Luxury Lakefront Home - Lake Geneva Area

Esci dalla porta e direttamente nel lago in questa nuovissima casa sul lungolago. Questa casa è il rifugio perfetto in ogni stagione e ha tutto il necessario per sfruttare al meglio la vita sul lago: molo privato, doccia esterna, paddle board, giochi sul prato e ampio cortile, pozzo del fuoco e altro ancora. Ci sono molti bar nelle vicinanze, ristoranti, campi da golf, sci collina in inverno, e solo dieci miglia dal lago di Ginevra.

Godetevi le viste ininterrotte del Lago Delavan dalla grande sala e cucina. La cucina è completamente attrezzata per rendere la preparazione dei pasti un gioco da ragazzi. La sala da pranzo ha un enorme tavolo della fattoria in modo che l'intero gruppo possa radunarsi per mangiare e c'è una grande terrazza adiacente con barbecue, tavolo da pranzo aggiuntivo e divano all'aperto con vista sul lago. Ci sono molti posti per rilassarsi tra cui la grande sala, un soggiorno / sala TV (si prega di notare che non c'è via cavo ma un sacco di intrattenimento basato su app) e un comodo portico schermato.

La grande sala si apre su un soppalco con 3 letti a castello (posti letto 6). Master ha un letto matrimoniale, due camere con letti matrimoniali e una camera per gli ospiti con un letto matrimoniale.

Great escape to a dream house

Not even the cold rainy days could keep us from enjoying this beautiful lake house. We felt like we were in a model house in a magazine. It offered more space than we were expecting. We hope to return this summer and be able to enjoy the outdoor spaces too!

Ski weekend!

Our weekend was wonderful. The property was clean and instructions for check in and check out made it such an easy process. The house was beautiful and provided the perfect place to get away and connect with friends! We especially enjoyed all the board games that were at the house. We would recommend to any group looking for a great weekend away and hope to book again!

Something for everyone

From the beautiful view to the comfortable accommodations, this house had it all. Fully equipped kitchen and activities for every interest. Towels and linens were high-quality. Well-appointed home on the lake. It was especially cold outside, but my family fully enjoyed staying in. We played games, cooked together and enjoyed the view. A Summer rental will be spectacular. We'd love to come back.

Wonderful location! Beautiful getaway!

This house was stunning TOP to bottom. Pictures didn’t do it justice. Great views, lake is swimmable - if you’re brave. Their is a decent amount of seaweed. We fished a ton during our stay and caught several large fish right off the dock! House was spectacular! Only thing I would change is owners buying new pots in kitchen for their guests. The condition of theirs is almost not usable. Also, the grill is not in good condition. Thanks for a wonderful weekend in your beautiful home!

Quiet Bliss

This was a very comfortable place for our two families to gather. The teenagers and young adults enjoyed gaming and the pool table in the downstairs. They also spent time playing basketball on the court outside. They did bring their own basketball. The decks were the perfect place to sit, relax, and enjoy the beautiful view of the lake. There are a few sets of stairs. My mother-in-law spent most of her time in the upper area where she had access to the primary bedroom and bathroom, kitchen, living room, and upper deck. She wants to do it again soon!

Lovely Lake House

We couldn’t be more pleased. We wanted a beautiful house on the lake and got just that. The water views and large front/back lawns are fantastic, The open floor plan and lovely decorating of the house made our family of 5 adults and 1 infant feel comfortable and right at home. We also enjoyed shooting hoops on the fun sport court, playing ping pong and using the wagon to conveniently haul things to/from the house. Although the water was a bit too cool to use them, we appreciated the kayaks, paddle boards and all the other fun water toys that were available. The house was also very well stocked with essentials like plates, paper products, cooking gear and cuddly blankets and cushions that came in very handy. Everything we needed was there. As a result, many Wonderful new family memories were made. We’ll definitely be back.

Best rental ever…

I am both a VRBO renter and an owner and this is by far the best place I have ever stayed. The house was equipped with everything you would ever need and the location is beautiful.

Great place. Very clean and modern. Members in our group enjoyed the fishing from the dock and had a great time at the bonfire pit. Everything was excellent.

Beautiful view!

Wow! Better than described on rental site. The view is amazing. Highly recommend!! Only a couple drawbacks, but would STILL recommend. One negative- the long walk from driveway to house. It’s exhausting when bringing luggage & groceries. Quick fix, bring wagon or cooler on wheels. The other would be the lake bottom; lots of long grass and seemed to be a lot of algae close to shoreline/dock. Again, NO big deal. We loved. Easy to get to. Owners great. Best supplied house we’ve ever rented through VRBO. Owner offered tomatoes from garden. Yum! Seriously cannot say enough good things about this home. Thank you!!!

It was a dream of our family to have a lakehouse vacation. This home and yard are so well-decorated and appointed, with everything needed and wanted. Awesome vacation!

Rental is about 20 minutes away from Lake Geneva. We enjoyed the beach there and went for dinner a few times. There’s also some great local places less than a mile away. The water was full of LOTS of weeds and wasn’t great for swimming, but they were actively working to clear it out. Fishing was great! Would 100% stay here again.

Great place for a quick getaway

We took the kids and grandparents for a short trip in March knowing that it might be rain. We got lucky with one really nice sunny day and the sports court was perfect for the kids. On the rainy day, there's a ping pong/billiards table that kept the kids busy. There are 2 bathrooms and only 1 TV in the house, so you have to plan for that, but the internet worked fine and the waterfront location is really nice. We also enjoyed a clear night where you could see lots of constellations.

Beautiful Home Inside and Out!

My family and I had a chance to stay at this beautiful property. We all had a great time at this beautiful home. The property was super clean (to our liking) and the directions were clear. The owner (Robin) was very nice and communicated effectively before and throughout our stay. I must also say that we had a chance to meet the neighbors that were very nice as well. If you come during winter, the lake is frozen, so a totally different and exciting experience to walk on water (I mean, ice LOL). We will definitely be back. I strongly recommend.
