Il suo arredamento tropicale personalizzato di buon gusto, patio con grill a gas, internet wireless ad alta velocità, lavatrice e asciugatrice ad alta efficienza, e un servizio cordiale offre agli ospiti sistemazioni perfette a prezzi ragionevoli!

POLITICHE DI NOLEGGIO: Siamo orientata alla famiglia e non si affitta a studenti in vacanza o giovani adulti sotto i 25 anni. È necessaria una prenotazione / deposito cauzionale di $ 350 e dovuta al momento della prenotazione di una prenotazione. La tariffa non include la tassa di pulizia dell'uscita di $ 200, la tassa di elaborazione di $ 60 e l'imposta del 10% di FL. Nessun rimborso di affitto per l'arrivo in ritardo o partenza anticipata. Great beach house!!

The house was very nice & clean. It was exactly what was advertised. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Mara Lee house in Destin. Mara Lee & Larry were so great with the communication about the property & recommendations for the Destin area. I highly recommend this property!

Perfect

The house was perfect for our family vacation. We like to cook a couple of nights, and the kitchen had everything we needed to do that. We loved having the full size washer and dryer. We will definitely consider this house for future family vacations.From the time the house was booked, until after we checked out, the communication with the owner was excellent.

Great family vacation

The house was spacious and clean. There was adequate dishes and cookware. Beds could have been more comfortable. Long walk to the beach but not unbearable. For the cost of cleaning fees it could have been cleaner( candy found under and behind couch on arrival). My only real complaint would be that we couldn’t really go out and enjoy the back patio due to the remodeling going on next door, too loud and no privacy. Altogether though it was super nice and we all enjoyed our trip.

Dear Larry and family, Hi! Thank you for letting me know that your family had a super time and enjoyed the spaciousness and cleanliness of the home! (However, I am sorry to hear that a candy wrapper was found under the couch, probably a child was allowed to eat candy on the sofa sleeper.) I would like to respond and provide some explanations about your concerns. You mentioned that you thought the beds could be more comfortable. The beds are new....within the last 1 and 2 years. However, they are not pillow top mattresses. I have had pillow top mattresses prior to these new mattresses. Some guests did not like them because they sunk into the mattress. They wanted a traditional mattress for their comfort. So, I changed them out. To address your comment about the walk to the beach: The Maravilla Resort parking pass allows guests to park anywhere within the complex. Guests can be closer to the beach and pools by parking in the resort's parking lots. In regard to the house next door undergoing some property improvement. Maravilla Resort is an upscale resort beach community and owners work to improve their homes and condos. Sometimes, labor availability, work schedules and weather conditions effect the ideal time for making property updates. It is not always the owner, but rather the construction company, who makes the decision on scheduling. I am sorry for the inconvenience during your stay. We had a wonderful time in MaraLee’s property! Beautiful and comfortable house, great community and location! Pool area is very nice and the beach is great! Communication with the owners was also great! We really enjoyed our stay! I would recommend it for sure!

Great getaway

We love the destin area and even though July is crazy busy the gated community and private beach made it a great experience. We like having a kitchen since the restaurants get really busy. No issues with the place. It was great and there are tvs in every room. I recommend renting a boat and going to crab Island or the beaches in the bay.

Family Gathering at the Mara Lee Home

Larry and Mara Lee were the perfect hosts for our family gathering! They provided a whole folder full of things to do while we were in the area, and there was something for everyone for our extended family of 7. Our favorite times were at the pool and private beach, which were within walking distance. We used their wagon for the grand kids, and we also had the option to park closer to the beach in the resort parking lot when we went at sunset. Their home was equipped with everything we needed to grill our freshly caught fish, and there were many fishing charters to choose from! We took a day to explore Grayton Beach State Park and HWY 30A, and the grandkids, ages 3 and 5, loved our Buccaneer Pirate Ship cruise, located at Destin Harbor, which we did in the evening to enjoy the sunset. The floor plan of the house was perfect for all of our needs! Mara Lee and Larry had great ideas and were readily available, and we felt very blessed to share this family time in their beautiful and very well-kept home!

Perfect for our family vacation.

The house was just a pictured. Very clean, well maintained and equipped with everything you could need. It was perfect for our family of 6, including 3 adult children and a teenager. The beach was a short easy walk, a pool and pickle ball/tennis courts even closer. Communication with the owner and property manager was excellent. After booking, we received an very organized folder of information that covered everything including local restaurants and attractions. If we return to Destin we would definitely book this property again. Highly recommend!

Absolutely perfect!

My family stayed at this beautifully decorated home for our first visit to Destin. The home is very comfortable and inviting. A short walk to the beach where our complimentary chairs and umbrella was waiting for us daily. We definitely plan on staying here repeatedly. The owner was very pleasant to deal with as well! Wonderful, fun, and restful stay

We had a great time! Mara Lee S. was a lovely hostess and provided great information about the house, amenities, and things to see and do. Beach was beautiful and the location was perfect. Beautiful beach. House was roomy and spacious for all of us and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware, utensils and cutlery. We loved having the master on one side and all the kids on the other side of the house. Washer and dryer were great! We loved our time in Miramar. Thank you!

Best trip in a long time

Mara Lee's property was superb!! She made me feel right at home. The home was a perfect size for my family and friends, we really enjoyed it. The beach was a good proximity to the home maybe not in walking distance IF you have mobility problems but it is doable for younger people in the heat. I will definitely refer my friends and family to stay there and I will definitely be back. Thank you

Miramar Beach/Destin is our favorite vacation spot. This is our second time staying in Maravilla, but our first time renting a house. Communication between Mara was excellent. Her and her husband were so kind and helpful. Chuck met us at the house to give us access and keys to the house. Mara Lee's house was wonderful, and was perfect for our party of 8...4 adults and 4 kids. Kids ages ranged from 9-17. Everyone was very comfortable in their own spaces. We only used the front pool, which was wonderful. My 9 year old loves it. We were so sad when we had to leave, but cannot wait to return next summer!
