoramic water view off the screened porch . My husband and I thought this was perfect spot for us the maintenance free setting appealed to us . We thoroughly enjoy our little piece of paradise.
