This was a perfect place, close to the beach, restaurants, and it was really nice having the Golf Cart. I would totally recommend this place.

It’s a beautiful house, well appointed and tastefully decorated. The number of decks is a huge plus, as is having a golf cart to make the trip to the beach easy. I’d have preferred a location closer to the beach, but this was a great house for a getaway.The closed bar that sits next to it is somewhat of an eyesore, but nothing the owner could do about that. I also appreciated that it was pet friendly and had plenty of cooking utensils, towels and linens.

Great location, wonderful views, and even thoughtful provisions for the washing machine and dishwasher.Great communication from Christy, and loss of fun talking the golf cart to the beach, all leading to the family having a wonderful time.

The beach house was ok, the beds were comfortable and there was enough room for everyone. There were some chipped tiles and I stepped on some of the sharp pieces, there were some spots upstairs that seemed like the sub flooring was missing, and unfortunately for us the golf cart wasn’t working during our stay. The owner did have someone come out to fix it but it wasn’t able to be fixed before our stay ended.

I'm not sure why VBRO allows this home to be listed as available and the listing does not accurately reflect the current condition of this home. There are major health, safety and cleanliness issues. I see multiple previous guests have also stated this and the owner has ignored. If you have mobility or breathing issues, be aware, the air return vents/filters haven't been changed in a long time based on the immense amount of filth and mold built up on them. The overall home is filthy everywhere, there are live and dead bugs/roaches throughout, broken ceramic tiles, 'soft spots' in subfloor in multiple locations, and some of these areas, not all, have wood boards screwed down on top of the finished flooring/carpet instead of properly repairing, which creates a trip hazard. The first towel we seen in the master bath was stained and there's a used bar of soap in the shower. The pans in the kitchen are caked with dried food. The carpets and furniture are all stained and filthy. I could go on as there was more. We left this property and contacted VBRO.

I can't express how much we enjoyed this beach house! It had everything we needed and was perfectly able to accommodate not just the 3 adults, but also the 7 kids with us! It had exceptional views of the beach, and the walk down to it was short and sweet. 100% would recommend and would stay again in the future.

Property was clean, well-appointed, great yard, proxcimuty to beach was awesome, communication was easy and friendly and close to shopping and restaurants. Would certainly stay there again!

Blue Pelican was great!

We loved this beautiful home! It was walking distance to the private beach, had all the things we needed in the kitchen, beautifully decorated, nicely laid out. The beds were unbelievably comfortable. It was nice and neat and clean and very quiet. We had a wonderful family vacay!

Comfortable House in a Perfect Location

This property was in a perfect location and very comfortable for my family of 10, during our visit to Galveston this July. In particular, all the beach amenities were a huge bonus, making it so much easier to travel a bit lighter. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Beach House!

We loved staying at this house. It was very close to the beach with a great view. Lots of patio seating outside, great layout inside, lots of beach toys to play with. We would definitely come back!

Beautiful Home

We loved this property! Beautiful views of the beach! The golf cart is a great addition so that you don’t have to haul your beach gear on foot. We would stay here again.
