La nostra cabina si trova su 3. 5 acri, a 3 miglia dal centro storico di Truckee. Un luogo meraviglioso sulla mappa ideale per avventurieri, amanti dell'outdoor, famiglie e gruppi di buoni amici. Viste sulla foresta, sole tutto il giorno, scappa dalla porta sul retro. Questa fuga da 3. 5 acri offre il meglio per le moto, i pesci, le bici, le escursioni, gli appassionati di sci ai browser storici del centro, ai golosi e ai barbecuosi. È il punto di partenza perfetto per il roaming nel centro storico di Truckee, dove puoi trovare musica dal vivo, librerie accoglienti, negozi epici, gallerie, scelte culinarie supreme. Poi naturalmente ci sono sci alpino di prima classe in 20 minuti in inverno e splendidi laghi di montagna in estate. Miglia e miglia e infinite miglia di divertimento da avere letteralmente tirato fuori dalla porta sul retro.

Questa è una casa affascinante con servizi puliti e ben arredati. Dorme 2 coppie e 4 bambini molto comodamente (8 posti letto se avete letti a castello molto comodi, lo giuro!). Potresti facilmente spremere un bambino o un adulto in più sul grande divano comodo, se necessario.

La camera da letto principale ha un favoloso letto europeo CAL-KING Sleep Design, smart TV, postazione di lavoro e bagno privato. La "Blue Room" ha anche un letto QUEEN European Sleep Design. La terza stanza è la stanza a castello. La camera blu e la camera a castello condividono un bagno completo. La camera a castello ha due gemelli, smart tv, lettore dvd e giochi da tavolo a bizzeffe in modo che i bambini possano scomparire mentre gli adulti fanno la loro cosa.

Il soggiorno ha Smart TV, Big Couch, Pac Man Machine ++, tavolo da biliardo e un camino a gas a pulsante. Il soggiorno, sala da pranzo e cucina (tutti rinnovati di recente e ben arredati) sono in stile open space e danno allo spazio una meravigliosa atmosfera comunitaria.

Assicurati di goderti il tuo tempo libero sulla terrazza soleggiata e panoramica per un caffè mattutino e cene notturne. La vasca idromassaggio ti chiama per l'avventura aprés (anche per il caffè del mattino presto).

La nostra casa è tua per il divertimento con gli amici, facile fuga per la famiglia e una fuga felice di tutti i tempi.

Wonderful stay in the mountains

Our family had a wonderful time at this property. We especially loved the pool table, hot tub and PacMan machine. The location of the house was perfect. Close to town but far enough away to feel like you were really on vacation in the mountains. We loved every minute.

Great location and very relaxing

The home was far enough away from everything to enjoy the quiet outdoors, but close enough to downtown Truckee and all the lakes and rivers, to make it convenient for anything we wanted to do nearby. We also enjoyed just being at the home playing games, cooking and sitting outside, or in the hot tub.

Great spot

This is a great place - close to town but enough removed that you can see every star in the sky from the back yard. The house was clean and tidy, and the property owners were very responsive. Private hot tub was used nightly - you just can’t beat those views.

Ski trip Tahoe 2024

Our stay was amazing! This house is awesome. We made good use of the pool table and the hot tub. We were skiing at Soda Springs and Boreal and the location was ideal. The owners are super nice! We will definitely come back if we can and absolutely recommend this place.

Cozy and comfortable

This house was perfect for two families. The layout and the hot tub were delightful! There is a small hill up the driveway to the house; a little tricky when there is snow or ice but we were able to make it.

Family snow getaway for a week

Absolutely loved our stay. Billlards, Pac-Man and spa all delivered. Also had sleds and an abundance of spices which made our trip feel like home. The email check in instructions varied from the app and the email was wrong. This made check in a little worrisome but we figured it out quickly. And they were quick to respond. We can’t wait to come back. Loved the updated showers which felt very nice.

Best rental I’ve had!

Betsy was so easy to get in touch with! Everytime we had any question she responded immediately. The house was so perfect for our family! Pictures don’t do this place justice! Just spectacular. The amount of space the property was incredible. We were able to go out and play in the snow and didn’t even have to leave to find a snow park for the kids. The house was very well kept and very up to date. I hope to make this an annual trip to the snow, and maybe even come for summers as well! Very excited to rent here again

Thanksgiving Break 2023

We absolutely loved the house. We stayed for 2 nights at the place. The house is very thoughtfully organized with all the things guests may need during the stay. Specially the common area. We loved the pool table. It was really the highlight of the house. The kitchen and the pantry are very well equipped if you want to stay at home and cook. Our host Betsy was very nice and quick to respond to all the questions we had. Overall, very peaceful and perfectly distanced from Truckee downtown. p.s : just like the other reviews, I would mention the house is actually much better than the photos.

Beautiful home

I felt the pictures didn’t do justice since in-person home was even more beautiful. The property had plenty of space for the kids to play snow, and we didn’t even have to go elsewhere. Communication with the host was quick! The pool table was the highlight of our stay!

Family Vacation

We loved our stay in this home - comfortable beds; clean bathrooms; great open plan kitchen and family room. Husband and teen son loved the pool table and Pac Man. We all loved the space around us; the swing and hot tub. Pictures just don't do the location justice. Make sure you visit Prosser Dam reservoir - perfect for kayaking and paddle boarding with none of the crowds of Donner. Highly recommended.

Perfect Tahoe Getaway

Stayed here with family for a long weekend. Perfect location to truckee and other special Tahoe spots. Loved our stay, main living room is great for spending time, open concept and lots to do. Enjoyed playing pool, using hot tub and grill. Owners were very responsive throughout stay. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is in a great location and beautiful area just a short drive from downtown Truckee. Everything was spotless and comfy upon our arrival and the pool table and video games were a great bonus!

Great house

The house was very clean, and big. The landlords are very friendly and communicative. The hut tub was a blast, it was outside with the trees, great to see the stars. Would definitely recommend it.

Second time staying. We love it. The property is perfect for sledding and fun family snow play without having to leave! Ideal with young kids like we have.

Great Truckee House

We had a great stay. House is 10 min outside of town and gives the feeling of being in the woods not crowded by others. Owners were very nice and even brought over an emergency generator as people had lost power in recent storms, luckily we didn’t need it. One warning is the road isn’t plowed as well as some main roads and the driveway had snow on it. Zero problem with 4 wheel drive but would be an issue visiting in a two wheel drive car in a storm (but that’s always an issue in the snow).

Perfect Home For A Quiet Getaway!

We were heading to Truckee for a week stay with my son and daughter-in-law and their kids. This was the perfect home and my grandkids who live in Truckee even bunked with us one night. The bathrooms are beautiful and the beds super comfy. The bunk beds were a hit with the kids and the poor Pac-Man game got a workout from all who stayed. The jacuzzi was the perfect end to the evening each day.

We had a wonderful stay.

Great cabin, clean, cozy and equipped. Our favorite part is the hot tub. Just beware of the neighbor who pretends to be nice but actually observing you.

Once you see it, you'll understand. It's simply a gorgeous piece of land. The opportunity to own 3.5 acres within the town limits where we could adventure & explore the gorgeous wilderness around was too dear to pass up. We moved in & made a home. It is bliss.
