Il Waikiki Banyan è uno dei preferiti di lunga data per i visitatori frequenti dell'isola e particolarmente apprezzato dalle famiglie grazie ai suoi servizi adatti alle famiglie, alla posizione eccellente e alle unità spaziose.

Situato a 201 Ohua Ave, il Waikiki Banyan è un famoso condominio-tel resort ONE BLOCK dalle calde spiagge e l'acqua blu delle migliori spiagge di Waikiki. Goditi il sole, nuota nell'oceano invitante, fai snorkeling nella riserva marina, vivi il surf di classe mondiale o semplicemente rilassati sulla tua poltrona preferita. Questo è il posto per voi!!

Questa casa vacanze conveniente lontano da casa offre una cucina completa che include tutto il necessario per cucinare e mangiare. Tutte le lenzuola, asciugamani e teli mare sono forniti. WIFI GRATUITO, telefono locale e TV via cavo e parcheggio gratuito in loco! C'è anche una lavanderia in comune su ogni piano e sicurezza 24 ore. Sì ... non c'è niente di meglio di questo!

La sistemazione per la notte è l'ideale con 2 letti queen size e divano letto divano nel soggiorno.

L'enorme ponte ricreativo al sesto piano offre una grande piscina, due jet spa, campi da tennis gratuiti, sauna, barbecue a gas, parco giochi per bambini, putting green e snack bar. C'è anche un piccolo minimarket in loco o una passeggiata al supermercato Food Pantry al 2370 Kuhio Avenue per le vostre necessità di vacanza. Gli amanti del caffè ... controlla l'ottimo caffè al piano terra per ottime bevande del mattino, pasticcini, panini freschi e frullati di frutta tropicale.

Da questa comoda posizione, potrai passeggiare al Kapiolani Park, all'Acquario di Waikiki e allo Zoo di Honolulu, fare shopping di classe mondiale o prendere un autobus per andare ovunque sull'isola - la fermata dell'autobus è a pochi passi su Kuhio Avenue.

Partial ocean view was amazing! Pretty quiet location for Waikiki, clean kitchen and comfy beds and the water pressure in shower was great. Also, the balcony was stellar. The AC worked awesome and the free parking was SUCH a value-add (parking normally 50/night elsewhere.) Only reccommendation is having more clothing storage space. There was no dresser or shelves and closet only had hanging space. That said, still a 5 star review because the unit was otherwise great!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Whoever does their cleaning does not do such a great job.

Great Stay

Definitely a good trip. The property was as advertised and had everything we needed. Loved the location as it was within walking distance to the heart of Waikiki. The free parking was a definite plus and the beds were really comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again!

Waikiki Banyan 912 Tower 1 review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, great stay! Party of three and we were fine with the two queen beds. They even had an air mattress that wasn't in the listing (bonus if needed). Arrived after the hurricane . The property was clean (kitchen, beds, bathroom, etc.) however floors needed some freshening. We chalked that up to the perhaps dirt from the storm. Property was very comfortable. The living room furniture was different than the picture (current was a little more "dated" furniture than pictured). Had all the conveniences - really enjoyed the chairs, umbrella and cooler bag. We provided feedback to property management about a few things that needed to be cleaned but it did not impact our stay and they were very appreciative and responsive to the feedback. They checked in on us throughout the stay which was appreciated. We felt if we DID have any issues during out stay, they would've been taken care of. The property is in a great and convenient location. Nice little view of the ocean which was perfect. Pool area was nice and all updated. Parking garage is "interesting". not for large vehicles (which we were told in advance by other reviewers). But the parking is free, just be patient! Overall, we would definitely stay here again and would recommend. Note: in general at the building the elevators can take a long time. This is a building issue, not a property issue. Try to avoid check in and check out times :)

The condo was very well maintained and very convenient within walking of shopping, the beach and restaurants. We enjoyed the view from our lanai/balcony and had plenty of amenities. This condo was priced great for our weeks stay.

Great location!

Our rental was great for our family. The location was great! Close to the beach and restaurants. The included parking was a huge plus. Be mindful if you rent a large vehicle the garage has limited spaces and may not have room for that size all the time. We ran into that issue only once but the rest of the time we were able to park in the garage. Would definitely stay there again.

Very old, the balcony was unusable because the AC was leaking water the whole time it was on. The check in process was kind of confusing because it involved going to the room first to get the garage key, coming back down, moving the car to the appropriate spot and then being able to be done with the check in. Not very seamless. The furniture was very old and the beds both creaked on the slightest movement. The location was the only good part.

Overall satisfactory

The only things i saw that were wrong with the condo is that the toilet had a minor issue with the water shutoff valve and the floatation device in it. The other thing is that the toaster had its handle broken off.

A couple of things that need improvement: the property manager takes some time to respond back to msg (at least a full day). They only have one beach chair and no umbrella. It would be nice if they could provide an umbrella. I would stay here again.

We appreciate your feedback about the communication and we checked with our team and there must have been a miscommunication because there are many ways for guests to contact our team and they always respond to our guests quickly. We do not provide beach umbrellas, but there are places in Waikiki where you can rent them. Mahalo!

nice, but not as nice as the pictures portray.

Nice, but could have been cleaner and some amenities in the kitchen would have been nice. Coffee, tea, creamer, sugar... It's the little things that would make a difference. The main parts of the condo were clean. Bedding, towels, counters were clean, but the corners were full of very old ... hair, bugs and just old ... :-/

Unit needs improvement!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No coffee table (as shown in advertisement!)Sofa bed as was told, which was okay; but were told that the sofa was okay to sit on.....not at all, the sofa seat slided off each time someone sat on, and one 60 year-old felt off to the ground while sitting on it!! No bar or handles in bathroom & bath tub!! I almost slipped every time during shower! SCARY!!

Home away from home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Checking in and out was easy. The unit was as described, except it had a dark green sofa and an old side chair. Beds were clean and comfortable. Everything worked. Property manager provided a new toaster when I said there were none. Bathtub faucet drips, and shower lacks towel racks. Location was excellent; can see part of the ocean and the church. Dripping water from upstairs a/c reduced enjoyment of balcony and wears down cement balcony. The curtains were functional. Everything worked and was clean. One small bar of soap and shampoo not enough even for one person staying for more than a week.

Reviewer Comments: we usually stay at the Royal Kuhio but it was sold out by the time we booked.The property is very well located .Parking included is a must especially in Waikiki.The property was ok.. The door to the lanai wasnt working properly and kept coming off its tracks.There is no chest drawer in the bedroom .. There was a small piece of furniture but full of books and dvd.The bedroom closet was big but all the shelves were taking by to many towels.we didnt any of the amenities so cant comment on thatFor the price and for 4 nights, it was fine but we will go back to the Royal Kuhio next time.. Catfished

I read the reviews and emailed property manager asking if room was as pictured, they replied Yes and eased my concerns however it was not as pictured (very dated), has a weird odor, the flooring trim was detached with exposed grout, the bathroom is very small with poor yellow lighting and it’s the only mirror in the place. our SUV rental was too big to keep in the garage, there’s 4 elevators only 2 work and would take us 15min to get on (I spoke to elevator mechanic and maintenance workers who said everything breaks down because “it’s old”). The refrigerator has complimentary drinks which were expired. I wish I was able to upload the pictures I took, it was one of those “what I ordered versus what I got” moments but for what I paid I was expecting so much more
