Godetevi questa meravigliosa casa storica con recenti ristrutturazioni, piscina perfettamente posizionata e tanto spazio esterno. Questa casa è situata nel cuore del centro storico, a soli 4 isolati dallo storico quartiere Seaport o dal quartiere Art Gallery di White Street.

Villa Azul è composta da due edifici separati: una casa principale e una casa piscina separata! La casa principale è un cottage storico a due piani con pavimenti in legno di ciliegio brasiliano. L'ampio soggiorno è finemente decorato con mobili e arredi esotici del vecchio mondo ed è circondato da 2 grandi banchi di porte francesi. Oltre le porte francesi attende la piscina privata riscaldata con una cascata tranquilla, lussureggianti giardini tropicali e loggia con viti viola passione.

La cucina comprende ripiani in granito, raffinati armadi di design, elettrodomestici in acciaio e tutto il necessario per cucinare, preparare e servire il tuo pasto preferito Key West. Accanto alla cucina è la sala da pranzo con il suo grande tavolo da pranzo e sedie che fanno sedere sei.

Sempre al piano terra si trova una camera da letto della regina con un letto a baldacchino, armadio indonesiano con TV, e armadio e un posto vicino al finestrino molto comodo con vista Curry Lane per godersi il tuo libro preferito. Il bagno completo di design ha una lavatrice e asciugatrice impilabile, un sacco di spazio di archiviazione disponibile e una doccia di roccia meravigliosa.

Al piano superiore nella casa principale si trova la camera da letto principale con un letto king size, divano letto (per l'ospite di giorno occasionale), tavolo antico che è perfetto per il tuo ufficio lontano da casa (Wi-Fi gratuito incluso), TV, grande cabina armadio che è rivestita su entrambi i lati con armadi di design. Nel bagno al piano superiore c'è una doccia piastrellata in vetro e una vasca da bagno con piedi artigliati d'epoca: vorresti passare le tue giornate qui a coccolarti!

Dietro la casa principale è un cottage privato a bordo piscina per gli ospiti con un letto matrimoniale, bagno privato e una deliziosa doccia esterna.

I giardini tropicali dispongono di piscina privata riscaldata, tavolo e sedie all'aperto e galleggianti da piscina. La loggia, con panca in teak, è il luogo perfetto per godersi il cocktail pomeridiano mentre si cucina sul barbecue a gas. Griglia la pesca del giorno di pesce fresco!

Parcheggio fuori strada per un veicolo (veicoli di grandi dimensioni sconsigliati) e un delizioso portico per godersi i giorni pigri di Key West.

Backyard Paradise

Our stay included many hours hanging outside, the pool and lush backyard were very inviting but watch out for the mango tree in April. The property managers did a great job keeping us informed about happenings in Key West throughout the month and responded immediately to calls for assistance.

We wanted bikes for the month which made the trip to the beach, parks, restaurants and Duval an easy 7 minute ride. Also a block away from the free Bus that loops the island. Great neighbors and friendly staff that kept the house, pool and yard ship shape. The house itself is super clean, well appointed and comfortable. Great beds, linens and appliances. I give it an A+

Located on a very quiet/private street and really close to the seaport and Duval. The backyard was very private with lush landscaping and a beautiful pool area. The pool was heated which made it easy to swim on the chillier evenings. The house has a great layout for multiple guests to have their own privacy. Super clean home and the staff at HKWVR was very accommodating to all our requests, definitely top notch service and attention. I would 100% rent this beautiful home again.

House was extremely clean, up to date, and very functional. A nice touch was that all of the light switches are labeled. The parking space is also a huge plus in Key West. A couple of suggestions which would be nice are:Provide a couple of beach chairs for beach visits.Trim back the overgrowth on the pool deck and back yard area. There was virtually no sunshine available and the pool strainer filled up with dropped foliage every day.Great stay and highly recommend.

Spacious and Comfortable

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed Villa Azuls large great room of dining/living room/kitchen that together make for very comfortable living space. The kitchen is well appointed with cookware and serving utensils. Upstairs suite is really large! Beds in all rooms are very comfortable. Bedding is quality. Outside living on the table/deck and pool makes a wonderful place to sun, play cards and take a dip. However,there was a lot of debris coming down off the mango tree and we swept our deck often. The pool house is small but very comfortable and the guest we had in there were happy with it. The one way Curry Lane is very narrow and often Ubers did not come down. We walked to the end for pick-up. We went to Harpoon Harrys, Boathouse and BO's for some of our favorite dining spots. 5 Brothers for morning coffe and breakfast sandwiches is really close.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was ok. But, there is not a chair in the house that you could sit on for more than 10 min. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. The back patio was not usable, the landscape is overgrown and dropped leaves and branches daily.The property is actually in an alley that is again overgrown and you could not drive down the alley without running into landscape branches on both sides of the vehicle. The parking is very minimal And there is absolutely no view in any direction. The alley separates you from a noisy Hotel of some sort that served its clients outdoors until late at night. Garbage trucks are picking up garbage, recycle then a third pick-up for landscape trash All of which happened early in the am. I would have preferred not sending you the review, but you were persistent. No, I will not rent again.

The furniture in dining room and living room look as though it's a set for the movie Knights of the Round Table, way too heavy, awkward and coffee table is dangerous,I do not like making negative comments but felt compelled to be truthful.

Tucked away on a street you might take for an alley is a charming house that lives up to the description on the website. There’s plenty of outdoor space with a grill and a well equipped kitchen, which enabled us to “eat in” a couple of nights. The Historic Key West team were most helpful leading up to and throughout our stay. Our only suggestion would be firmer mattresses throughout and finding a way to add a little more closet/clothes storage to the guest house

Curry Lane gem

This is a lovely home on a quiet lane - great location. The property managers are *amazing* -- super-responsive, professional and very good at what they do. The only thing we would have wished for is a little more sun in the back (there are lots of trees surrounding the property).

Perfect place to work from home

There were three of us working from home in this house. It was perfect for all of us. The rooms were the perfect size. The outdoor space is an amazing oasis for when you have downtown. We really enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect.

A great month in Paradise!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We truly enjoyed our stay a Villa Azul. We are regulars to Key West but this was our first month long visit. Why not in this new Work from Home world. The house made a fine home away from home for us. The WiFi and Internet was more than adequate for two people on Zoom at once plus. The home is lovely, the location is great... and the management company was outstanding. We have rarely experienced a management company that was so responsive and truly seemed concerned about our stay. These folks are a step above the rest. We had a great month here and hope to return soon. And we will definitely book with Historic Key West Vacation Rentals again. Thank you!

The home felt comfortable and spacious and was very well appointed. Outdoor area is simply beautiful and we enjoyed spending much of our time out by the pool. Loved the outdoor shower as well. Would highly recommend this house. Some dining great spots nearby included schooner wharf, half shell raw var, pepe's, and mangia mangia, and cuban coffee queen
