Nel cuore di Miramar Beach si trova la prestigiosa comunità di Shipwatch. Questa affascinante casa di 3.100 piedi quadrati ha tutto ciò che si possa immaginare per la perfetta vacanza al mare! Fleur Di Seas dista solo 1 minuto a piedi dalla sabbia. Questa casa di nuova costruzione (primavera 2019) dispone di cinque camere da letto private e spaziose, quattro bagni, 2 bagni di servizio, una piscina privata riscaldata, doccia esterna riscaldata e un grill a gas.

Il primo piano ospita una zona bar umida, una lavanderia di dimensioni standard, un garage per due auto, una camera matrimoniale e una sala polveri. Al secondo piano, l'elegante cucina completamente attrezzata, soggiorno e master suite con bagno privato completo.

Il terzo piano di questa casa ospita letti a castello incorporati, due camere per gli ospiti con doppie letti matrimoniali ciascuna e una seconda camera matrimoniale king. Ogni stanza di questa casa è unica e moderna con il perfetto tocco decorativo e attenzione ai dettagli. The home was exactly as advertised. It fit our family needs so well. The kitchen may have been the best stocked kitchen we have had in any VRBO rental. The access to the beach was very close for not being on the water itself. We loved having the pool for those florida afternoons where rain played a part of taking us off the beach. While it does sleep quite a few, the primary living room is limited for space so the whole group had to spread out on other floors which dampened a little of our "togetherness". I would not let that keep me from renting it again in the future. Great house, great location.

Great location, beautiful home and neighborhood. My only complaints, the gnats were bad in the house, not enough bath towels and wash cloths and the overflow parking lot was a sand lot that is very easy to get a vehicle stuck in…speaking from experience. However, we would 100% stay again and really enjoyed our time there. We can’t wait to come back.

My friends and I booked this property for a girls trip, and it was absolutely perfect! The house was clean, beautiful, and had plenty of room for all of us. We loved the convenience of the grocery store and shopping nearby, as well as the beach access being a short walk away! For most of us, it was our first time in Destin, and we would all definitely come back!

Beautiful Beach House

We had a great time in this amazing beach house! Close to the beach and a wonderful place to hang out with friends. Lots of space and floor plan is perfect for a bigger group. Would highly recommend this property in Miramar Beach!

Great location and the beach chairs on the beach for us each day were awesome! The house needs some good TLC. We also had roaches on multiple days. They sent an exterminator or two days later. However, we were not planning shareing our vacation with roaches!!

Spring stay

We loved our stay at Fleur de Seas. Layout was great for our group. Property was very clean and proximity to beach was great. We heated the pool because the weather was not overly warm. Only recommendation I would have would be to add pool towels and maybe a few board games for rainy days. Otherwise overall well equipped and very comfortable

Review of Fleur De Seas (#15 Port Court - Shipwatch)

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: We always try to stay in the Shipwatch Community (5 times) because it’s such a convenient location and the private beach is never crowded. The security guard and maintenance man were friendly and efficient! The property manager was very accommodating to our concerns.Cons: Doors on 2nd Floor would not stay shut and door handle kept breaking, Master Bdrm TV didn’t work, Icemaker didn’t produce ice, Stereo Speakers must have had a short (cutting in and out). The freezer drawer felt loose like it was about to break. Dryer didn’t work (but got fixed), ants in Kitchen, Doritos in and under sofa and small chair in LR was broken. Chairs (4) in center area of 3rd floor and 1st floor missing (replaced with 2 ottomans)— but shown on website page. Pool chairs very different than shown. This house could rate a lot higher with some TLC and changing the website to truly reflect the furniture in the house!

Wanted to share a few things:-the house could use a good deep clean (ex: fake glue on finger nail in drawer, old food residue on dishes, ping pong balls under couch, random stuff stuffed into living console table, first floor smells of cigarettes that someone attempted to remove the smell)-grill igniter doesn’t work-cockroaches found on both first and second floors. Ick!Cannot say we’d book this house again

December Stay

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in many rental properties. This was the most scarcely stocked. No extra blankets if you get cold, one kitchen towel and wash cloth for 5 days and the house slept 16, not well supplied for cooking, no bread knife. We were given a few more but had to ask. No board games for our rainy day. The garage barely fit our van. The location was very nice. Just not very comfortable. Only room for about 6-8 people on the couch if you squished together. There was a palmetto bug/cockroach in the dishwasher and we were given only 2 kitchen trashbags for 2 days. There is a difference between a hotel and rental house. The management company seems to be trying to manage it as a hotel not a house.

Nice House But....

Beds were comfortable and the extra bathrooms were a plus. Kitchen was nice and fully stocked. Balconies were nice and enjoyable. The chairs and umbrellas at the beach each day were fabulous. The beach crew that put them out each day was super nice and work very hard. Bonus to have extra beach chairs in the garage for use. The beach is absolutely beautiful but unfortunately we had 3 days of double red flags so couldn't enjoy it to the fullest. Biggest issue/complaint - messaged management through VRBO 4 times and then emailed 3 times and never got a response. Did finally call and leave a message about making final payment and someone called me back about that of course.Obviously nothing is ever perfect and there were a few things that would have been nice to know before the trip.Things to know and Improvements:Parking is a nightmare with this house that is made to sleep so many people.Active construction directly behind the house/pool... very loud at timesOnly stair access going to and from the beach so wagons are hard to useList of small kitchen appliances would be a nice addition to the listingBack door by the pool would not lock

OK but not great

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here in the summer of 2020 and had a fabulous time. Since then, there has definitely been some wear and tear on the property, and it is in need of updating. I did not want to sit on the sofa it was so dirty and drab. The first two days we woke up to construction, as they are building a house literally in the back yard. I get that happens, but think we should have been told ahead of time and it should have been reflected in the price. We have twin 9-month-olds and the constant nail guns made nap time challenging. There was also a cockroach family living in the dishwasher. We killed a couple of them, but at least one got away. We did a lot of hand washing. The kitchen tools also need to be replaced. On a more positive note, the location is great. Just a few steps to a very quiet part of the beach and close to the grocery store. Overall, a good vacation, but definitely feel like we overpaid this time due to the construction noise and the overused feeling of the furniture and kitchen supplies.
