The host was great to work with. We were able to check in early at no additional cost The condo was exactly as described and looked newly refurbished. The view was amazing. I’ll be back!

Perfect beach getaway!

BEWARE!!!!

Property was NOT clean! And washer/dryer unit had to be worked on two different days. We ended up leaving a day early- my kids were over the nastiness. And DO NOT LET YOUR FAMILY USE THE ARMBANDS! The staff are not policing you over them, but I was charged for two missing two days after we left. I should have complained more, but it’s supposed to be vacation. We normally only rent directly from owners at this property, lessened learned for a dirty $4000 - plus $20 bands condo company. If anyone needs the names of private owners to rent from, I can hook you up. Being a business owner and having to be treated like it was a convenience to check in the room 15 minutes earlier to offset the extra $20 they charged my card before consulting with me is not great business.

Unfortunately this guest is not telling the full story, hence the Anonymous name. We warn within the paperwork given when the reservation is made that the Guest approves and E-signs, The Arrival Day Document AND within the Property that any missing armbands will be $10 fee. The Condo took 3 hours to clean on the previous guest departure so we were not able to accommodate an early arrival which is a privilege not a guarantee. The inspector did a thorough walk through and insured the unit was cleaned. As you can plainly see all of our previous reviews will verify this. The dryer did need repair which we were very prompt to arrive and diagnose during after hours and came 1st thing the next morning to repair. No excuse for this nasty review. Will not recommend these guests to any owners or managers.

Great pool, good view of the beach. Beach was awesome. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot, especially if you know how to take the back streets to avoid the beach traffic. Would recommend this condo

Great location

Our family had a wonderful time at this condo. The beds were all comfortable, and we loved being able to watch our kidd in the pool right out the window. Everything was comfortable. Only one thing to keep in mind and I don't think it has anything to do with the hostess, but the water in the master is touchy. If you aren't careful, it will burn you. And if you have small children, I would bring a non slip mat for the tub. Other than that everything was wonderful.

Anniversary getaway

Had a great time and everything was exactly as they said it was. It was even ready early. Amazing Ocean front view and the room was very comfortable. Will definitely be back for another vacation!

Edgewater Beach Resort Tower 2 Condo

My girlfriend and I had an awesome stay! Everything was as advertised on Vrbo. The condo was nice, and the view of the Gulf was beautiful. Edgewater Beach Resort was a great place too. There were plenty of things to do, and it was in a great location close to shopping, restaurants, etc. Overall, we had fun and will definitely be back again!

Family fun vacation!!

We really enjoyed our stay and we had a wonderful time, even though it rained the whole time! We would definitely rent this rental again in the future!! Easy access, very clean, and modern. I definitely recommend staying here!!

Edgewater experience

We love the room and the property itself. The only complaint was it was noisy at night with people staying in the pool until midnight yelling and having loud music. We had to call security twice during our visit. The pools should close at 10:00. We plan to select this room in the furture.

It was great except could not open WiFi on iPad and this was supposed to be handicap. For space for handicap it was good but could not get out on to patio because of handicap chair. Mattress in queen bedroom needs replaced it was used do much on one side you felt like you were in a hole and going to fall out

Eric Heller was wonderful! The room and stay was everything she said it would be.

Parking was really bad ! In the master bedroom/ bath the water never got hot! Over all we had a great time

Thank you for the 4 star positive review! We pride ourselves in ensuring our guests have a fabulous, stress-free vacation stay with us so I do apologize you had some hot water issues. We are a 24/7 management company that provides our direct emergency contact information posted within the property and all throughout the documents sent out during the reservation process. We would have addressed any maintenance issues immediately. I do believe, however, the reason for the lack of the hot water ONLY in the master tub was due to user error by not turning the knob correctly but we definitely would have addressed this if you would have contacted us. Please do so the next time you stay with us! :)

Girls Beach Week

We had a wonderful time. Our condo was on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool with a waterfall. The beds were very comfortable and we spent most of our time on the beach or on the balcony watching the stars. We ate several meals at Oceans and the food and drinks were very good. The large pool was extremely nice and the hot tub was a treat. The only thing I would change is to take all the mirrors off the living room and dining room walls. I know it makes the condo look larger but not my thing. It kept throwing me off every time I walked in the door and looked up. The condo is right on the beach which is a must for me. I have to hear and see the waves when on the balcony. Would definitely stay hear again. Thank you for letting us enjoy your condo!

Great stay at this condo! Exactly what I expected!

We had a great time at Edgewater Beach Resort and this condo. It was clean with comfortable beds. Washer and dryer was so handy!! Would recommend this rental to all my friends!

Spring Break Getaway

Nice, clean condo with a beautiful view. Very convenient to the onsite restaurant and lagoon pool. Heated pool was very warm which was needed since it was a little cool during our stay!
