Ottima posizione a pochi passi (meno di 1 miglio) da numerosi ristoranti / bar e divertimenti. Porta la tua barca, usa le 2 piscine e la spiaggia! Abbiamo tutto per la tua Perdido Key Vacation!

Memorabile 6 ° piano 2 camere da letto condominio / 2 bagni con uno di arredamento KIND & anteriore e posteriore balconi con vista su 3 corpi idrici - del Golfo, OLE fiume e la baia! Questo incantatore presenta opere d'arte locali e arredamento di divertimento che si rivolge a giovani e meno giovani, oltre a una vista stupenda!

Il balcone sul fiume permette di delfini e si affaccia in loco MARINA e grande piscina attraverso Ono Island e nella Bay-portare la vostra barca o jet ski, kayak o Paddleboards. Il balcone sulla spiaggia guarda dall'altra parte della strada verso il Golfo (a pochi passi, a meno di 200 metri).

Le caratteristiche maestro ultra comodo letto matrimoniale ed è proprio ingresso sul balcone-grande per notti di luna che si affacciano l'acqua e alcuni dei migliori tramonti vedrai! Vi è anche una grande tv. La seconda camera dispone di due letti singoli e l'accesso nella stanza al secondo bagno.

Oltre al Wi-Fi - abbiamo anche Apple TV per i vostri spettacoli Netflix!

Il soggiorno ha un camino, schermo piatto e letto convertibile e si affaccia sull'acqua. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici S / S, Keurig, granito, enorme isola e ha una grande dispensa con lavatrice / asciugatrice. NON PERDERE QUESTA UNITÀ - NON ve ne pentirete!

Entrambi i balconi presentano tavolo e sedie e il balcone sul fiume ha un divano letto per i sonnellini pomeridiani o una serata pigra.

first time I have stayed bay side.It was different but still enjoyable quite a lot going on in the bay kept it interesting.had a ceiling fan on the balcony that kept it reasonable even in the heat for those who just like sitting outside.

This condo is beautifully decorated and offers a peaceful and relaxing getaway, with a million dollar view from two balconies. The hosts were very accommodating, and our overall experience was delightful!

Great property on the bay. Very peaceful to sit and have coffee or watch the sunset. We had everything we needed with only one exception- hangers. I imagine it’s because they get stolen, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time to bring our own. Other than that minor detail, everything was great and well worth the price! My husband loved being able to fish off the dock.

This was our first time staying on the river side rather than on the gulf. It was peaceful and entertaining to watch the boats go by. Beautiful view and just across the street from the beach. The condo was very comfortable and communication with the owner was excellent. We love Perdido Key and these condos are in a perfect location.

Labor Day weekend

Excellent experience!

Beautiful little condo in a great location. The back porch views were incredible, we spent lots of time out there relaxing. Great pool and beach access, and nicely appointed inside as well. Would love to stay again!

This place is great!

First time we have ever stayed on the bayside and it was fantastic! This a quality property and I loved the ranking of things to do in the kitchen. We will definitely look to rent this property again!

Larry, I am so sorry you didn’t like mattress. They are such a personal thing and we try to provide comfortable accommodations but I have found it hard to please everyone. I’m anbsolutely open to recommendations.

Paradise on the river!

Repeat visitors, love the location on the river and boat access. Owners are a pleasure to work with and property is always clean and stocked with all the expected amenities. Highly recommend!

Jim and I, and our grown kids, Britt and Molly, have been coming to Perdido for 25 years. It all started with renting a home on Ono Island on Ole River and we've been hooked ever since. Our kids grew up coming to this area, and now they both come with their spouses. Jim is retired from the biotech industry and I am in real estate in the Atlanta area (Kennesaw for those that know where that is!) We decided years ago, since we can't be here all the time, to make it available, and try to keep it reasonable, for families to visit the best kept secret on the Gulf!

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

Laid back setting, but close enough to the hustle and bustle to be in the middle of upscale dining or deep sea fishing in 10 minutes or less. The views off our balcony over the river, across exclusive Ono Island and into the bay are fabulous with regular dolphin sitings right off our balcony. Walking distance to the world famous Flora-Bama if you want to party the night away. Two-thirds of Perdido Key is designated park land and can't be developed, so none of the overcrowded beaches you have in nearby areas. You'll be surprised what the river side has to offer, and still just a quick walk across the street to the beach. The best of all worlds in our own little Perdido Key Paradise!

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

2/3's of Perdido Key is designated to remain undeveloped, so the wildlife and laid back, uncrowded feeling is unique to the area. Still less than 5 minutes to get off the island and to all the attractions! Shipwatch features an on-site boat ramp - very rare on the key and convenient since it's a very short boat ride to restaurants in either direction.
