Dear Emily! I am so happy that your family and friends enjoyed the Anna Marie home in Maravilla Resort! Yes, I always enjoy having good communication with our vacationing families! It starts right at the beginning with the booking process and continues on through the end of the stay. Thank you for noting the supplies in the Anna Marie vacation home so other families can plan ahead. We provide a starter of household supplies. It consists of 1 paper towel, 2 kitchen trash bag liners and 2 trash can liners for each bedroom and bathroom. There are liquid hand soaps at each sink in the home, packets of dishwasher detergent, dishwashing soap, disinfectant and 2 full size bath soaps and 4 full rolls of toilet paper. Families do need to provide their own additional supplies and high efficiency washing machine detergent for the high efficiency washer and dryer. Also, as a business practice to keep things moving in an orderly fashion, we do ask our vacationing families what time they plan to check-out. Our check-out time is 10:00 am CT. However, if a vacationing family decides they are leaving at 8:00 am, then our cleaning staff will be able to start cleaning in that property first before going on to the another property that has a vacationing family leaving at 10:00 am. There is a short amount of time from one family checking out and another family checking in. I am very proud of our cleaning staff. They are thorough and diligent and caring. It is important to provide a very clean, tidy and organized property for each our our vacationing families. Thank you so much for understanding the importance of a clean vacation property.
