Enjoy balcony access, where you can step outside to enjoy the stunning views and fresh Gulf breeze. The Primary bedroom also includes a 55-inch smart TV and a private bath with dual vanity and a walk-in tiled shower.

In the guest bedroom, you'll find another comfortable King-sized bed with a new Sealy Posturepedic Plus Hybrid mattress, ensuring a restful night's sleep. This bedroom also features a 55-inch smart TV and access to the hall bath.

Prepare delicious meals and beach snacks in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, an ice maker, Keurig coffee maker, and a 12-cup coffee pot. A full-sized washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience.

Step out onto the large balcony and take in the beautiful views while enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktails. The storage closet on the balcony contains a refrigerator and chairs for your use, making it easy to relax and soak up the sunshine.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
Beginning May 16th, 2025, all reservations will include two parking passes as part of your stay.
Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the HOA and may change throughout the year.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on HOA requirements.
